TL;DR: Use this directory to find BestProps research for 68 countries and territories. Each guide identifies prop firms with a current, first-party policy that completely restricts resident access and separates futures, forex and CFD, and crypto coverage.
A country page is not a claim that day trading or prop trading is universally illegal there. Firm-level restrictions can result from sanctions screening, local regulations, identity verification, payment access, platform rules, or a company’s own risk policy. Open the relevant guide to see the named firms, official sources, and local context.

How BestProps builds these restricted-country guides
BestProps counts a firm only when a current first-party source names the country or territory as a complete access restriction for at least one covered market. Firms that still accept residents, or impose only a product, platform, payment, or live-account limitation, are not mixed into the restricted list.
Policies can change without notice. Recheck the linked firm policy before paying an evaluation fee, and use the local sources in each guide to understand regulatory, tax, foreign-exchange, and crypto considerations. The country guides were reviewed on August 8, 2026.
