TL;DR: My Funded Perps (also written MyFundedPerps and MyFundedPerpetuals) sells one-step evaluations for perpetual futures: crypto perps plus perps that track stocks, indices, forex and commodities. Every account is simulated, including the funded stage. Orders never reach an exchange, the terms say there is no pathway to live capital, and payouts come from the company’s own funds. The operator is Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The firm markets itself as coming “from the team behind” My Funded Futures, but My Funded Futures’ own announcement says it is a separate company and that My Funded Futures’ track record does not apply to it. On October 26, 2026 list prices ran from $40 (Select 10K) to $965 (Elite No DLL 50K), and the homepage cards showed 25% off. Drawdown is static at 3% to 6% of the starting balance, and there is no consistency rule and no minimum number of days. Payouts can be requested once a day (on demand for Elite) and are paid through Rise. The FAQ and docs cap lifetime payouts at $100,000 per person, but two of the firm’s blog posts say there is no lifetime cap. 30 countries are restricted, and Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 214 reviews.
Research status: Checked October 26, 2026. That day we read the myfundedperpetuals.com homepage and every plan tab on it, the FAQ (all 108 answers expanded), the terms of use, refund policy and disclaimers, the markets, exposure-caps, competitions, rewards and contact pages, and the firm’s documentation at docs.myfundedperpetuals.com. We also read two of the firm’s blog posts, My Funded Futures’ launch announcement, the firm’s Trustpilot and PropFirmMatch pages, and the header of its X profile. The firm has no separate help centre. We did not buy an account, sign up or contact the firm. Prices, codes and fees were read from the firm’s public pages on October 26, 2026 and were not verified by purchase.
My Funded Perps review verdict: is My Funded Perps legit?
My Funded Perps is run by a named US company. Its terms are an agreement with Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., d/b/a MyFundedPerpetuals, a Delaware corporation, governed by Delaware law with arbitration in Delaware. Its rules are published in detail in a dated FAQ and a full documentation site. The firm opened payout requests on September 11, 2026, and recent Trustpilot reviewers describe both paid and delayed payouts. That answers the basic “is My Funded Perps legit” question: it is an identifiable operating business that sells simulated evaluations and says it pays traders from its own funds. It is also very new. No firm page gives a launch date, and the earliest dated signals are from June to September 2026, so there is little payout history to judge it on.
Points in its favour, from its own published rules:
- Every plan is a single phase, with no consistency rule, no minimum number of trading days and no time limit.
- Drawdown is static: it is set from the starting balance and does not trail your highs.
- Payout requests are allowed once per New York calendar day on Select, Prime and Signature, and on demand on Elite, with no payout-count limit per account.
- Crypto markets trade 24/7, including weekends, and news trading is unrestricted during the evaluation.
- Fees, leverage, slippage caps and exposure caps are published per market.
Points to weigh before paying:
- Every account is simulated, with no live stage. Your “funded” balance is not capital you can withdraw. Payouts are profit-share payments from the company, approved one request at a time after review, with no promised delivery time.
- The FAQ and docs cap total lifetime payouts at $100,000 per person, counted after the split. Two of the firm’s own blog posts say Select, Prime and Signature have no lifetime cap. Treat the $100,000 cap as the rule until the firm corrects one side.
- On Select, Prime and Signature, the first payout locks your loss floor at the starting balance for good. A full withdrawal can leave you with no room for the next losing trade.
- The drawdowns are tight for leveraged perps. A 3% Select drawdown is a 0.3% move against a position at 10x.
- Several of the firm’s pages disagree with each other, on the store-credit boost, the lifetime cap, the forex venue and whether code PERPS is applied automatically. See the conflicts table.
- The homepage headline stat “Partner Firm Payouts $250M+” is not My Funded Perps’ own figure.
Bottom line: My Funded Perps publishes clear, detailed rules for a simulated perps evaluation, and it has a short track record. Read the payout section carefully before buying, and price each account against the $100,000 lifetime cap and the post-payout floor lock rather than the headline allocation.
What My Funded Perps is, and how it relates to My Funded Futures
Names. The firm uses three names: MyFundedPerps (the brand in its app, FAQ and docs), My Funded Perps (its Trustpilot name) and MyFundedPerpetuals (its domain and trading name). They are all the same business at myfundedperpetuals.com.
Who runs it. The terms, refund policy and disclaimers name Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., d/b/a MyFundedPerpetuals, “a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, located in the United States”. All three documents were last updated in September 2026. The firm’s own pages give no street address and do not name officers. The address the company supplied to Trustpilot is 108 Lakeland Avenue, Dover, Delaware 19901, while its X profile gives Dallas, TX.
The My Funded Futures connection. This is the main source of confusion in searches for “my funded futures perps”, so here is exactly what each side says:
- The My Funded Perps homepage hero carries a “From the team behind” line, and its FAQ says “MyFundedPerps comes from the team behind My Funded Futures.”
- My Funded Futures announced the product on August 31, 2026. It said the platform “brings together the experience of MyFundedFutures with the technology and team behind Funding Perpetuals”, and it quoted Matt Leech as CEO of My Funded Futures.
- The same announcement then says: “MyFunded Perpetuals is offered by Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., a company separate from MyFunded Futures, LLC. MyFunded Futures’ track record and performance history do not apply to MyFunded Perpetuals or its products.” My Funded Perps’ refund policy repeats that it is “a company separate from MyFunded Futures, LLC”.
- The two brands share some channels. The firm’s contact page sends traders to the My Funded Futures Discord server, and its X bio says it is “Part of the @MyFundedFutures Family”.
In practice: the brands share people and community, but the legal entity, contracts, payout obligations and track record are separate. A My Funded Futures account, rule or payout history does not carry over. One October 2026 Trustpilot reviewer said they had to pass identity checks again despite being verified at My Funded Futures. Our My Funded Futures review covers the futures firm on its own terms.
The “$250M+” figure. The homepage hero shows “Partner Firm Payouts $250M+”. That is labelled as the partner firm’s payouts, not My Funded Perps’ own, and My Funded Futures says its track record does not apply here. My Funded Perps does not publish a payout total of its own.
How new it is. No firm page states a launch date. The dated signals we found are: X account joined June 2026; a “Weekly Beta Blitz” competition from August 12 to 19 (558 participants); the My Funded Futures announcement on August 31; payout requests opened on September 11, 2026; and a Launch Competition from September 15 to 28 with 13,407 participants. PropFirmMatch lists the firm as created in September 2026.
Simulated accounts: where your orders actually go
The firm is direct about this. Its FAQ answers “Are my trades executed on a real exchange?” with “No. Fills, positions, and balances are simulated using real market data. No order is sent to an exchange to open a real position.” It answers “Is the funded account real capital?” with “No.” The docs call it “a paper-trading platform for crypto perpetual futures in the funded-challenge model.”
- No live stage. The terms say the service “does not offer, and makes no representation that it will in the future offer, any pathway to trading with real capital or to a live funded account.” Profit-split payments “are paid from the Company’s own funds.”
- Prices come from real venues. The disclaimer says simulated prices are modelled on public data from Hyperliquid, Binance and Bybit, and that the firm has no connection to those exchanges. The docs add Veranta (as a price source for six forex pairs) and Ostium (for US30, and as a standard-hours option for SP500 and NAS100). The homepage logo strip shows Hyperliquid, Lighter, Binance and Ostium, but the API docs say the Lighter provider is “retired” and has no markets for new trades.
- Fills are modelled. Market orders fill at the best bid or ask from the reference book, capped by a published worst-case slippage against the mark price, and never better than the mark. Because nothing is executed, there is no real market impact and no exchange counterparty.
- Marketing wording to read carefully. The competitions page invites you to “Trade real order books against other traders”. The prices come from real books, but your orders are simulated like everything else.
Why it matters: you are not risking or earning exchange money. Your result depends on the firm’s own price model and rule engine, and on the firm deciding to pay each request. Many evaluation firms use the same model, but this one also rules out any later move to trading real capital.
How My Funded Perps works, step by step
- Pick a plan and size. Choose Select, Prime, Signature or Elite. On Elite, choose the 3% daily loss limit or no daily loss limit. You can add the 90/10 split upgrade, and on the first three plans the Reduced Fees add-on, at checkout only. Pay by card or crypto. Card payments are unavailable for billing addresses in 92 countries.
- Pass one phase. Reach the profit target (9% to 12%) without touching the static drawdown or, where it applies, the 3% daily loss limit. There is no minimum number of days and no deadline. You must place at least one trade every 30 calendar days, or the evaluation fails.
- Verify and sign. After you pass, complete Sumsub identity verification (government ID and a liveness check) and sign the Funded Trader Customer Agreement, which is shown only inside the account. If the new account would put you over the allocation limits, it goes to Funding Review instead of being funded automatically.
- Trade the funded account. The risk rules stay the same and there is no profit target. Two rules are added: a high-impact news window and a 7-day inactivity limit.
- Request payouts. Close every position and cancel open orders, then request at least $100 of gross profit (1% of size on Elite). Trading is locked while the request is reviewed. You are paid in cash through Rise, in store credit, or a mix of both.
Pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| One phase on every plan, with no minimum days, no time limit and no consistency rule | Simulated throughout; the terms rule out any live-capital stage |
| Static drawdown from the starting balance, measured on equity | Tight drawdowns (3% on Select) against leverage of up to 10x on BTC and 50x on major forex pairs |
| Daily payout requests, or on demand on Elite, with no payout-count limit per account | A $100,000 lifetime payout cap per person in the FAQ and docs, which the blog contradicts |
| Crypto perps trade 24/7, including weekends | On Select, Prime and Signature the floor locks at the starting balance after the first payout |
| News trading unrestricted in the evaluation | Funded accounts have a news window and close after 7 days without a trade |
| Published fees, slippage caps, leverage and exposure caps per market | Commission is charged on each fill, and a holding fee of up to 0.03% a day is charged hourly |
| Venue funding rates do not hit your balance | No promised payout time; every request is reviewed |
| Card or crypto checkout | Card payments are unavailable in 92 countries, and 30 countries are fully restricted |
| Documented API, CLI and copy trading between your own accounts | Very short track record; its own pages contradict each other in several places |
| Refund within 48 hours if you have not traded | A $25 fee is kept, and opening market data counts as activity |
My Funded Perps pricing and account types
All plans are one-step evaluations with a one-time fee, no activation fee and no monthly billing. The prices below are the list prices and the card prices shown on the myfundedperpetuals.com homepage on October 26, 2026. The card prices were 25% below list, and the “Start Challenge” links carried code PERPS.
Select, Prime and Signature

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Select, list price | $40 | $100 | $190 | $360 | 9% | 3% | 3% |
| Select, card price | $30 | $75 | $142 | $270 | |||

A firm blog post with a “September 2026 pricing matrix” lists Signature at $90, $225, $430 and $870. The homepage now shows lower list prices, as above. Select and Prime match.
Elite
| Elite | 5K | 10K | 25K | 50K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3% DLL, list price | $49 | $95 | $249 | $495 |
| 3% DLL, card price | $36 | $71 | $186 | $371 |
| 3% DLL with 90/10 split (docs) | $59 | $114 | $299 | $594 |
| No DLL, list price (docs) | $99 | $194 | $482 | $965 |
| No DLL with 90/10 split (docs) | $119 | $233 | $578 | $1,158 |
| Target / max drawdown | 10% / 5% static; the floor never moves, even after payouts | |||
| Daily loss limit | 3%, or none on No DLL (fixed at purchase) | |||
| Payout minimum (before split) | $50 | $100 | $250 | $500 |
Elite also differs in leverage and fees. Leverage is boosted on NAS100 and SP500 (40x), US30 (25x), gold (20x) and oil (10x). Commission is 0.001% per fill on NAS100, SP500, gold and WTI. Exposure caps apply to each account separately. Each Elite account comes with a reward “case”. Payouts are on demand, which the homepage marks with an asterisk reading “*Limited Supply” without explaining it. The Reduced Fees add-on is not available on Elite, and No DLL purchases are limited to $250,000 of account size per rolling 7 days.
Add-ons, payment and purchase limits
- 90/10 split upgrade: checkout only, and it cannot be added later. For Elite the docs list the prices above, about 20% more than the base price. For Select, Prime and Signature the docs say each size has its own upgrade price at checkout. A September blog post described it as 20% on top of the plan price. We could not see current upgrade prices for those three plans without starting a checkout.
- Reduced Fees add-on: halves commission and swap for the life of a Select, Prime or Signature account. It costs 10% of the price after discounts, with a $10 minimum. It does not reduce the liquidation penalty.
- Payment: card and crypto “when available”. Card payments are unavailable for billing addresses in 92 countries, including India, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Romania and Lithuania. Eligible traders there must pay in crypto. Crypto checkout is unavailable on orders under $16 unless store credit covers part of the price.
- Purchase limits: no more than 10 accounts per 24 hours, 25 per 7 days and 50 per 30 days, and at most $100K of active evaluations per plan type.
- Prize-only accounts: $1K and $2.5K Select accounts and a $1K Elite account are given away in promotions and cannot be bought. Payouts from the Select prize accounts are store credit only.
How much does a $100,000 account cost? On October 26, 2026 a 100K Select account showed $270 on the homepage card ($360 list), a 100K Prime $446 ($595 list) and a 100K Signature $629 ($839 list). Elite stops at 50K.
Select, Prime, Signature or Elite: which plan fits
The plans differ mainly in how much room you get to reach the target. Here are the dollar figures for a 10K account and the largest size of each plan:
| Plan and size | Card price | Profit target | Max loss | Daily loss | Target per $1 of max loss |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Select 10K | $30 | $900 | $300 | $300 | 3.0 |
| Prime 10K | $45 | $1,200 | $500 | $300 | 2.4 |
| Signature 10K | $65 | $1,000 | $600 | $300 | 1.7 |
| Elite 10K, 3% DLL | $71 | $1,000 | $500 | $300 | 2.0 |
| Select 100K | $270 | $9,000 | $3,000 | $3,000 | 3.0 |
| Prime 100K | $446 | $12,000 | $5,000 | $3,000 | 2.4 |
| Signature 100K | $629 | $10,000 | $6,000 | $3,000 | 1.7 |
| Elite 50K, 3% DLL | $371 | $5,000 | $2,500 | $1,500 | 2.0 |
- Select is the cheapest, but the hardest relative to its room: you must make three times your total loss allowance. On Select the daily loss limit and the maximum drawdown are both 3%, so one bad day can end the account.
- Prime has the highest target (12%) with a 5% drawdown.
- Signature costs the most but has the most room: a 6% drawdown against a 10% target.
- Elite is the only plan with on-demand payouts, boosted index, gold and oil leverage, an optional no-daily-loss version, and a floor that never moves after payouts. It tops out at 50K.
My Funded Perps discount codes and current offers
These are the offers the firm itself published on its site and in its docs on October 26, 2026:

| Code PERPS (standing site code) | Homepage cards showed list prices cut by 25% with PERPS in the link; the docs say it “resolves to the best eligible public promotion or its standing rate” | After your first purchase, discounts above 20% are limited to 3 orders per 90 days; codes do not stack | Standing code, no end date |
| Reduced Fees add-on free | Free Reduced Fees add-on (half commission and swap) on up to 3 Select, Prime or Signature accounts | Launch-week offer | October 21, 9:00 a.m. ET to October 28, 2026, 9:00 a.m. ET |

- Is PERPS applied automatically? The firm’s pages disagree. The FAQ says checkout “applies the PERPS offer automatically when available”. The docs say “PERPS is not applied automatically: to use it or any other code, enter it and select Add Code.” Check the order summary before you pay.
- The firm does not publish a fixed percentage for PERPS. The 25% we saw is what the homepage cards showed on October 26, 2026.
- There were no open giveaways on the rewards page that day.
- Comparison and coupon sites list other codes for this firm. We only reprint codes the firm itself publishes. We could not confirm the others with the firm.
Static drawdown and the daily loss limit, with examples
All percentages are of the starting balance, never of current equity. Both loss rules are checked against equity, so open losses count.
- Maximum loss (MLL): the floor is your starting balance minus the plan’s drawdown, and it does not follow your highs. A 25K Prime account has a floor of $23,750 from day one until your first payout. Reaching the floor fails the account.
- Daily loss limit (3%): measured from your equity at midnight New York time, including open profit or loss. The dollar allowance is always 3% of the starting balance. The FAQ’s example: on a $100,000 account, if equity at the start of the day is $102,000, that day’s loss floor is $99,000. Reaching it fails the account. The daily floor can sit below or above the maximum-loss floor depending on the day.
- Reset time: midnight America/New_York, which is 04:00 UTC in summer and 05:00 UTC in winter. The hourly swap fee charged at midnight counts toward the day that just ended.
- After the first payout (Select, Prime, Signature): the MLL floor locks to exactly the starting balance, permanently. Equity exactly at the floor is allowed, and anything below it breaches. On Elite the floor never moves: it stays at the starting balance minus 5%.
Worked example, Select 10K evaluation ($900 target, $300 maximum loss, $300 daily loss):
| Day | Equity at New York midnight | That day’s daily loss floor | Max loss floor | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $10,000 | $9,700 | $9,700 | Closes at $10,250 |
| 2 | $10,250 | $9,950 | $9,700 | An open loss takes equity to $9,960, then recovers to $10,400 |
| 3 | $10,400 | $10,100 | $9,700 | Closes at $10,900: target reached, passed |
On day 2, a further $10 of open loss would have failed the account, even though equity would still have been $250 above the maximum-loss floor. On Select the daily allowance equals the whole drawdown, so on day one both limits sit at the same line. Once you are in profit, the daily limit is the one that binds.
Leverage, liquidation and exposure caps
Standard maximum leverage, from the firm’s exposure-caps page on October 26, 2026:
| Market | Max leverage (Select, Prime, Signature) | Elite |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | 10x | 10x |
| ETH | 8x | 8x |
| SOL, BNB | 5x | 5x |
| XRP, HYPE, DOGE, TRX | 3x | 3x |
| Most other altcoins, DeFi and meme coins | 2x | 2x |
| EUR/USD, USD/JPY, USD/CAD | 50x | 50x |
| GBP/USD, AUD/USD, USD/CHF | 25x | 25x |
| SP500, NAS100 | 12x | 40x |
| US30 | 12x | 25x |
| Gold (XAU) | 10x | 20x |
| Oil (CL, BRENTOIL) | 8x | 10x |
| Silver, copper, natural gas, platinum, palladium | 5x | 5x |
| Large-cap stocks (AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, AMZN, GOOGL, META) | 4x | 4x |
| Most other stocks | 2x to 3x | 2x to 3x |
How leverage meets the drawdown. Leverage sets how much margin a position uses, not how much you can lose. Your account rules are still a fixed dollar amount. On a Select 10K account, a BTC position of $100,000 notional (10x) loses $300, the whole maximum drawdown, on a 0.3% move against you. The commission to open and close it (0.03% per fill, so 0.06% round trip) is another $60, which is 20% of that drawdown. At 2x on an altcoin, $20,000 of notional reaches the same $300 floor on a 1.5% move. Each account’s actual maximum position size is shown only when you are signed in, so the full 10x may not be available on a given size.
Liquidation versus a rule breach. The terminal shows a liquidation price for each position, with cross and isolated margin modes. A liquidated position is closed with an extra 0.1% penalty on top of the taker fee. A rule breach is separate: if equity reaches the daily or maximum loss floor, the account becomes Failed and every open position is closed. On the tight plans, the account rule is usually hit long before a liquidation price. The docs also warn that a stop loss “does not guarantee a fill before a loss-limit breach”.
Exposure caps. Each market has a notional cap: $1,000,000 for BTC and ETH, $2,000,000 for SP500 and NAS100, and $50,000 to $250,000 for most altcoins. On Select, Prime and Signature the cap is shared across all your accounts of the same plan and size, counting longs and shorts together. Each Elite account has its own cap, plus an account-wide limit of 40 times the starting balance.
Commissions, swap fees and funding rates
| Market group | Commission per fill (maker and taker) | Swap, per day, charged hourly | With Reduced Fees add-on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crypto | 0.03% | 0.03% | Both halved |
| Forex | 0.0025% | 0.005% | Both halved |
| Stocks, indices, commodities | 0.005% | 0.015% | Both halved |
| Elite: NAS100, SP500, gold, WTI | 0.001% | 0.01% on NAS100 and SP500 | Not available on Elite |
- Funding rates: on a real exchange, perps pay or receive a funding rate. Here, venue funding rates are “informational only” and do not change your balance. Instead, a fixed swap fee is charged on both longs and shorts every hour.
- Liquidation penalty: 0.1% on top of the taker fee.
- Cost example: on a Signature 100K evaluation ($10,000 target), 20 crypto round trips of $50,000 notional cost 20 × 0.06% × $50,000 = $600 in commission, which is 6% of the target, before any swap. The Reduced Fees add-on would cut that to $300. On a $629 account it costs about $63, so it pays for itself if you trade crypto actively.
Trading rules: 24/7 hours, weekends, news, bots and banned strategies
Trading hours and weekends
- Crypto: 24/7, including weekends, and you can hold through the weekend.
- Forex (Veranta): 24/5, from Sunday 17:00 to Friday 17:00 New York time.
- US30, and SP500/NAS100 on Ostium: 23/5, from Sunday 18:00 to Friday 17:00, with a daily break from 17:00 to 18:00.
- Gold on Binance, and SP500/NAS100 on Hyperliquid: around the clock.
- Weekend close-out: positions on 23/5 and 24/5 markets are closed automatically 15 minutes before the Friday close.
The FAQ still describes the first forex markets as EUR/USD and USD/JPY on Lighter, trading around the clock. The docs list six pairs on Veranta trading 24/5, and say Lighter is retired. Plan around the docs, and check the market’s hours in the terminal.
News trading
Unrestricted during the evaluation. On funded accounts (Elite included), trading is restricted around every high-impact (“red-folder”) release, such as FOMC, CPI, PPI, NFP, GDP, retail sales, PCE and ECB, BoE or BoJ rate decisions. From 10 to 2 minutes before the release you may not add exposure. From 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after, no manual trades are allowed at all. A position already open more than 10 minutes before can be held through the release. For stock perps, company earnings releases are restricted too.
Bots, copy trading and hedging
- Automation: allowed only through the firm’s documented API, which is in beta. Calling the website’s internal APIs is not allowed.
- Copy trading: only the platform’s own copy trading between accounts you own. A funded account cannot follow an evaluation lead account. External copy trading, signal ex
