Use the row as a checkout pre-check, not a guarantee. First-attempt chips use the official row price. Reset and two-month chips use only the captured reset or monthly fields. If the official source did not expose the field, the chip says not checked.
V1 does not rank firms. Rows are sorted alphabetically by firm name. BestProps does not score, rank, or recommend firms in v1.
Promo and checkout acceptance are separate. A discount can be visible on an official page while still being untested at checkout. That is why the checkout/code column stays “not checked” until a separate cart capture exists.
Not full funded-account cost. Some firms may charge post-pass activation, platform, market-data, country, tax, add-on, or other checkout-gated fees that are not included unless the official source exposed them in this capture.
How We Checked Prices And Trust
- Official firm pricing pages are the main source for list prices, account sizes, and visible fees.
- List prices were captured from official firm pages on July 3, 2026 unless a row says otherwise. Use each source link before checkout; taxes, country, platform, post-pass activation, add-ons, data fees, and code validation can change the final price.
- Official promo/help pages can support discount status, but checkout acceptance needs a fresh cart observation.
- Sentiment, reviews, pass-rate claims, and social chatter are out of scope for v1.
- List prices expire from display after 30 days unless rechecked. Checkout prices need a 7-day window. Promo/code status needs a 72-hour window.
- BestProps keeps separate fields for list price, checkout-observed price, reset fee, activation fee, recurring fee, discount impact, and affiliate status.
- Refresh audits should rotate across affiliate and non-affiliate firms so commercial relationships do not decide freshness.
- Firms and readers can send corrections when they find a stale price, failed code, hidden fee, or missing context.
- This page currently has no signup links, paid placements, sponsored rows, or monetized routing.
FAQ
Why does a row say “not checked”?
Because that field was not captured from an official source inside the freshness window. Showing “not checked” is better than making an old price look current.
Why do some rows show ranges?
Some official pages show both list price and a current source-visible discount. The range keeps both visible without claiming checkout acceptance.
Why are some firms missing?
Rows are included only when the official page exposed usable pricing during this capture. Firms with blocked, empty, or checkout-only pricing should be added after a fresh official capture.
