Check a day-by-day P/L sequence against the evaluation rules you enter: profit target, maximum loss (static or trailing), daily loss limit, and minimum trading days.

Use 0 if this rule does not apply.
Days with non-zero P/L count toward this rule.

One number per line. Positive numbers are gains; negative numbers are losses. In trailing (intraday) mode you can optionally add the day’s session-high and session-low balance after the P/L, separated by commas: -150, 10250, 9700 (skip thousands separators in three-value rows). When session values are left out, the day’s start and end balances are used instead.

Day-by-Day Check

Formula Notes

  • Target balance: starting balance + profit target.
  • Static floor: starting balance – maximum loss; the floor never moves.
  • Trailing floor (end of day): the floor starts at starting balance – maximum loss and rises to end-of-day balance – maximum loss whenever that is higher. The floor never falls. This simplified model keeps trailing without a stop; many firms stop the trail at a set level, so check your account’s rule.
  • Trailing floor (intraday): the floor rises with the day’s session-high balance – maximum loss, and the day breaches if the session-low balance touches the floor. This model assumes the session high happens before the session low, which is the conservative reading.
  • Maximum loss check: a balance that equals or falls below the active floor is a breach. Enter 0 to disable this rule.
  • Daily loss check: a negative daily P/L whose absolute value equals or exceeds the entered daily loss limit is a breach when the limit is above zero. Enter 0 to disable this rule.
  • Trading day count: days with non-zero entered P/L count toward the minimum trading days rule.
  • Meets-rules check: the sequence reaches the target balance with enough counted trading days before any simplified breach. Later rows are then labeled “after target reached” and are not evaluated.
  • After a breach: the account is treated as failed; later rows are labeled “after breach” and are not evaluated.

What This Checker Does Not Know

This scenario checker does not know current terms for any specific prop firm unless you enter them. It does not verify challenge eligibility, account approval, payout approval, withdrawal timing, tax treatment, local legality, commissions, slippage, exchange fees, data fees, consistency rules, prohibited strategies, market halts, news rules, copy-trading rules, platform outages, or account-specific exceptions.

Before relying on any rule value, check the firm’s current terms, help center, dashboard notices, evaluation agreement, payout policy, and support guidance.

Not a pass predictor: this tool runs one entered sequence against simplified rules you enter. It does not predict whether you will pass a real evaluation, recommend a firm, verify any firm’s live rules, or promise a payout. It is not financial or trading advice.

Model limits: it checks a daily loss limit and a max-loss floor (static, trailing end-of-day, or a conservative intraday approximation). It does not model commissions, slippage, consistency rules, news or overnight restrictions, or account-specific exceptions.

Privacy: the numbers you enter stay in your browser — this tool does not send your inputs to a server. Sitewide analytics or browser extensions may still run in the background, so avoid entering personal or account-identifying information.
