What to check first

• Dashboard or API looks down: Open the official status board first. If it is green, save your dashboard error, local time, account ID, and browser/device details before contacting support.
• Platform login or market-data issue: Check whether the problem is on NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, Quantower, Volumetrica, or ATAS before assuming the firm dashboard is down.
• Account, billing, or access issue: Use MFFU live chat for account-specific issues. Use Discord for broader platform or trading-plan questions.
• Payout question: Use the payout overview and first-payout guide. The policy is plan-specific, so compare Rapid, Flex, and Pro separately.

Is it the firm or the platform?

The official platform overview lists NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, Quantower, Volumetrica, and ATAS. The connection guide says TradingView, Tradovate, and NinjaTrader can require live market-data agreement steps.

Payout evidence checklist

Official payout sources checked July 5, 2026 say Rapid can be daily after first-trade, buffer, and minimum-profit rules; Flex uses five winning-day requirements and a $250 minimum; Pro uses a 14-calendar-day request cycle and a $1,000 minimum. The same source says most requests are approved instantly, with manual review up to six to 12 business hours on weekdays.

• Confirm the exact account model, platform, and region before comparing support or payout timing.
• Save the official source URL, visible timestamp, ticket ID, screenshots, account ID, platform/server, and local time.
• Keep payout eligibility separate from payment-rail arrival time.
• Do not treat review-site, social, or outage-tracker posts as proof of your account status.

One dated official downtime row is visible, so BestProps should show a source-check timeline, not a trend chart. The row is July 3, 2026: MFFU API was down for 16 minutes in total across two outages.
