Is it the firm or the platform?
Official Alpha sources checked July 5, 2026 list MetaTrader 5, cTrader, DX Trade, and TradeLocker. The same platform article says U.S. residents have cTrader, DX Trade, and TradeLocker available, and that traders travelling to the U.S. must not use MetaTrader 5 accounts while there. The country-availability page repeats the U.S. MT5 restriction.
Payout evidence checklist
Official Alpha payout sources checked July 5, 2026 say performance-fee requests are made from the dashboard payout tab and processed/paid within 2 business days. The payout dataset records on-demand options for Alpha Pro, Swing, One, and Three when requirements are met, plus a bi-weekly option for Alpha Pro and Three starting 14 days after the initial trade.
- Save the official source URL, ticket or chat ID, screenshots, account ID, platform/server, and local time.
- Separate firm support status from platform status. A platform-only issue is not proof that the firm is down.
- Keep payout eligibility separate from payment-rail arrival time.
