My Funded Futures rules vary by plan and stage. The most important split is between evaluation rules, simulated funded rules, and live account rules. Use the lookup below first, then open the official-source rows for the rule that applies to your plan.

Plan/Stage Rule Lookup

Pick the plan and account stage first. The card below changes the trip-up notes and source rows for that exact selection. Source gaps are labeled instead of filled in.

Plan-by-Plan Rules to Check First

1Pick the exact plan.

Rapid, Flex, Builder, and Pro do not share the same drawdown and payout path.

2Match the stage.

Evaluation rules can loosen or tighten after simulated funding and again after live transition.

3Check the payout gate.

Buffers, winning-day requirements, cycle caps, and contract availability can decide whether a withdrawal is practical.

!Watch source gaps.

Rows marked as gaps need dashboard or plan-specific confirmation before you trade around them.

Source snapshot, not an account agreement. Read each row as the official page BestProps checked on the listed date for that plan and stage.

Drawdown Rules to Watch Closely

EOD trailing drawdown

My Funded Futures’ MAX EOD source says the firm does not use a daily drawdown for that model, but it does use a maximum end-of-day drawdown. The same source says the trailing floor locks at $100 above the starting balance. For a 50K account, the help-center example shows a lock level of $52,100 after the account reaches $52,000 plus the $100 lock buffer.

Intraday trailing drawdown

The intraday drawdown source describes a moving loss limit based on the account’s equity high-water mark, including open trade equity. That means the relevant floor can move during the day as open profits increase. Rapid 50K simulated funded accounts use this intraday model according to the Rapid 50K plan guide.

Open equity still matters

The MAX EOD help-center page states that open equity losses are considered when determining whether the account failed the drawdown rule. Traders should verify the exact dashboard value and plan scope directly in My Funded Futures before placing or holding trades.

Payout Rules by Stage

Payout caution: live payout requests can change account availability while the request is pending. The Live Accounts FAQ says available contracts are set to 0 after a payout request until the payout is approved and paid. Confirm the current dashboard behavior before placing trades around a payout request.

Stage Official payout rule summary + evidence
Rapid simulated funded Daily payout cadence; first payout may become eligible 24 hours after first trade if buffer and minimums are met; Rapid 50K buffer is $2,100; minimum request is $500; no consistency rule listed.

News Trading and Conduct Rules

The My Funded Futures news policy says all positions must be flattened at least 2 minutes before scheduled T1 News and may be reopened after the 2-minute post-release window. The page identifies Rapid Sim Funded, Pro Sim Funded, and all evaluations as covered scopes. The Rapid 50K plan guide also says no T1 news trading is allowed on that simulated funded account. The Live Accounts FAQ says My Funded Futures has a no-hedging policy for sim and live traders.

MyFundedFutures’ terms describe account ownership, non-transferability, account-limit, and trading-rule compliance duties. Follow the firm’s stated policy and contact My Funded Futures for edge cases; this page does not cover enforcement thresholds or exceptions.

Simulation and Market Scope

The official MyFundedFutures risk disclaimer says evaluation and funded accounts operate in a simulated, non-executing environment, and that no real capital is deployed during evaluation or funded stages. It also says permitted products are standardized futures contracts listed on regulated U.S. futures exchanges, including CME Group exchanges, while equities, equity options, cryptocurrencies, CFDs, and OTC products are prohibited within the platform environment.
