Research basis and limitations

This page preserves the current BestProps document-based profile. Exact deep-source URLs may not be stored with every record, so individual statements may not link to specific firm pages. No account purchase, live trading, support contact, identity check, or payout test was performed.

TL;DR: FuturesElite offers configurable futures evaluation accounts and instant simulated accounts. The evaluation page says some challenges can be passed in one day and upgraded automatically after their applicable targets and rules are met. The instant page publishes a 5% maximum-loss buffer, end-of-day trailing behavior, no daily loss limit, and a 20% single-session consistency ceiling. Current terms define evaluations as simulated and instant accounts as real-time simulated accounts. A separate live-program policy says the risk team may select traders for live capital, so live transition is discretionary rather than the default funded state. Exact prices, one universal payout schedule, and a definitive country list are excluded because current official surfaces do not support those broad claims.

FuturesElite sells several ways to reach a performance-based futures account. The important comparison is between evaluation, instant, simulated funded, and possible live stages. Marketing uses the word funded broadly, while the legal and policy pages provide the detail needed to understand what the account actually represents.

This review uses first-party FuturesElite pages captured on August 22, 2026. The changing rule fields are scheduled for recheck on August 29, 2026.

FuturesElite research status

The evidence set covers the current home page, evaluation page, instant-account page, terms, restricted-country FAQ, and live-trading policy. BestProps does not use testimonial figures or third-party directory data as rule proof.

Exact checkout prices are excluded because the public product pages load prices through an embedded purchase tool. Payout details are also treated as plan-specific because current policy language varies by account type and purchase cohort.

The official country FAQ and the terms publish materially different restricted-country lists. This page therefore explains the conflict and directs readers to verify eligibility instead of reproducing either list as definitive.

FuturesElite account paths

FuturesElite publishes evaluation and instant account routes. The evaluation route asks a trader to meet a selected target and risk contract before upgrade. The instant route skips the evaluation target but begins under funded-stage risk and payout conditions.

The firm also markets Elite and Prime labels and lets traders customize some account sizes, platforms, and rules. Those labels should not be treated as one universal contract. A trader should match every number to the exact product, account size, purchase date, and current dashboard terms.

An instant account is not automatically safer or simpler. It removes one stage but can impose a buffer, consistency ceiling, payout threshold, and trailing loss behavior from the start.

FuturesElite evaluation process

The evaluation page says some current challenges have no minimum trading days or evaluation consistency rule and can be passed in one day when the applicable targets are met. It also says upgrades can occur automatically after the platform confirms the required metrics.

Another section on the same page describes challenge requirements more generally, including the target, daily and total drawdown, minimum days, and trading rules. That means the selected plan controls. Traders should not apply the faster-path statement to every evaluation product.

The evaluation account uses virtual funds. Passing measures compliance with the selected performance contract; it does not establish that the evaluation trades occurred on an exchange with firm capital.

FuturesElite EOD drawdown

FuturesElite describes end-of-day trailing drawdown as a floor that can move after a new highest closing balance. It does not move downward during the session merely because the account has an intraday loss.

The official evaluation page says the floor can stop at the starting balance after the applicable profit threshold or after the first payout request, depending on the product conditions. Because examples vary by account size and plan, confirm the exact starting distance and lock rule for the selected account.

EOD does not mean losses are ignored until tomorrow. A trader still needs to know when positions are liquidated, which balance or equity field is measured, how open positions are handled near the session boundary, and which time zone controls the close.

FuturesElite instant account rules

The instant-account page describes a 5% maximum-loss buffer. It gives examples of $2,500 on a $50,000 account, $5,000 on $100,000, and $7,500 on $150,000.

The same page says the drawdown follows an EOD trailing method and can lock at the starting balance. It states that instant accounts have no daily loss limit and use a 20% single-session consistency ceiling.

Those statements belong to the reviewed instant page, not every FuturesElite product. The page also links payout eligibility to reaching the stated buffer threshold. Traders should verify how that threshold interacts with the maximum withdrawal, minimum active days, and any cohort-specific payout ladder.

FuturesElite simulated funded model

Current terms define an evaluation as a simulated or demo account. They define an instant account as a real-time simulated account. They also say that trading through the ordinary service is simulated unless a page expressly states otherwise.

The label funded can therefore describe an account eligible for performance rewards without meaning that every trade is placed in a live brokerage account. This is a common but important distinction across prop firms.

FuturesElite's terms also state that it is not a broker, futures commission merchant, investment firm, or financial adviser. It says simulated balances are fictitious and do not represent deposits owned by the trader.

FuturesElite live transition policy

FuturesElite publishes a separate live-trading policy. It says the risk team may select a trader for live capital based on factors such as payout history, strong simulated results, or prior live experience.

The policy makes clear that moving live is a risk-team decision. Reaching a listed payout count can be one path but is not a guaranteed or automatic right. This prevents two inaccurate extremes: calling every funded account live and claiming FuturesElite never moves anyone to live capital.

A trader selected for live trading should read the new agreement as a separate contract. Live execution, capital allocation, loss floors, payout handling, and tax treatment can differ from the earlier simulated account.

FuturesElite payouts and consistency

FuturesElite markets performance rewards, but the current rules vary by program. The home page describes an Elite path with a 90% split and no funded consistency rule, while the instant page publishes a 20% session consistency ceiling.

These are not contradictory when attached to different products. They become misleading only when presented as a firm-wide rule. BestProps does not publish one universal split, payout cap, or request cadence for all FuturesElite accounts.

Before purchase, confirm the selected plan's profit split, buffer, request timing, minimum trading days, consistency calculation, per-request cap, approval checks, and payment method. The payout readiness checklist can help separate mathematical eligibility from firm approval.

FuturesElite pricing and renewals

The evaluation page loads prices through an external purchase frame. Without a retained selected account, platform, rule set, and account size, a single quoted price would be incomplete.

Current terms also describe recurring subscriptions for some services and state that prices may change. A reset can carry a separate cost without moving the underlying renewal date.

Calculate the first fee, possible renewal, reset cost, data or platform charge, and any activation amount together. Do not compare only the lowest headline purchase number. The reset cost calculator can compare reset and repurchase scenarios using your verified current prices.

FuturesElite country eligibility

FuturesElite publishes a country-restriction FAQ tied to residence, registration, purchase, and KYC. Its current terms contain a much shorter country list. Because the two official lists differ materially, BestProps cannot label either one the complete controlling list.

Ask support to confirm your residence, citizenship, physical location, identity-document country, company registration if applicable, payment method, and payout destination. Save the response with the version of the terms you reviewed.

Absence from one published list is not affirmative clearance. Successful purchase also does not guarantee later KYC acceptance or payout access.

The current terms identify Quantum SRL as the operator, but official surfaces contain inconsistent naming and address details. This profile does not publish an exact legal address because that conflict does not affect the trader's rule comparison and should not be normalized without a controlling correction.

The terms emphasize that simulated performance does not predict live results and that no income is guaranteed. They also place responsibility for legal compliance and trading decisions on the user.

Read the applicable agreement before paying, especially provisions covering renewal, refunds, prohibited conduct, account termination, data ownership, dispute handling, and changes to rules.

FuturesElite trader fit

FuturesElite may fit a futures trader who wants a configurable evaluation or an instant simulated route, understands EOD trailing loss mechanics, and is willing to verify product-specific payout conditions.

It may be a poor fit for someone who requires an automatic live-capital path, wants one stable public price without selecting account options, lives in a country affected by the unresolved restriction-list conflict, or depends on a universal payout rule across products.

The best pre-purchase test is a written scenario. Record the account size, starting drawdown, next-session floor, maximum daily risk, buffer target, consistency calculation, earliest request date, payout cap, renewal date, and total cost. Check each value against the selected current contract.

FuturesElite review verdict

FuturesElite provides enough first-party detail to distinguish evaluation accounts, instant simulated accounts, and discretionary live transition. Its EOD and instant-account explanations are more useful when read alongside the terms rather than as isolated marketing claims.

The main evidence weaknesses are the conflicting country lists, purchase-frame pricing, inconsistent entity details, and plan-specific payout language. Those fields require a fresh selected-state check.

BestProps does not assign FuturesElite a rating in this review because no calibrated score review was commissioned. This is an evidence-backed profile, not a promise of funding, payout, safety, or profitability.

FuturesElite questions

Are FuturesElite funded accounts simulated?

Current terms define evaluations as simulated and instant accounts as real-time simulated. Ordinary funded service is simulated unless FuturesElite expressly selects a trader for its separate live program.

Can a FuturesElite account move to live capital?

Yes, but the current live-program policy makes selection discretionary. Payout history and strong simulated results can be considered, but no published milestone creates an automatic entitlement.

Do FuturesElite instant accounts have a daily loss limit?

The reviewed instant-account page says no daily loss limit applies to that route. It still publishes a 5% maximum-loss buffer, EOD trailing behavior, and a 20% single-session consistency ceiling.

Is FuturesElite available in my country?

The current official country FAQ and terms do not agree on the full restricted list. Verify residence, citizenship, current location, KYC documents, payment method, and payout destination directly before purchase.
