EOD and legacy PA payout rules do not share the same gates. Check account type, qualifying days, consistency, safety net, caps, and payment rail before requesting.

EOD days5 qualifying
Legacy days8 / 5 profit
Minimum$500
Typical window5-11 business days

Use this page to avoid mixing EOD Performance Account rules with legacy PA rules. The account type matters more than the headline payout split.

Step 1

Confirm account type

EOD Performance Account, legacy PA, static, or another Apex account type can change the rule set.

Step 2

Run the math

Check qualifying days, minimum daily profit, consistency, safety net, and request caps before pressing request.

Step 3

Track the rail

U.S. users use ACH, international users use Plane after first approval, and provider timing is separate from Apex review.

01 EOD eligibilityEOD Payouts 5 days + $500
Official source says

The checked EOD source says EOD Performance Accounts have up to weekly payouts, 100% payout split, a $500 minimum payout amount, at least five qualifying trading days, a 50% consistency rule, and a safety net equal to drawdown limit plus $100.

Why traders inspect it

EOD rules should not be copied to legacy PA accounts.

02 EOD account rowsEOD Payouts 25K-150K
Official source says

The checked EOD source lists minimum daily profit of $100 on 25K, $250 on 50K, $300 on 100K, and $350 on 150K accounts. It lists safety nets of $26,100, $52,100, $103,100, and $154,100, with minimum balances to request of $26,600, $52,600, $103,600, and $154,600.

Why traders inspect it

The request amount sits above the safety net. Check the exact account size before using any number.

03 EOD payout capsEOD Payouts Six-cycle cap
Official source says

The checked EOD source lists sequential maximum payouts for each EOD Performance Account. 25K stays at $1,000 for payouts 1-6. 50K steps from $1,500 to $3,000. 100K steps from $2,000 to $4,000. 150K steps from $2,500 to $5,000.

Why traders inspect it

A cap table is not the same as balance needed to qualify, and it is not a guarantee of approval.

04 Consistency mathEOD + legacy sources 50% / 30%
Official source says

EOD source says no single profitable trading day may account for 50% or more of total profit since the last approved payout. Legacy PA uses a 30% consistency rule until the sixth payout or Live Prop Trading Account transfer; the checked example says a $1,500 highest profit day divided by 0.3 points to $5,000 total profit needed.

Why traders inspect it

A request can look close but still not be eligible if one day is too large.

05 Legacy PA rulesLegacy PA Payout Parameters 8 days
Official source says

The checked legacy source says at least 8 trading days are required, with at least 5 of those days showing profit of $50 or more. It lists 100% of the first $25,000 per account, then 90% after that, a $500 minimum payout, and safety net for the first three approved payouts.

Why traders inspect it

Legacy PA rules differ from the EOD five-day and 50% consistency structure.

06 Legacy balances and capsLegacy PA Payout Parameters First-five caps
Official source says

The checked legacy source lists minimum required balances and first-five maximum payouts: 25K $26,600 / $1,500; 50K $52,600 / $2,000; 100K $103,100 / $2,500; 150K $155,100 / $2,750; 250K $256,600 / $3,000; 300K $307,600 / $3,500; 100K Static $102,600 / $1,000. It says there is no maximum payout amount starting from the sixth payout if the required minimum balance remains after payout.

Why traders inspect it

Account size and payout count matter. Do not use one cap for every Apex account.

07 Payment rail and timingPayout method information ACH / Plane
Official source says

The checked source says U.S. users use ACH direct deposit to a U.S.-based bank account, while international users use Plane after first payout approval. Apex review is listed within 2 business days, funds sent after approval within 3-4 business days, bank/provider processing usually 3-7 business days, and most users receive payouts within 5-11 business days total.

Why traders inspect it

This is Apex-stated timing, not a guarantee of bank arrival.

08 Request workflowHow to request a payout Dashboard path
Official source says

The checked request source says to open the Apex dashboard, go to Account Details, click View or manage, open the Payout tab, use Request Payout, enter the amount, agree to the payout request agreement, submit, and track status in Payout History.

Why traders inspect it

If the request button is missing, the current dashboard state may be telling you eligibility is not met.

09 After submittingPayout sources Keep buffer
Official source says

The current page says Apex allows traders to keep trading after submitting a payout request, but they should trade as if requested funds have already been removed. If the account balance falls below the required minimum after the request, Apex says the request will be denied automatically.

Why traders inspect it

Post-request trading can still affect payout outcome if the balance drops below the required minimum.

10 Public payout wallApex public payouts Firm-published
Official source says

Apex’s public payout page lists masked names, locations, payout amounts, dates, and approved status. The July 5 scrape showed many approved entries dated July 2, 2026.

Why traders inspect it

Use the payout wall as firm-published evidence that Apex displays approved payouts. It is not an independent audit, denial-rate report, or proof your request will be approved.

What this page does not claim

It does not estimate Apex payout approval rates, denial rates, total payout volume, private dispute outcomes, individual trader outcomes, or whether any future request will be approved.

Links and placements

This page currently has no signup links, paid placements, sponsored rows, or monetized routing. If monetized links are added later, this page should be rechecked and disclosure should sit next to the affected link or module.

Page source note

Official Apex payout and help-center pages were checked with Content Scraper on July 5, 2026 UTC. In this batch, Apex source links were restored from prior local source inventory because the pre-existing published page named official sources but had no href links. This is a stated-policy guide for checked official payout sources, not financial advice, not payout proof, and not a claim that every valid request is paid or received on the same timeline. Eligibility still depends on account type, dashboard state, KYC/provider setup, rule compliance, and source changes after this check.
