Submit an offer: send BestProps a public, checkable prop firm deal so the offer can be reviewed without guesswork.

Source warning: official public offer pages beat screenshots. Include the deal URL, checked date, code, limits, and expiration. Email is not a secure or confidential submission channel. Do not send attachments, private customer data, unpublished terms, NDA-only promotions, or anything you are not authorized to share. Attachments may be deleted without review.

Choose The Right Lane

  • New public deal: use this when the offer is live on a public firm page, checkout page, help page, or official announcement. Subject: New offer: [Firm] – [Code or discount]
  • Update a listed deal: use this when BestProps has a stale code, wrong discount, missing account-size limit, old expiration date, or outdated activation-fee note. Subject: Offer correction: [Firm] – [BestProps URL]
  • Remove an expired deal: use this when a code stopped working, a sale ended, or a no-code discount is no longer shown by the firm. Subject: Expired offer: [Firm] – [Code]
  • Commercial inquiry: use this for sponsorship, paid placement, partnership, or media requests. Keep this separate from factual offer corrections. Subject: Commercial offer inquiry: [Firm]

Offer Details To Include

Send enough detail for BestProps to check the offer against the source, not just the headline discount.

  • Firm name and official firm website.
  • Offer type: percentage discount, fixed-dollar price, no activation fee, free reset, BOGO, trial, bundle, or other.
  • Exact code, or “no code needed” if the discount is automatic.
  • Eligible products, account sizes, markets, account models, and new-customer or existing-customer limits.
  • Excluded products, countries, platforms, or account types.
  • Expiration date, start date, time zone, and whether the offer is ongoing or limited time.
  • Official public source URL and the date you checked it.
  • BestProps page URL if this is a correction to an existing listing.
  • Submitter name, role, and firm-domain email or clear authorization from the firm for firm-initiated submissions. Trader or user corrections to existing BestProps listings may use a personal email, but BestProps may require extra verification before acting.

Source Quality

BestProps checks offer submissions against sources that traders can verify for themselves.

  1. Strongest: official firm-domain offer pages, pricing pages, checkout pages, terms pages, help-center articles, or dated public announcements.
  2. Useful context: public marketplace pages, dated public posts, archived pages, or public screenshot URLs that help locate a public source.
  3. Weak support: screenshots alone, private dashboards, direct messages, unpublished commercial terms, or claims without a public source.

What BestProps Checks

Before adding or changing a deal, BestProps may independently check whether the source shows the discount, whether the code or no-code sale is current, and whether the important limits are visible to traders.

  • Does the public source show the same discount or price?
  • Does the offer apply to the account size, market, and product claimed?
  • Is the expiration date clear?
  • Are activation fees, reset terms, minimum purchase rules, or new-customer limits disclosed?
  • Would a trader understand what can trip them up before checkout?

No Guaranteed Placement

Submitting an offer does not guarantee review, response, inclusion, ranking change, badge status, paid placement, publication, timing, prominence, or wording control. This page is not a contract and does not create an obligation to review or respond. BestProps may accept, reject, ignore, label, source-note, edit, summarize, or re-check an offer at its discretion. BestProps may verify sender identity and public firm authority before acting on firm-submitted changes.

Commercial And Editorial Separation

Commercial requests belong in the commercial lane. Factual offer corrections should be sent with public source evidence, not as part of a paid placement request. As of the policy version date below, this page is intended to contain no signup links, paid placements, sponsored rows, or monetized routing. If BestProps later adds paid placement or monetized routing on a specific page, it should be disclosed on that relevant page.

Submission Handling

Only send information you have authority to share. BestProps may store and review submissions internally, may use public-source material to update a page, and may delete or ignore spam, unsafe files, unverifiable promotions, abusive material, or sensitive material that cannot be used safely. The Privacy Policy covers contact details, inquiries, feedback, support email retention, and user rights. Legal notices, privacy requests, and urgent rights requests should use the channels listed in the Privacy Policy or the public contact page.

Do Not Send

  • Private trader records, customer files, KYC material, payment records, employee personal data, or other sensitive personal information.
  • NDA-only deals, off-the-record promotions, embargoed terms, or unpublished affiliate terms through this public channel.
  • Unsupported accusations about competitors, traders, employees, contractors, or individual people.
  • Attachments, files, or executable links unless BestProps specifically asks for them.
  • Malware, deceptive links, impersonation, mass promotional spam, or automated submissions.
  • Requests to suppress material based on checked sources in exchange for commercial spend.
  • Promotional copy that cannot be verified against a public offer source.
