We ran one $10,000 win (10% of a $100K funded account over 10 green days) through the live payout terms of 18 prop firms and ranked each product on how much of it the first request releases. Ten forex and CFD products release all of it: Alpha Capital Group Alpha Swing ($577, day 12, static floor), FunderPro Pro Challenge daily ($659, day 12, but 60%), FundedNext Stellar 1-Step (day 12), Blue Guardian Instant Standard (no evaluation), AquaFunded 2 Step Elite (cap equals the win; $36.56 per $1,000 of loss room, the lowest), FundingPips 2 Step Flex, FTMO 1-Step ($9,000 cash, the most), Hola Prime, The5ers Bootcamp (50% split) and Atlas Funded (day 29). FXIFY and E8 One release 99.99% because a full withdrawal ends the account; Goat Funded Trader releases 60% and deducts the rest. No futures product ranks: the three uncapped ones (Take Profit Trader PRO, LucidDaily, MyFundedFutures Rapid) hold back a $3,000 to $3,100 buffer and trail open profit, and the capped ones release 20% (Apex) to 69% (MyFundedFutures Pro, $100,000 per user).

Prop firms with no payout cap: a trader requests a withdrawal on a laptop with a blank form and a green send button

Freshness: payout articles, caps, buffers, prices and floors checked October 2, 2026, with each firm’s pages re-read on October 5, 2026. Caps change by purchase date (Tradeify’s Select caps apply to accounts bought after September 1, 2026; Goat Funded Trader’s funded rules to accounts bought from July 25, 2026), so read the article for your purchase date. Each Trustpilot figure carries the date we read it.

Quick picks among prop firms with no payout cap

  • Whole win soonest, floor that never moves: Alpha Capital Group Alpha Swing 100K, $577. All $10,000 on day 12; the static floor stays at $90,000 after the payout.
  • Most cash from the first request: FTMO Challenge 1-Step 100K, €499. $9,000 at 90% on day 15, no FTMO fee; take it by wire or crypto.
  • Cheapest loss room with no cap at 100K: AquaFunded 2 Step Elite 100K, $365.60, $36.56 per $1,000. Its $10,000 cap on rewards 1 and 2 equals this win.
  • Daily cash, uncapped: FunderPro Pro Challenge with Daily Rewards 100K, $659. Pays at 60%; the Weekly option pays 90% three days later.
  • No evaluation: Blue Guardian Instant Standard 100K, $623. Whole win on day 12 at 100K; caps start at $200K.
  • Lowest entry price: The5ers Bootcamp, $300 for the $100K plan in two parts. No cap, but the split starts at 50%.

Futures traders will find no ranked product: every uncapped futures account we tested trails open profit, and the capped ones are compared on the same win further down.

What a prop firm payout cap is, in every form

Prop firms with no payout cap explained: a $10,000 win flows to a payout door, part of it held by a payout cap barrier, the rest released in the first request
A cap holds back part of a big win; an uncapped product lets the whole of it through in the first request.

A payout cap is any funded-account rule that limits how much of your eligible profit one request, one period or the whole account can release. Firms rarely call all of them caps, which is why the brand-level lists of firms with no payout cap disagree with the firms’ own payout articles. These are the forms we found, each with a live example:

  • A fixed dollar amount per request: The5ers High Stakes, “$100K High Stakes Account Payout Cap: $4,000”.
  • A ladder by payout number: Apex’s 100K EOD account pays at most $2,000, then $2,500, $2,500, $3,000, $4,000 and $4,000. E8 Signature runs $2,250, $2,250, $3,250, $3,250, then $4,250.
  • A share of profit: Tradeify Select Flex, “50% of TOTAL profit (current balance minus starting balance)”, “capped at $3,500 per payout” at 100K. LucidFlex, 50% of profit up to $2,500.
  • A share of the balance: Topstep, “Max Payout per request: 50% of your account balance up to the cap below.” $4,000 at 100K on the Consistency path. Because the base shrinks with each payout, the balance never empties without new profit.
  • A share of the account size: Goat Funded Trader caps payouts 1 and 2 at 6% of the account; Blue Guardian’s 2 Step Nano at 2% per cycle; FXIFY’s Two Phase Pro at 5% on payouts 1 and 2.
  • A retained share: E8 Pro, “When you request a payout, 50% is your payout, and 50% is kept in the account as a buffer.”
  • A size-based cap: none at 100K on Blue Guardian, $10,000 on the first two rewards from $200K. AquaFunded’s starts at $100K.
  • A lifetime total or a payout count: MyFundedFutures Pro, “Maximum Payout (per user) $100,000”. Apex, “Each Performance Account may receive a maximum of six payouts.”

What happens to the profit above a cap matters as much as the cap. At Topstep and Apex it stays in the account for a later request. At Goat Funded Trader it is removed: “Any profits beyond this limit will be deducted from the account balance.” AquaFunded’s Instant Flex does the same, “Any profit above the 5% cap will be deducted from the account balance once the reward is processed.” At a move to live, Lucid pays sim profit only up to a fixed amount: “The amount is capped at a fixed amount of $15,000.” “Any profits in excess of the capped amount may not be withdrawn.” For the definitions without a ranking, see our explainer on how prop firm payout caps work.

Three things look like caps and are not, and we keep them in other columns: a minimum request, a buffer the account must keep, and a consistency rule that decides whether you may ask. A payment-method limit is a cap only when every method open to you is limited; no ranked product is in that position.

Hidden Trustpilot ratings
  1. The cap sentence, per product: the payout article, rules page or product card for that exact product and size, read in full. A cap the firm states only in its terms counts. Marketing copy that says no cap is checked against the terms. Checked October 2, 2026; re-read on October 5, 2026.
  2. One win for everyone: a $100K funded account up $10,000 over its first 10 trading days, +1% a day, no losing day, no rule broken. The first request goes in on the first day the product allows on or after trading day 10.
  3. The number: what the rules release in that request, after every cap, buffer, retained share and lifetime limit, divided by the $10,000. Split and fees are shown in cash, never ranked.
  4. Ties: fewer days until the whole win is out, then whether the largest size also releases a 10% win in full, then the list price per $1,000 of overall loss room. One product per firm.
  5. Not ranked: capped products, products whose floor trails open profit during the day, and a firm still clearing a payout queue. Live moves and review triggers are named as warnings, never used to rank.

Share released in request 1 = the lowest of (the win less any buffer held, the per-request cap, the percentage cap on its stated base, any period cap, any lifetime room left) ÷ the $10,000 win × 100

Cash to you = that amount × the split as bought − published payout fees

Worked example, Topstep XFA Consistency 100K: the cap is 50% of balance up to $4,000. Half of the $10,000 balance is $5,000, so the $4,000 cap binds: 40% in request 1, $3,600 at 90%. The next request takes half of the $6,000 left, $3,000, and the one after half of $3,000. After five requests $375 is still in the account, so the win never fully clears without new profit. Worked example, Alpha Swing 100K: no cap, no buffer, on-demand requests: $10,000 on day 12, 100%, $8,000 at 80%. Full method: how we rank.

Notes on this ranking: Ranked on the share of a $10,000 win (10% of 100K over 10 green days) released in the first request, then fewer days to clear it, then whether the largest size also releases it in full, then the lower list price per $1,000 of loss room. That last figure, in table order: Alpha Capital Group $57.70; FunderPro $65.90; FundedNext $95.00; Blue Guardian $103.83; AquaFunded $36.56; FundingPips $46.25; FTMO $56.01; Hola Prime $56.90; The5ers $75.00; Atlas Funded $44.30; FXIFY $54.90; E8 Markets $81.33; Goat Funded Trader $47.80. * A fee the firm does not publish (a payout fee, or an activation fee on top of the list price) is left out, never assumed to be $0. † Atlas Funded’s own pages disagree on the first payout (day 15 or day 29) and the split (90% or 80%); we use day 29 and 80%. On the other reading it would rank sixth. ‡ The5ers Bootcamp is priced on its funded loss limit of $4,000; its first step allows $1,250. § FXIFY ends the account on a full withdrawal and E8 refuses one, so a cent has to stay: $9,999.99 of $10,000. FTMO’s €499 is converted at the ECB rate of 1.1225 on October 2, 2026. Split and fees are shown, never ranked.

Read the two tables together. A product can release the whole win and still carry a ceiling that ends it later (Alpha Capital Group’s live review, FundingPips’ Prime move), or a payment rail that cannot carry it (FTMO’s card limit, FundedNext’s crypto limit). None of those changes the first request at 100K, which is what the ranking measures.

These products fail the test because a cap of some form applies to every payout at 100K, or for life. They are here so you can see what each cap costs on the same win. Sorted by the share released in request 1:

Three futures firms in this table deserve a closer look. Topstep’s Express Funded Account caps every request at half the balance, and its live account is the uncapped stage: “Live Funded Account Payouts are not capped.” That account is reached by a discretionary call-up whose starting balance is limited to the account size, “with any excess forfeited (not banked into Reserve)”. Apex Trader Funding pays a 100% split but caps each payout by number, holds a $3,100 safety net at 100K, and “PAs are limited to the max payouts specified below, regardless of the total profit generated in the account.” Tradeify Select Flex 100K releases 35%, $3,500, under a rule for accounts bought after September 1, 2026.

Two capped products sit on the same sites as ranked ones, and the names do not help. E8 Pro is sold as having no payout caps, which is literally true, but only half of total profit is paid per request. The5ers High Stakes caps at $4,000 while The5ers Bootcamp, ranked above, has no cap at all.

Uncapped futures prop firms we did not rank

Of the 12 futures products we tested, three have no per-request cap. All three hold back a buffer and, more importantly, trail the funded floor with open profit during the day, which can end an account on a winning trade that reverses. We keep that floor shape out of every ranking:

Take Profit Trader PRO

The firm’s own promo FAQ says “No maximum withdrawal amount.” and that is true above the $103,000 buffer at 100K, so $7,000 of the win, 70%, can leave on day 12 at 80%. The floor is the problem: “The Trailing Drawdown is calculated intraday using your peak balance, which includes realized gains and unrealized gains.” The buffer itself comes out only on closing the account: “A trader may withdraw profits inside of the buffer zone, however, this action can only be performed once the PRO account status is completely closed.” A discretionary PRO+ move freezes profit: “$5,000 in profit from the PRO account will be frozen and must remain in the account while the PRO+ is active.” Price: $330 a month at 100K plus a $130 PRO activation (waived with NOFEE40, a limited-time promo with no end date shown). Lucid Trading LucidDaily

LucidDaily has no per-request cap: payouts come from profit above a $103,100 buffer at 100K, and “You can not take a payout from the buffer balance.” So $6,900 of the win, 69%, is requestable on day 12 at 90%. Then the floor: “The LucidDaily funded accounts always use an Intraday drawdown.” And the ceiling: a $10,000 day at 100K moves the account live, “If you meet or exceed the daily amount you are automatically moved live.” Sim profit paid on the move is capped at $15,000. $222 once at 100K (code VAULT shows less, no end date shown). Trustpilot: 4.3/5 on 6,241 reviews, read October 5, 2026.

MyFundedFutures Rapid

Rapid is the MyFundedFutures plan with no published cap: daily payouts after a $3,100 buffer, 90% split, $6,900 of the win on day 12. Its sim floor is “Max Loss Distance: $3,000 from your equity high-water mark (HWM) Drawdown Type: Intra-day trailing”. A big day ends it differently: “Automatic Live transition occurs when you generate $10,000 in net profit within a single trading session.” On that day “any profit exceeding $10,000 for that trading day is forfeited”, and “No, rejecting the move to a Live Funded Account is not possible once you are selected.” $356 once at 100K. Alpha Futures has the highest per-request cap we read, “maximum is industry leading $15,000 on all Advanced Account sizes”, but each request is also limited to half the profit in the account, so a $10,000 win releases $5,000 first, $4,500 at 90%. We do not rank the firm while its own update says “Pending Premium Plan payouts are being handled separately.” Alpha Futures is a separate company listing from Alpha Capital Group, ranked first above.

Payout frequency at uncapped prop firms, and what it does to a capped one

Without a cap, frequency decides only when the money arrives. With a cap, it decides how much: a capped product can only pay its cap as often as its cycle allows. Same $10,000 win, four schedules:

  • On demand: Alpha Swing, Blue Guardian Instant Standard, FXIFY and E8 One take a request any day the rules are met; all four reached it on day 12.
  • Daily: FunderPro’s daily option (at 60%), and the three futures products we do not rank. A daily profit limit works like a cap too: Goat Funded Trader deducts funded profit above $3,000 a day.
  • Every 5 business days: FundedNext Stellar 1-Step, two cycles inside the test, day 12.
  • Every 14 days: AquaFunded, FundingPips, FTMO’s first claim, Hola Prime and The5ers, all day 15; Atlas Funded on day 29 under its trading rules.

Now the capped side. The5ers High Stakes pays $4,000 every two weeks, so the $10,000 takes three requests and lands on day 43. Blue Guardian’s Nano pays 2% of the account per 14-day cycle: five requests, day 71. Apex needs five new qualifying days between payouts and clears $6,900 above its safety net on day 26. A daily schedule does not rescue a cap; it only lets you hit it more often. Consistency rules that shrink or delay an uncapped prop firm payout

A consistency rule usually decides whether you may ask, not how much you get. At +1% a day the test’s best day is 10% of the win, so every best-day rule here passes: Blue Guardian’s 20%, Alpha Capital Group’s and E8’s 40%, FTMO’s 50%. A trader whose best day is half the month would wait at all four. The rules that change the amount are deductions, and they are rarer:

  • Profit removed from certain trades: Atlas Funded deducts profit from trades held under 3 minutes and from news windows on funded accounts; FundingPips deducts profit from any trade idea that earned a strike.
  • Profit above a daily limit: Goat Funded Trader deducts funded profit above $3,000 a day.
  • A lower split after a breach: AquaFunded’s Wave Stop, “1st breach – Profit split reduced to 50%.” Blue Guardian’s Guardian Shield and FundingPips’ second strike do the same.
  • Compliance review: FundedNext can refuse a request in full when rule-breaking trades made more than it.

FundingPips 2 Step Flex and AquaFunded 2 Step Elite publish no funded consistency rule at all. For the wider list, see our prop firms with no consistency rule guide.

Buffers and minimum payouts at prop firms with no payout cap

A buffer is not a cap, but it shrinks the first payout by the same amount every time. None of the ten 100% products keeps one. The ones we found:
