We checked 18 prop firms for an inactivity rule on the funded account, the stage most comparison pages skip. No firm states in writing that a funded account is never closed for inactivity. Two publish no rule at any stage after a full search: Bulenox Momentum 50K ($63.56 per $1,000 of loss room) and Phidias Fundamental 50K ($125.20), so get the position in writing. Three allow 60 days without a trade once funded: E8 Pro ($53.80, and you can warn support before travel), FXIFY Two Phase Classic ($54.90) and Instant Funding One-Phase PRO ($93.25). The5ers and Audacity Capital rank last because their own pages disagree (30 vs 60 days, one month vs six). Most others close a funded account after 30 days, OneFunded halves its 60-day evaluation window once funded, and Tradeify, Take Profit Trader, MyFundedFutures and Apex run weekly, 7-day or profit-day rules. A held position does not count as activity at most firms that define it.
