We read the payout pages of 21 prop firms for one thing: whether the firm will put your profit into your own bank account, by which route, and what that route costs. Thirteen pay your bank directly and six pay a platform first (Rise, Deel or WorkMarket). Ranked on bank-route cost per $1,000 of loss room, Topstep Trading Combine 50K leads the direct payers at $47.50 ($95 a month, Aeropay free for US banks; $62.50 by $30 international wire), then FundedNext Stellar Lite 100K ($54.37, bank from $1,000, up to 3.5%) and City Traders Imperium 2-Step 100K ($54.90). Through a platform, FundingPips 2 Step Flex 100K ($46.25, Rise from $500) and FXIFY Two Phase Standard 200K ($52.45, Rise only) lead, though neither prices the route. The fees page 1 never lists: FTMO, Bulenox and BrightFunded charge $0, Hola Prime 2.5% ($25 minimum), Goat Funded Trader 3%, The5ers and FundedNext 3.5%, WeMasterTrade and Earn2Trade (outside the US) a flat $50. The country bars: FundedNext 38, FundedNext Futures 22, FTMO 4; FundingPips banks directly in 14 regions, Goat Funded Trader in 8. Rise’s own guide adds $20 for a USD bank withdrawal; Deel and Plane charge nothing for a local transfer.

This guide is about being paid into a bank account. Paying for a challenge by bank transfer is a different question, covered in our guide to prop firms that accept bank transfer and in a short section below.

Freshness: payout pages, prices and floors checked October 2, 2026, with each firm’s bank and platform payout terms re-read on October 4 and 5, 2026, and the platforms’ own fee pages read on October 5, 2026. Firms change payout methods without notice; re-read the payout article before you request. Each Trustpilot figure carries the date we read it.

Eight ranked firms publish no fee for the route they rank on, and their figures are marked.

What a bank transfer payout from a prop firm means

Prop firms that pay via bank transfer explained: one payout arrow goes direct to the bank, the other passes through a payout platform first
Two ways a payout reaches your bank: sent by the firm, or sent to a payout platform you withdraw from.

A prop firm that pays via bank transfer sends your profit share (the firms call it a reward, a payout or a performance fee) to a bank account in your name. It happens in one of two ways, and the difference matters more than any headline speed claim:

  • Direct to your bank. The firm, or its own bank processor, sends the money by wire, SWIFT, ACH or a pay-by-bank service such as Aeropay or Plaid. One KYC, one fee, one transfer. Thirteen ranked firms work this way.
  • Through a payout platform. The firm pays a balance at Rise, Deel, Plane, WorkMarket or Wise, and you withdraw from there. That is a second account, usually a second KYC, the platform’s own fees and often an invitation that only arrives after your first payout is approved. Six ranked firms rank on this route.

Being paid by bank transfer has nothing to do with paying for the account by bank transfer. Most firms here sell accounts by card or crypto and pay out by bank; FTMO, City Traders Imperium and RebelsFunding also take a bank transfer at checkout. That side is covered further down.

Hidden Trustpilot ratings
  1. The firm’s own words: a bank route counts only when the firm’s payout article, policy or terms name it for the product. Banners, the firm’s own blog listicles, review sites and directories do not count. Checked October 2, 2026; re-read October 4 and 5, 2026.
  2. Direct or platform: firms that pay your bank themselves rank in one group; firms that pay Rise, Deel or WorkMarket first rank in a second group below them.
  3. The route’s numbers: the firm’s fee, who pays bank charges, the minimum and maximum, the countries or US states that cannot use it, the time to your bank, and the forms you must file, each quoted from the firm.
  4. One figure to compare: the account’s list price, plus a published activation fee, plus the firm’s fee on one $1,000 payout by the cheapest bank route open to most traders, divided by the overall loss limit in thousands. One product per firm, the one with the best figure.
  5. Not ranked: a firm whose bank wording names no fee, minimum or scope anywhere, and products whose funded floor trails open profit during the day. A forced live move is a named warning, never a reason to drop a firm.

Bank-route cost per $1,000 of loss room = (list price + published activation fee + firm fee on a $1,000 payout by the ranked bank route) ÷ (overall max-loss floor ÷ 1,000)

Worked example, Hola Prime 2-Step Prime 200K: $1,079 list, no activation fee, and 2.5% of $1,000 = $25 on the bank wire, so $1,104. The overall floor is 10% of $200,000 = $20,000. $1,104 ÷ 20 = $55.20 per $1,000. Worked example, BrightFunded 2-Step Classic 200K: €997 × 1.1225 = $1,119.13, no BrightFunded fee, and the top of the $5 to $50 bank charge the firm itself names: $1,169.13 ÷ 20 = $58.46. The platform’s own withdrawal fee (Rise’s $20, for example) is shown beside each row but kept out of the figure, because it depends on your country and currency, not on the firm. Notes on this ranking: Rows 1 to 13 are firms that pay your bank directly; rows 14 to 19 pay a platform first (Rise, Deel or WorkMarket), from which you withdraw to your bank. Each group is sorted by its own figure. * A fee the firm does not publish (a bank-route fee or an activation fee) is left out of the figure, never counted as $0. † Euro prices are converted at the ECB rate of 1.1225 on October 2, 2026. ‡ A reading on the conservative side: FundedNext and FundedNext Futures charge “up to” 3.5%, read at 3.5% (at 0% they would be $50.00 and $80.00, in the same places, and RiseWorks costs them the same); The5ers’ card gives an 8% floor and its FAQ 10%, so we use 8% (on 10% it would be $44.00 and rank first); WeMasterTrade’s pages give $50 or nothing for the wire, so we use $50 ($48.00 without it); BrightFunded names bank fees of $5 to $50 and we count $50 ($55.96 on its own fee alone). § Billed monthly; one month is counted: Topstep $95.00 and Earn2Trade $264.50 over two months. ¶ Topstep ranks on Aeropay, which is US-only; paid by international wire at $30 it would be $62.50. Apex Trader Funding and MyFundedFutures also rank on their US route, but neither publishes a fee for its route abroad, so their figure does not change. Promo codes are shown in the firm blocks and never used to rank.

Read the two tables together. A low figure does not help if the route will not serve you (FundingPips’ bank list leaves out the US; Topstep’s free route is US-only) or if the minimum sits above your payouts (FundedNext’s $1,000).

Bank payout methods at prop firms, from wire and ACH to Rise and Wise

Firms use the same handful of words for quite different transfers. What each one means for the trader receiving it:

  • International wire or SWIFT: the default for traders outside the firm’s home country. Slowest and the most likely to lose money on the way: Topstep quotes 5 to 10 business days and $30, City Traders Imperium says your bank may take up to 14 days, and Plane warns that intermediary banks can deduct a fee on SWIFT.
  • ACH: a US domestic bank transfer, 1 to 3 business days. Apex, Topstep, MyFundedFutures and Bulenox name it; Apex asks for the ACH routing number, not the wire one.
  • Pay-by-bank (Aeropay, Plaid): instant or near-instant transfers to US banks. Topstep uses Aeropay; MyFundedFutures, Lucid Trading and Take Profit Trader use Plaid.
  • SEPA and local transfers: no firm here names SEPA itself. BrightFunded pays in euros; Rise and Deel withdraw in local currency, which for a eurozone account is a local transfer.
  • Rise (Riseworks): a contractor payment platform. The firm pays your Rise balance, then you withdraw to a bank in 90-plus currencies or to stablecoins.
  • Deel, Plane and WorkMarket: other contractor platforms. Earn2Trade assigns Deel in some cases, Apex pays non-US traders through Plane, and Lucid Trading uses WorkMarket by ADP.
  • Wise: a receiving account. Topstep pays Wise in China, Canada and the UK; Take Profit Trader uses it for international payouts; WeMasterTrade and Alpha Capital Group list it as a method.

Direct bank payouts versus Rise and other platforms at prop firms

Rise is the most common platform here. Its own guide describes what happens after the firm pays: “Fiat (bank transfer): real-time to T+2 depending on your country and currency”. The trade-offs against a direct wire:

  • A second account and KYC. FundingPips requires that “Your Rise email must exactly match your FundingPips account email”; FXIFY and The5ers set the same rule. A failed Rise verification blocks the payout at FXIFY, where Rise is the only route.
  • The invitation comes late. At Tradeify, FundingPips and Apex (Plane) the platform invitation arrives only after your first payout is approved, so the first payout is the slowest.
  • Fees you cannot see at the firm. Of the six platform-route firms, only Goat Funded Trader (3%) and Earn2Trade ($50 abroad, 1.5% in the US) publish a figure. The rest leave it to the platform.
  • You choose the currency. A platform lets you withdraw in local currency at its own rate, which can beat a USD wire converted by your bank.

Where a firm offers both at the same fee (The5ers, Hola Prime, FundedNext and FundedNext Futures), we rank the direct route; the platform remains the fallback for small payouts (FundedNext’s RiseWorks from $50) or very large ones (FundedNext Futures’ RiseWorks has no limit).

What Rise, Deel, Wise, Plane and WorkMarket charge on a prop firm bank payout

We read each platform’s own fee page on October 5, 2026 for two cases: US dollars to a US bank, and euros to a eurozone bank. These fees are yours, on top of anything the firm takes, and they are shown for reference only; none of them is in the ranking figure.

Each platform’s own published fee to withdraw to a bank, read October 5, 2026.
PlatformUS dollars, US bankEuros, eurozone bankUsed by
Rise$20 a USD bank withdrawal$10 plus 1.15% FX margin (Germany)FundingPips, FXIFY, Goat, Tradeify, Earn2Trade, MyFundedFutures
Deel$0 by local transfer ($10 minimum)$0 local; SWIFT $5 to $10Earn2Trade (when assigned)
WiseFree domestic; 6.11 USD by wireFree domestic; 2.39 EUR by SwiftTopstep, Take Profit Trader, WeMasterTrade, Alpha
Plane$0 to receive$0; intermediary banks may deductApex Trader Funding, Tradeify (fallback)
WorkMarket$0 by ACH2-3% conversion plus $1.95 to $30Lucid Trading

In their own words: Rise charges “$10 per local currency withdrawal” and adds a “$20 flat fee for USD bank withdrawals”; Deel lists “Local Bank Transfers: $0 USD”; Plane says “Plane never charges contractors to receive their payments. We do not charge conversion fees either.” WorkMarket states that “WorkMarket payments are made in USD, regardless of the payment account type.” So a $1,000 Rise payout to a US bank lands at $980 before the firm’s own fee, and a Plane payout at $1,000 unless a bank on the way takes a cut.

What the firm’s fee takes from a prop firm bank payout

What the firm sends from a $1,000 payout by its ranked route, after its own fee and before any platform or bank charge:

  • $1,000: FTMO, Bulenox, BrightFunded (bank charges of $5 to $50 named by the firm) and Topstep by Aeropay.
  • $975: Hola Prime, 2.5% with a $25 minimum.
  • $970: Goat Funded Trader, 3%; Topstep by ACH or wire, $30.
  • $965: The5ers, 3.5% plus any receiving-bank fee; FundedNext and FundedNext Futures, up to 3.5%, plus transfer charges at FundedNext.
  • $950: WeMasterTrade by wire, $50; Earn2Trade outside the US, $50 ($985 in the US at 1.5%).
  • Not published: City Traders Imperium, Alpha Capital Group, MyFundedFutures, Apex Trader Funding, FundingPips, FXIFY, Tradeify and Lucid Trading.

Flat fees hurt small payouts and percentages hurt large ones. At $5,000 the 3.5% firms take $175 and Goat Funded Trader $150, while WeMasterTrade’s wire is still $50. Here is how a $5,000 payout reaches the bank at the firms that publish enough to work it out:

A $5,000 payout by the ranked bank route: requests needed and what the firm sends after its own fee.

Product caps decide the second column more than the route does: Topstep, Bulenox, Apex, Tradeify, Lucid and MyFundedFutures cap each request at $1,500 to $2,500 on their 50K accounts, so $5,000 takes three cycles. At The5ers the $4,000 cap per payout at 100K splits it in two.

Who can use each prop firm’s bank payout route

This is the column most comparisons skip. A bank route can be barred by country, limited to a list of countries, or US-only:

  • Barred lists: FundedNext bars bank transfer for 38 countries, FundedNext Futures for 22 (a different list), FTMO for 4. Topstep bars about 37 countries from trading and payouts altogether.
  • Allowed lists: FundingPips pays directly by bank only in 14 regions, without the US; Goat Funded Trader in 8 African countries; Topstep’s Wise only in China, Canada and the UK.
  • US-only routes: Topstep’s Aeropay and ACH, Apex’s ACH, MyFundedFutures’ Plaid/ACH, Lucid’s Plaid and Take Profit Trader’s Plaid. Non-US traders at those firms use wire, Plane, Rise, WorkMarket or Wise.
  • US states: Rise does not serve some US states and territories. Earn2Trade names Iowa, Minnesota, South Carolina, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and Haiti; FXIFY names five.
  • Your bank’s country: Apex rejects a bank account outside your country of residence.

Firms with no country wording on the route itself (The5ers, Hola Prime, City Traders Imperium, Bulenox, BrightFunded, Alpha Capital Group, WeMasterTrade) still apply their firm-wide country lists to the account.

Minimum and largest bank payouts at each prop firm

Two minimums apply: the account’s own payout minimum and the bank route’s, and the larger one wins. From lowest to highest:
