MyFundedFutures leads the official prop firm YouTube samples with four of six supported-current checks on Rapid $50K; Tradeify TV follows with three on Lightning $25K. NickDoesFutures leads the third-party reviewers with four on a bespoke Vest $25K setup, but live fee and activation verification remain incomplete. Prop Firm Match, Damn Good Trading and Forex Prop Reviews share second in the reviewer group with three each. We checked 12 channels, ranked 11 within two owner groups and retained The5ers as unscored education. A matched statement is not a full first-payout checklist, a creator’s earnings proof or permission to copy trades.

A dated video is a starting point. Current written terms decide the account you buy.

Source dates: video/rule comparisons checked October 8, 2026. Older entity, review and live-stage evidence spans October 3 to October 8, 2026 and keeps its original dates below. Sample uploads run from January 28, 2024 to October 7, 2026. Re-check fees and funded rules before paying.

Quick picks for prop firm YouTube channels

  • Official account comparison: MyFundedFutures’ Rapid $50K sample, four matches, with an intraday-equity funded-loss warning.
  • Lightning first-payout arithmetic: Tradeify TV’s $25K example, three matches and an old-price caveat.
  • Third-party account flow: NickDoesFutures’ bespoke Vest example, four matches; external withdrawal is not the first profit claim.
  • Specialized loss teaching: FTMO for 1-Step midnight trailing and Apex for EOD thresholds. Lower buying counts do not erase their teaching value.
  • Learning without a buying score: The5ers’ profitable-day lesson.

These are product-specific watch choices. Nobody receives an overall cross-business winner badge. A newer stream or interview is not automatically a better account-rule sample, and a large subscriber count is not part of this test.

How we tested prop firm YouTube claims

Best prop firm YouTube channels checked through dated sources exact products fair comparisons and written rules
The guide’s source-first process applies here to both official explanations and third-party reviewer claims. Written firm sources still decide rules.

The shared guide illustration normally uses the firm’s own channel only. This topic explicitly adds third-party videos as the claims being checked. Fee, rule and payout truth still comes from the firm’s written sources; neither a reviewer’s claim nor Trustpilot decides a field’s match. Channel identity is traced through the publisher’s own links, not a guessed handle.

  • One disclosed representative video per channel: a substantive named-program breakdown or, for The5ers, a useful education lesson. The selected clip need not be the newest upload when a newer upload serves another purpose.
  • Six fixed buyer checks: fee plus billing; activation amount/timing; evaluation overall-loss amount and type; funded overall-loss amount and type; initial share; and the qualifying conditions actually asserted for a first reward.
  • Amount and floor type: both are required for a full loss-field match. An EOD explanation without dollars, or 10% without static/trailing scope, stays incomplete.
  • Bounded statements: a correct cadence or split can match without reciting every account condition, but the unmentioned buffer, identity or compliance checks remain visible.
  • Representative product: highest supported-current count among fully examined, eligible asserted products; ties use first appearance in that video. Historic and all-omitted comparison mentions cannot be selected to hide differences.
  • Separate groups: sort by matches descending, then current-term differences ascending, then documented changes ascending. Equal results share a rank. Within a tie display newer sample dates first, then names.
  • Limits: no subscriber threshold, earnings test, arbitrary completeness pass mark or wholesale channel honesty score. All 50 tested product examples retain their six outcomes; supplementary description promotions stay separate.

Matches, documented changes, current-term differences, not covered, incomplete evidence and not applicable are distinct. The denominator stays six even for an instant account with no evaluation. We do not call a statement wrong at upload without contemporaneous proof. Current customer opinions and compulsory live transitions are account context, not hidden channel-score penalties.

Prop firm YouTube videos and current rule checks

Best prop firm YouTube channels six checks for fees activation evaluation loss funded loss split and first payout
Pause the exact claim, then check six written fields. Question marks mean a detail still needs evidence, not that the rule is zero.

A reviewer knows what happened on their own account; the written product terms decide what another buyer may purchase today. Captions give a timestamped claim, descriptions give explicit description evidence, and thumbnails do not establish dialogue. Automatic captions can misspell names. A description observed now may have been edited since upload, so its current promotion is not automatically an original-date offer.

Learn the vocabulary before comparing: evaluation is the qualifying stage; sim-funded or performance usually means a reward-eligible simulation; a live brokerage stage is different. Vendor or creator use of funded cannot settle that distinction. Vest’s terms/marketing conflict and Topstep’s XFA-to-live progression below show why stage labels matter.

MyFundedFutures channel for comparing Rapid and Pro stages

MyFundedFutures provides the strongest official sampled buying reference here, but its Rapid lesson leaves out the most important funded-loss distinction. Rapid $50K matches four of six checks, including its $2,000 evaluation allowance and end-of-day floor. The funded account instead trails intraday equity. A correct evaluation explanation is not a funded-risk explanation.

Sample: Episode 08 – MFFU Plans Explained 📈. July 5, 2026. Producer: MyFundedFutures, vendor-produced. The video is the claim being checked, not the authority for current account terms.

Owner and identity: MyFundedFutures. Publisher identity link; channel MyFundedFutures. Identity checked October 8, 2026. This is the firm’s own sales channel, not an outside review. The sampled description does not disclose a separate paid course or named outside sponsor; that is not a whole-channel claim.

Evidence limit: Timed captions were inspected; automatic recognition may misspell names. Description-only claims and promotions are labelled separately. This is one selected sample, not the entire channel. Current product comparisons were read October 8, 2026. Older review and entity dates below have not been refreshed by copying them.

Current account context, not video-score credit: Rapid $50K is $209 one-time with $0 activation. The initial overall allowance is $2,000. Evaluation trailing updates at end of day; the sim-funded trail follows intraday equity and locks at a $100 floor. The 90% initial sim share, daily request cadence and absence of consistency do not remove the $2,100 buffer, $500 minimum or 24-hour clock from the first funded trade. Written product check 1 · Written product check 2.

First account watch-out: A live call-up cannot be declined while keeping the sim account, according to the live FAQ read October 6, 2026. Builder has its own fifth-approved-payout progression. That warning concerns the account, not the four matched video fields.

Account-stage sources: Live or simulation terms.

Review context: MyFundedFutures Trustpilot showed 4.9/5 from 22,222 reviews on October 6, 2026. This is a dated customer-opinion snapshot, not payout validation or a channel score. The October 6, 2026 customer-opinion snapshot includes fast-support and fast-payout praise alongside platform-connection and breach complaints. It was not an enforcement-rate study.

Copying and signals: MyFundedFutures bans third-party operation and manipulative coordinated mirroring in its terms. A conditional prohibition is not a blanket ban on all self-copying, and a public stream is not permission to let someone else trade your account. Written conduct policy.

Also checked and older-program limits: Rapid $25K, $100K and $150K each have three supported fields; the video supplies no size-specific loss amount for their evaluation claims. Pro $50K also has four, but appears later, so Rapid $50K is the representative. Pro $100K and $150K have three each. Pro has 80% sim share, a 14-calendar-day wait and a $1,000 minimum, with the EOD floor becoming static after the first payout. Builder Default and Add-On each have three matches: the 48-hour/two-day payout description is useful, but the video does not state either variant’s loss amount. Their current $2,100 and $1,600 buffers differ. Legacy Flex $50K has three matches and remains historic context; five $150 winning days and $500 net profit do not remove its 50%-of-profit and $2,000 caps.

Choose this channel when: Choose this channel when you want a vendor-led comparison of Rapid, Builder and Pro. Pause at the account-stage change instead of treating an across-all-plans sentence as complete rules.

Tradeify TV channel for Lightning payout arithmetic

Tradeify TV explains Lightning’s first-payout arithmetic more completely than its present purchase price. Lightning $25K has three supported fields, one price-range difference, one omitted activation field and no evaluation stage. Its larger Lightning examples do not win merely because their current fee-to-loss-room ratios are lower.

Sample: Ep. 9 | Lightning Funded Explained (Instant Funding Route). January 20, 2026. Producer: Tradeify TV, vendor-produced. The video is the claim being checked, not the authority for current account terms.

Owner and identity: Tradeify TV. Publisher identity link; channel Tradeify TV. Identity checked October 8, 2026. Vendor-produced content sells Tradeify accounts. No named outside sponsor or separate paid course was disclosed in this sampled description; the firm’s commercial interest is still present.

Evidence limit: Timed captions were inspected; automatic recognition may misspell names. Description-only claims and promotions are labelled separately. This is one selected sample, not the entire channel. Current product comparisons were read October 8, 2026. Older review and entity dates below have not been refreshed by copying them.
