Key takeaways

Best prop firm white-label providers are different purchases, not one interchangeable top ten.

Read the full summary

Best prop firm white-label providers are different purchases, not one interchangeable top ten. Seventeen providers qualify across managed operations, CRM/risk, trading platforms and data/evaluation components. FXPropTech ScaleUp, UpTrader with PropTrading and YourPropFirm SaaS document 7/7 operator functions; Match-Trader Turnkey documents 7/7 within platforms. PropAccount White Label II documents 1/7 in managed operations, with $3,000 setup and a 50% net arrangement. TradeLocker Starter’s $3,000 monthly fee gives a $36,000 annual platform subtotal, not a complete launch budget. A configurable payout workflow does not guarantee trader cash or transferable data. Public sources were checked October 8, 2026; unknown fees and contract duties remain unknown.

Best prop firm white-label providers compared through a technology contract and operator dashboard
Buy operator permissions and obligations, not just a branded trading screen.

If you want to start a prop firm, the first decision is what you are buying. A managed white label, a challenge CRM, a trading server and a market-data feed solve different parts of the business. This comparison follows the decisions you can document, the payout duties you must contract and the data you can take away.

Quick picks by prop technology job

Managed operation

PropAccount. White Label II is the selected managed purchase, with 1/7 documented controls. Contract payout debt and net deductions rather than assume hands-off means funded.

Operator CRM

FXPropTech. ScaleUp, UpTrader with PropTrading and YourPropFirm SaaS tie at 7/7. Choose on the purchased scope and exit terms, not a unique overall winner.

Data and evaluator

Rithmic. Rithmic evaluator has 2/7; dxFeed data has 1/7. Both still require the rest of the operator business.

What white-label prop technology actually buys

A trader buys a plan and must meet its trading and payout conditions. An operator buys infrastructure and must decide who contracts with those traders, who receives challenge fees and who funds approved rewards. The trader-facing platform comparison and platform adoption finder answer which firms offer a terminal, not which admin permissions or licences a startup can purchase.

Prop firm white-label technology responsibilities separated between operator, provider, platform and trader payouts
Operator, technology supplier, trading platform and payout debtor may be different parties. The contract decides.

Managed white label: you purchase an arrangement with operational and revenue-sharing terms. CRM and risk: you purchase administration, rule configuration and workflow tools. Trading platform: you purchase trading-service and server entitlements. Data and evaluation: you purchase particular feeds or evaluator controls, not a funded business. A shared screen or integration does not merge these contracts.

Platform customisation also has limits. A branded trader room, mobile application or website design is not source-code ownership. Ask which UI changes are included, which require paid development, who can update production, and what custom work remains usable after termination. A server/API contract must identify permissions and versions, not merely promise connectivity.

How we checked prop provider controls

How we ranked prop firm white-label providers using named products, dated documentation and operator control evidence
Trader-guide overview. Here fees, rules, payout terms, reviews and videos concern operator purchases; the count comes from seven documented functions, not these icons.

We checked 28 candidates: 25 full provider reviews and three context screens. Seventeen providers have a qualified bought product; eight remain also checked because public bought-scope evidence is insufficient. Across the 25 full reviews, 56 named products supply 392 function states and 115 source-eligible affirmative indicators. The official sources were read October 8, 2026. These are documentary checks, not authenticated installations, performance benchmarks or signed-contract verification.

  1. Confirm a named B2B product and current official procurement route. A quote or demo route is acceptable; marketing alone cannot earn a function.
  2. For each of seven functions, identify a current own technical, help or operative-terms source that states what the buying operator can do in that purchase.
  3. Count one per documented eligible function. Keep explicitly unavailable, unpublished, conflicting and not-applicable states separate; they add no affirmative credit but are not interchangeable findings.
  4. Select each provider’s largest documented count, preserving the listed alternative order on ties. Group by bought infrastructure layer before sorting by count, then alphabetically. Tied counts share rank numbers.
  5. Keep fees, payout responsibility, data exit, reviews and dated videos beside every product. Do not replace an unknown with zero or impose a minimum count or review threshold.

The seven functions are challenge-phase rules, account lifecycle, funded risk actions, trading routes, payments/onboarding, payout decisions, and audit/export. The count is a documentary lower bound. Seven is the function inventory, not seven admission requirements; 0/7 means no qualifying public operator evidence was credited, not operational failure or proved absence. Each provider’s open function ledger lists every alternative and its seven states. The general ranking method is separate from this topic’s narrow documentation count.

Which prop provider controls and fees are documented

Read the two tables within each purchase group together. The first compares documented control and contract limitations; the second compares the same named products in the same order on list-price scope. A partial annual subscription excludes setup; a fixed first-year subtotal includes documented setup. Neither includes a complete business bill. Products with quoted fees are still compared on their documented controls.

White Label II keeps the managed-business purchase separate from a software licence. Its 50% net arrangement is not the 30% gross share advertised for White Label I. The setup fee is $3,000: the pricing panel's animated $0 was its starting display, not a separate zero-cost contract.

FXPropTech for full API and Pro Engine scope

ScaleUp is the FXPropTech purchase whose full API and Pro Engine documentation support all seven functions. The admin-only account-advance endpoint and payout-approval endpoint are concrete operator actions, but neither makes FXPropTech the legal debtor for trader rewards.

Bought product: FXPropTech ScaleUp. Documented operator-control coverage 7/7 within operator CRM/risk. Current procurement route (checked October 8, 2026)

Contracting identity: Not published exact contracting entity; FXPropTech brand. Dubai contact address; principal-jurisdiction governing clause defers to Service Order. Role: Not published. Identity source (checked October 8, 2026)

Documented wording: “POST /v1/evaluations/{id}/pass Manually advance a trader to the next phase or funded status (admin-only endpoint).” Official function source (checked October 8, 2026)

Watch-out: Service Order prevails; full API/Pro Engine credit only on ScaleUp, not Starter no-API or GrowUp Limited API.; Setup and monthly billed separately; taxes/usage/custom integrations may add costs despite no-unavailable-fees marketing.; Terms restrict licence to internal operations and forbid reselling/transfer without consent; require written branded trader-deployment permission. White-label Grow says 5,000 active accounts, pricing GrowUp says 2,000 trader accounts; use lower documented pricing allowance, preserve both.; API documentation v1.0 differs from platform/API v2 base and sample paths; no authenticated runtime tested.

Quoted billing: ‘Each plan includes a one-time setup fee to get you live, then a simple monthly subscription to keep you running.’ Optional custom integrations/additional seats are separately quoted.
