Key takeaways
Alpha Capital Group Alpha Pro 10% leads this Funded Trading Plus alternatives comparison at 2.5 out of 4 and $53.40 per $1,000 of overall loss room, but its funded 40% best-day and 2% per-asset limits are tighter than Classic. Goat 2 Steps GOAT and FunderPro Classic both remove evaluation and funded best-day percentage caps while keeping 10% static overall drawdown. Classic remains an unranked $319 reference with 35% evaluation consistency, 50% payout consistency and a 3% same-symbol termination cap. All costs are published-fee-only, not proven all-in totals; a lower fee can buy stricter funded rules.
The useful question is not which firm sounds most like Funded Trading Plus. It is which exact programme removes the rule that actually interferes with your trading, without introducing an exposure stop, a payout buffer or a moving funded floor. This guide compares forex and CFD programmes, not futures arms, and does not claim personal trading or payout testing.
Price and topic-rule evidence was checked on October 9, 2026. Review profiles and official videos retain their earlier dates where stated. The EUR conversion uses the October 8 ECB reference, not a claimed October 9 market quote. Prices, eligibility and terms can change before purchase.

Why Funded Trading Plus alternatives start with Classic rules
Classic is not a trailing-drawdown challenge. At $50,000, its 8% maximum overall loss leaves a fixed $46,000 floor across both evaluation phases and the funded stage. The two evaluation targets are 7% each, or $3,500 per phase. Its separate 4% daily-loss rule can end the account even if the overall floor remains intact.
The reasons to switch are more specific than the brand name. A 35% best-day cap applies in each Classic evaluation phase, rising to 50% for funded rewards. A 3% same-symbol equity-loss limit combines simultaneous positions and can terminate the entire account. A trader who already spreads profits across days may value the static floor more than removing those gates.
First requests start 10 calendar days after funded account creation, not 10 days after the first trade. The minimum is 1% of initial size, $500 at $50,000, and the base split is 80%. Ordinary review is described as two business days; flagged risk reviews can take five to seven. Successful payment starts a new consistency window. These are separate clocks, not a promise that the money arrives on the tenth day.
Classic permits overnight and weekend holding. EAs are permitted subject to prohibited strategies, but the terms reserve access to third-party logs and source code. Native execution by an EA on the selected Match-Trader route is not established. Forex leverage is 1:50, metals and indices 1:20, energy 1:5 and crypto 1:2. News permission does not prove every event profit survives review because a referenced news-policy page was unavailable in the saved check.
The $319 list price gives $79.75 per $1,000 of overall loss room before unpriced fees. SIZE25 advertised $239.25 with no end date shown when checked; it does not set this comparison. Current Classic has no challenge-fee refund. A 20% reset discount gives an illustrative $255.20 base reset, with option costs still unresolved. Thirty days of inactivity can end the account; simply having no evaluation deadline does not remove that rule.
KYC applies before relevant payment processing; country and exact receiving-rail conditions must match the account identity. A complete current scaling ladder is not established for Classic by the selected price check. Unknown add-on combinations are not free benefits.

How we compare Funded Trading Plus alternatives
The four comparison checks each award one point for a full improvement, half a point for a stage-limited or conditional improvement, and zero for a tighter or unverified result. A missing statement is shown as not published, not as a ban or absence of a rule. The score is a sum of four reader needs, not a safety, trust or profitability rating.
- Cheaper published fees. Compare the list charge plus known activation and compulsory options, divided by the smallest overall loss allowance through evaluation, funding and first payout. Unknown charge scope prevents a full all-in saving claim, including for Classic.
- Less best-day restriction. A larger percentage is less restrictive. A full result needs a funded cap above 50% or explicit absence, plus evaluation at least as permissive as 35%. Improving evaluation while tightening payout earns only partial credit.
- More same-symbol room. Full credit needs an explicit removal or a higher-than-3% allowance throughout the covered stages. A funded-only rule, per-idea aggregation or portfolio stop is described separately. Silence is not unlimited exposure.
- A safer funded-floor structure. Static overall allowance of at least 8% through the first payout matches Classic and avoids the trailing structure on other FT+ routes. Static room below 8% or qualifying wider balance-only trailing room gets partial credit; a match is not described as beating Classic.
Published-fee cost = 1,000 × (USD list charge + known compulsory fees) ÷ smallest overall max-loss allowance in USD. Daily limits, symbol limits, account size and a profitable account’s remaining cushion never replace the denominator.
Classic is $319 ÷ $4,000 × 1,000 = $79.75. FunderPro Classic has the same $319 list charge but $5,000 overall room, producing $63.80. EUR fees convert at 1.1186 USD per EUR using the October 8, 2026 ECB reference. A contingent refund is shown separately and is never subtracted from purchase cost. One-time billing does not prove an unspecified activation or data fee is zero.
We select each firm’s lowest-cost verified qualifying configuration, not its highest score or cheapest unverified teaser. Numbered alternatives sort by score descending, then exact cost ascending, larger overall allowance and lower list charge. Exact score-and-cost ties share a number. There are no such ties in this shortlist. Unverified orders and non-finite full-stage costs stay in separate comparison groups.

Alpha Pro suits traders who want unrestricted evaluation days as a Classic alternative
Alpha Pro removes Classic's evaluation best-day limit, but the selected on-demand reward route tightens the funded cap to 40%. That is an evaluation improvement, not a payout improvement. Its $267 MT5, swaps, 80% route has $5,000 of static overall loss allowance, so the published-fee cost is $53.40 per $1,000. The public selector and exact price response support this configuration even though a catalogue publication flag points the other way; no purchase was executed.
The first risk to check is the funded 2% per-asset closure rule. At $50,000 that is $1,000, tighter than Classic's $1,500 symbol threshold. Losing positions on the same asset combine, profitable positions do not offset them, and reopening the same direction within 10 minutes combines the losses. This particular rule applies only to qualified accounts, explaining the partial credit rather than an all-stage freedom claim.
On-demand requests need 2% gross profit, $1,000 here, and compliance with the 40% rule. All trades must be closed. The current payment article says requests are processed and paid within two business days and the account stays locked until its balance is reset. A partial withdrawal resets the consistency calculation; the next trade starts a new window. The article does not specify the resulting balance after every partial withdrawal, so remaining loss room after processing cannot be promised.
Alpha Pro allows overnight holding but not funded weekend holding. Its funded event window prohibits execution within five minutes before or after targeted news; removed profits do not cancel the losses. Purchased or personally written autonomous execution EAs are not permitted. Pre-approved MT5 management tools require the applicable file submission and must have been used in evaluation. The $50,000 Pro account also has a 20-lot combined limit. Forex leverage is 1:100, indices 1:20, metals 1:30 and oil 1:10.
This exact offer is not for US residents or citizens. A US entry in a dropdown is not permission to buy. Evaluation fees are non-refundable and the reset charge is not published. Conditional scaling requires 10% virtual capital growth and adds 10% of initial size, with a cumulative $2 million virtual-capital ceiling across scaled accounts. Alpha Swing is the dearer holding-policy alternative, not the product whose $267 price is used above.
Current exact KYC stage and accepted-document scope are not established here. Minimum activity and complete first-request rail charges must be checked against the exact account agreement; no absent fee or time rule is presumed zero.

Goat 2 Steps GOAT removes both best-day percentage caps as a Classic alternative
Goat's 2 Steps GOAT is a more direct consistency alternative than Alpha Pro. Its current rules explicitly say no consistency rule in both evaluation phases and funded trading. The single-account TradeLocker checkout shows $308, not the cheaper per-account bundle prices. With a $5,000 static overall allowance, its published-fee cost is $61.60 per $1,000.
Goat Guard is the trade-off, not a footnote. Funded combined floating losses across all open assets can trigger the 2% stop, $1,000 at this size. The first event reduces the split to 50%; the second permanently closes the account. Each change in position composition creates a new snapshot. The evaluation same-symbol threshold is not published, so the absence of a funded consistency cap earns no claim of unlimited symbol risk.
The base first request is 14 days after the first funded trade, with four profitable days each earning at least 0.5% of initial size net of fees and commissions, $250 here. The minimum request is $100, the first two gross requests are capped at $3,000, and rewards incur a 3% processing fee. Identity verification and the trader agreement precede first processing, described as two business days after those steps. Rise, crypto, Skrill and limited-country bank routes are not interchangeable everywhere.
New accounts bought from October 6, 2026 have a 60-second minimum trade duration. From that date the published rules prohibit VPNs, VPSs, proxies and other hosting services during trading. Own EAs and own-account copying are subject to the current strategy rules; third-party signals are not a free substitute. The event rule includes a two-minute window and a 1% per-trade profit cap, and weekend-gap profits can be reviewed. The base leverage is 1:50 forex, 1:10 indices and commodities, and 1:2 crypto.
The inactivity rule breaches an account after thirty consecutive days without a trade. The advertised challenge-fee refund is at the fourth payout, not a discount at purchase. A current reset price is not published. Contractual live-account wording does not establish an operational mandatory call-up, a decline option or treatment of a simulated balance. Those points remain unconfirmed rather than being converted into a closure finding.
The 2-Step offer covers forex, index, commodity and crypto CFDs. Exact current scaling milestones and a complete funded-holding permission are not established by the selected price capture. General weekend-profit reviews are a separate condition, not an unlimited holding guarantee.

FunderPro Classic pairs no best-day cap with a static floor as a Classic alternative
FunderPro Classic offers the cleanest published best-day wording among these three leading choices. The current help page expressly says Classic Phase 1 and Phase 2 have no consistency rule and funded stages have none. That does not mean the firm ignores trading behaviour: the separate lot-size and trading-plan policy still allows review.
The selected TradeLocker Classic costs $319 and has $5,000 of static overall allowance across stages, giving $63.80 per $1,000. Standard challenge terms explicitly waive an activation fee, unlike a generic claim of no hidden fees. A mandatory data or platform charge is not expressly itemized, so this remains a published-fee comparison rather than a verified all-in saving over Classic's $319.
Funded margin is capped at 20% per asset class, grouping trades within the class. The first violation removes the relevant profits and allows the account to continue; the second fails the account and can decline the remaining reward. That margin percentage is not a same-symbol loss threshold and is not the denominator of the cost calculation. No explicit numeric same-symbol removal or higher allowance is established.
The base request clock is 14 days from getting funded, with at least $100 profit and an 80% split. The first-reward fee credit is described as arriving within seven days of that reward, not before the evaluation. A calculated 30% base reset charge is $95.70 before unresolved tax and option treatment. Rise and USDC ERC20 information retains its earlier source date; rail fees and an exact current settlement maximum are not itemized in the selected reward help.
The Swing holding option raises the published charge to $350.90 without changing this 2.5-point result. Other programme permissions must not be borrowed for the base Classic: its own news, weekend, instrument-leverage and inactivity details need to be checked against the contract at purchase. The terms require clients using third-party EAs to own their source code, so a purchased compiled-only bot cannot be assumed compliant. No operational live call-up terms are established by the simulated-account footer.
The same-product operating terms checked on October 8, 2026 allow ordinary overnight holding but require Swing for weekends and longer closures. Funded news help is stricter than the terms' two-minute entry ban: without Swing, it also restricts holding through targeted releases. There is no five-hour exemption. The Friday cutoffs differ between 16:30 EST and 22:00 MT5 server time; use the stricter account-specific deadline rather than inventing a timezone conversion.
That earlier Classic route lists forex, metals, indices, energies, shares and crypto CFDs, with funded leverage of 1:100 forex, 1:30 metals, indices and energies, 1:5 shares and 1:2 crypto. KYC precedes funding. The earlier processing explanation says normal
