Research basis and limitations

This page preserves the current BestProps document-based profile. Exact deep-source URLs may not be stored with every record, so individual statements may not link to specific firm pages. No account purchase, live trading, support contact, identity check, or payout test was performed.

TL;DR: Atmos Funded is a Taurex-backed evaluation provider whose current legal disclosure says every challenge and funded-stage trade uses virtual funds in simulated accounts, with no live market orders or client deposits. Its August 15, 2026 homepage listed a 5K 1-Step Standard account at $43 before a temporary discount. The core menu includes 1-Step Standard, 1-Step Plus, 2-Step Standard, 2-Step Plus, Instant Funding, and Nova. Standard plans generally start with an 80% split that can scale to 90%; the dedicated payout guide lists 14-day requests for most plans, an on-demand first request for 2-Step Plus, and on-demand requests for Nova. Atmos lists MT5, a $100 minimum payout, and two-to-five-business-day processing after approval conditions are met.

Atmos Funded review verdict

Atmos Funded offers several routes with materially different drawdown mechanics. The one-step and instant routes use trailing maximum-loss rules, while the two-step routes use static limits. Traders should choose by loss calculation, target sequence, consistency rule, payout timing, and total cost rather than by phase count alone.

The most important qualification is the account model. Atmos calls Taurex its broker backer, but the current website disclosure says challenges and trading activity use virtual funds in a simulated setting. It says no actual financial instruments are bought or sold and no client funds are accepted. References to a funded account or live funded stage on program pages are therefore program labels, not evidence that a trader controls live capital.

Atmos Funded programs and current cost

Program Evaluation structure Main loss rules Minimum days Funded-stage condition Payout timing
1-Step Standard 10% target 3% daily and 6% trailing maximum loss 3 No consistency rule Every 14 days
1-Step Plus 6% target No daily limit and 3% trailing maximum loss 3 45% consistency rule Every 14 days
2-Step Standard 10% then 5% targets 5% daily and 10% static maximum loss 3 per phase No consistency rule Every 14 days
2-Step Plus 6% then 6% targets 3% daily and 6% static maximum loss 3 per phase No consistency rule First request on demand, then every 14 days
Instant Funding No evaluation phase 3% daily and 5% trailing maximum loss None before access 20% consistency rule Every 14 days
Nova 5% target 4% daily and 8% maximum loss None stated in the comparison No consistency rule On demand

The live homepage showed $43 as the regular 5K 1-Step Standard price and displayed a temporary August 13 through August 17 promotion. That is a dated checkout snapshot, not a permanent price. Dedicated help articles showed different prices by route and size. The 50K examples were $239 for 1-Step Standard, $109 for 1-Step Plus before a listed $125 activation fee, $329 for 2-Step Standard, $189 for 2-Step Plus, and $374 for Instant Funding.

Those figures are not directly comparable without activation fees and account terms. Verify the price, discount code, activation fee, currency, account size, refundable-fee condition, and selected add-ons in one checkout session.

Atmos Funded rules and drawdown

Atmos publishes leverage of up to 1:50 for forex, 1:15 for metals, 1:10 for indices, and 1:2 for crypto across the compared programs. Leverage is a maximum, not a recommended position size. A smaller maximum-loss allowance can make nominal account size a poor measure of usable risk.

The trailing rules also differ. The 1-Step Standard maximum loss trails before locking at the initial balance and can reset after payout activity. The 1-Step Plus trailing limit locks at the initial balance and is described as resetting after payouts. Instant Funding uses a trailing limit that locks at the initial balance and resets around payouts. Confirm the exact equity or balance reference, intraday behavior, lock point, and post-payout reset in the current agreement.

The prohibited-strategy article bars latency and arbitrage methods, tick scalping, coordinated or opposite-account hedging, account sharing, and gambling-style risk. It says at least half of trades must remain open longer than two minutes. New positions cannot be opened or closed within two minutes before or after specified high-impact news, although ordinary overnight and weekend holding is permitted. EAs and copy tools are allowed only when they remain within the stated strategy rules.

Atmos Funded payouts and simulated accounts

The official profit-split guide says the standard split is 80% and can scale to 90%. The dedicated payout guide lists requests every 14 days for 1-Step Standard, 1-Step Plus, 2-Step Standard, and Instant Funding. It lists the first 2-Step Plus request as on demand and later requests every 14 days, while Nova requests are on demand.

Atmos lists a $100 minimum request and says processing normally takes two to five business days. Its payout article names bank wire, selected crypto assets, and transfer to a Taurex account as possible methods. Eligibility timing, internal review, KYC, payment-provider handling, network conditions, and banking delays can all affect receipt.

One 2-Step Standard article contains an older-looking paragraph that describes a 30-day first cycle followed by biweekly access, while its own summary table and the newer dedicated payout guide say every 14 days. This draft follows the dedicated guide checked August 15, 2026, but buyers should have support confirm the schedule tied to the exact order.

Atmos Funded platforms and country access

Atmos lists MetaTrader 5 on desktop, web, and mobile. Platform availability can depend on residence, account configuration, and provider eligibility, so confirm access before paying if MT5 is required.

The current homepage disclosure lists the United States and several other jurisdictions as restricted, and says the list is not exhaustive. Older agreements expose different country lists. The public homepage should not be treated as a complete eligibility result. Check both citizenship and residence with Atmos, then retain the response and the controlling terms.

Atmos Global Ltd is identified on the current site as a Comoros-incorporated company with registration HT00525042 and license BFX2025060. AtmosFunded Ltd in Cyprus is described as providing educational products, challenges, and payment-related services. These corporate statements do not convert simulated accounts into brokerage deposits or live trading accounts.

Who Atmos Funded may fit

  • Traders who want a choice among one-step, two-step, instant-access, and low-cost Nova structures.
  • Traders who understand the difference between trailing and static maximum loss.
  • MT5 users who have confirmed regional eligibility.
  • Buyers who are comfortable with simulated funded-stage trading and plan-specific consistency rules.

Who should compare Atmos Funded alternatives

  • Traders seeking a verified live-capital account rather than a simulated program.
  • Buyers who need one uniform drawdown rule across every route.
  • U.S. residents or traders in another restricted jurisdiction.
  • Traders who cannot work within the two-minute news window or trade-duration condition.
  • Buyers who need payout timing resolved before purchase.

Atmos Funded BestProps assessment

Atmos has a broad product menu and better-than-average official rule detail, but the names can hide meaningful differences. The shortest route is not automatically the least restrictive. Instant Funding removes evaluation targets but applies a 5% trailing maximum loss and 20% funded-stage consistency rule. The 1-Step Plus route removes a daily limit but uses a 3% trailing maximum loss and a 45% consistency rule after qualification.

For a fair comparison, record the normal fee, activation fee, promotion, target sequence, daily-loss basis, maximum-loss type, consistency calculation, minimum days, split, payout cycle, platform, and country result. Keep Atmos's broker-backed marketing separate from the legal disclosure that describes all trading as simulated.

What to verify before buying Atmos Funded

  • The exact program, account size, regular price, temporary discount, activation fee, and refund condition.
  • Each target, daily-loss calculation, maximum-loss type, trailing lock point, and payout reset behavior.
  • How the 45% or 20% consistency rule is calculated when it applies.
  • Minimum days, the high-impact-news window, trade-duration requirement, EA use, and copy-trading limits.
  • The starting split, scaling conditions, request date, $100 minimum, payment method, and processing fees.
  • MT5 availability and eligibility for both citizenship and residence.
  • The current customer agreement and confirmation that all program balances remain simulated.
