Yes, Lucid Trading has daily payouts, but only on one plan: LucidDaily. A LucidDaily funded account lets you request a payout on any day you have at least $500 of profit above the buffer balance ($26,100, $52,100, $103,100 or $154,600 for 25K to 150K) and positive net profit since your last payout. There is no fixed cap per request; instead a maximum daily profit of $6,000, $8,000, $10,000 or $12,000 sends you to Lucid’s live review. The catches: the funded account always uses an intraday trailing drawdown, trading high-impact USD news is a hard breach, and the optional daily loss limit ($600, $1,200, $1,800 or $2,700) stays fixed in both phases. Split is 90/10. Checked against Lucid’s help centre and pricing cards on October 13, 2026.
This guide covers LucidDaily only: what the account is, the evaluation and funded rules by size, how the daily payout rules work with worked examples, the daily loss limit (and how it differs on LucidFlex, LucidPro and LucidDirect), what each of the four LucidDaily configurations costs, and what happens when you are moved to live. Every number was read from Lucid’s own help centre and pricing pages on October 13, 2026. Where Lucid’s pages disagree with each other we say so, and we say which one we rely on. Lucid changes its plans often, so open the linked source article before you buy or request a payout.
Does Lucid Trading Have Daily Payouts?
Lucid Trading offers daily payout requests on its LucidDaily funded accounts. Lucid describes them as offering “daily payout requests, no consistency rule, and a 90/10 profit split” (LucidDaily Funded Account). Lucid’s other current plans pay out on a cycle instead: LucidFlex after five profitable days, LucidPro after a profit goal under a 40% consistency rule, and LucidDirect after a profit goal under a 20% rule (LucidFlex Payouts, LucidPro Payouts). Live accounts that Lucid moves traders into also list daily payouts (New Live Structure).
| Account | How often you can request | What each request needs |
|---|---|---|
| LucidDaily funded | Any day you are eligible | $500+ of profit above the buffer and positive net profit since the last payout |
| LucidFlex funded | After each 5-day cycle | 5 profitable days at the size’s daily minimum and positive net profit for the cycle |
| LucidPro funded | After each cycle | Profit goal reached, balance above the buffer and largest day no more than 40% of cycle profit |
| LucidDirect | After each cycle | Profit goal reached and largest day no more than 20% of cycle profit |
| Lucid live accounts | Daily | Live terms are set in Lucid’s live onboarding |
“Daily” describes how often you may ask, not a promise that you will earn enough every day. The buffer and the $500 minimum mean you need a profitable session of at least $500 (once you sit at the buffer) before the next request, as the worked examples below show.
What Is LucidDaily?
LucidDaily is one of Lucid’s four current plans, next to LucidFlex, LucidPro and LucidDirect. You buy a one-time evaluation, hit a profit target under a 50% consistency rule, and then trade a simulated funded account from which approved payouts are paid in real money (LucidDaily Evaluation). Lucid’s homepage lists its three selling points as “Daily payouts”, “2-day pass” and “Customized eval drawdown” (Lucid homepage).
At checkout you set two options that cannot be changed later: the daily loss limit (on or off) and the evaluation drawdown type (end of day or intraday). That gives four versions of the same account at four prices (LucidDaily Customization). The funded account always uses an intraday drawdown, whichever evaluation drawdown you chose.
- Evaluation: profit target of $1,250, $3,000, $6,000 or $9,000; 50% consistency; drawdown end of day or intraday (your choice).
- Funded: intraday trailing drawdown, no consistency rule, payouts any eligible day, 90/10 split.
- Optional DLL: a fixed daily loss limit in both phases if you leave it on, none in either phase if you pay to switch it off.
- No news trading: high-impact USD news is a hard breach on LucidDaily, unlike Lucid’s other plans.
- Live trigger: earning the maximum daily profit for your size puts you in line to be moved to a live account.

Lucid’s legacy rule sets (LucidBlack, the legacy live structure and legacy LucidMaxx) do not include a LucidDaily version. Every number on this page is a current term. The live-transition rules are the part most likely to change, and Lucid’s pages already disagree on them; see the live section below.
LucidDaily Evaluation Rules
The evaluation is a simulated account with a profit target. Lucid lists a one-time fee with no monthly rebilling and no time limit, activation of the funded account within 5 to 30 minutes of hitting the target, and no activation fee (LucidDaily Evaluation).
| Account | Profit target | Max loss limit | Consistency | Max size |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,250 | $1,000 | 50% | 2 minis or 20 micros |
| 50K | $3,000 | $2,000 | 50% | 4 minis or 40 micros |
| 100K | $6,000 | $3,000 | 50% | 6 minis or 60 micros |
| 150K | $9,000 | $4,500 | 50% | 10 minis or 100 micros |
The 50% consistency rule and the two-day pass
To move to funded, your largest single-day profit divided by total account profit must be 50% or less (LucidDaily Consistency). Lucid’s example: on a 50K, a best day of $750 against the $3,000 target is 25%, which passes. Because no single day can carry more than half the profit, the fastest possible pass is two days, which is where the “2-day pass” on Lucid’s pricing card comes from.
Lucid builds in a small cushion. Its example table allows a largest day of $650 on 25K, $1,560 on 50K, $3,120 on 100K and $4,680 on 150K when you finish at exactly the target, which works out to 52% rather than 50%. Lucid stresses that the cushion is a percentage of your actual profit, not a fixed dollar amount.
| Account | Target | Best day that still passes at the target | If your best day is | Total profit needed instead |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,250 | $650 | $900 | $1,800 |
| 50K | $3,000 | $1,560 | $2,000 | $4,000 |
| 100K | $6,000 | $3,120 | $4,000 | $8,000 |
| 150K | $9,000 | $4,680 | $6,000 | $12,000 |
The last column uses the plain 50% formula (twice your best day). The cushion may let you pass a little earlier; Lucid does not publish the exact cushion percentage, so plan on the 50% figure. Consistency only applies to the evaluation: the funded account has none.
End-of-day or intraday drawdown in the evaluation
This is the only Lucid plan where you choose the evaluation drawdown (LucidDaily Drawdown). End of day moves the max loss limit (MLL) only on your closing balance, so an open trade that runs up and comes back does not tighten it. Intraday moves the MLL with real-time profit and loss, including unrealised gains. The intraday evaluation is cheaper: $14 to $57 less at list price depending on size.
Paying for the end-of-day evaluation only changes the evaluation. Every LucidDaily funded account uses an intraday drawdown. Traders who pass an end-of-day evaluation should practise with an intraday drawdown before the funded account starts, because a winning trade that turns around can now cost room it never used to.
LucidDaily Funded Drawdown: How the Intraday Trail Works
In the funded account the MLL trails your highest real-time balance, including open profit, until it reaches the initial trail balance. Once the account goes above that level the MLL locks at the starting balance plus $100 and never moves again (LucidDaily Drawdown). If the balance reaches the MLL, the account is breached.
| Account | MLL amount | Starting MLL | Initial trail balance | Locked MLL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,000 | $24,000 | $26,100 | $25,100 |
| 50K | $2,000 | $48,000 | $52,100 | $50,100 |
| 100K | $3,000 | $97,000 | $103,100 | $100,100 |
| 150K | $4,500 | $145,500 | $154,600 | $150,100 |
Worked example: the intraday trail on a 50K funded account
- Start. Balance $50,000; the MLL sits $2,000 below at $48,000.
- An open trade runs to +$900. Your real-time balance touches $50,900, so the MLL rises to $48,900, even though nothing is closed.
- The trade reverses and you close it at -$300. Balance $49,700. The MLL stays at $48,900: you have $800 of room left, not $2,300.
- Later the account reaches $52,100 in real time. The MLL locks at $50,100 and stops trailing for good.
- From then on the account is breached only if the balance falls to $50,100.
Under an end-of-day drawdown, step 2 would not have moved the MLL at all, because the trade was not closed at a session high. That difference is behind the most-read LucidDaily thread on Reddit (r/LucidProp), where a trader was surprised by a breach while still showing a small profit; replies explained that the intraday trail had followed an open trade up. Use protective stops that account for the trail, not just for your entry.
LucidDaily Daily Loss Limit
The daily loss limit (DLL) caps how much you can lose in one session. You choose it at checkout, and the choice covers both phases: DLL on means a fixed DLL in the evaluation and in the funded account; DLL off means none in either (LucidDaily Daily Loss Limit). Lucid treats every DLL as a soft breach: hitting it stops trading until the next session, and you keep the account as long as the MLL was not reached.
| Account | Fixed DLL (evaluation and funded) | Extra cost to switch it off, EOD evaluation | Extra cost to switch it off, intraday evaluation |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $600 | +$25 | +$25 |
| 50K | $1,200 | +$30 | +$30 |
| 100K | $1,800 | +$45 | +$45 |
| 150K | $2,700 | +$60 | +$55 |
The LucidDaily DLL does not grow. Lucid says it stays fixed through the session and does not trail upward with the MLL, and unlike LucidPro and LucidDirect there is no LucidScale step-up after the trail. The add-on fee to switch it off also applies to resets, as the cost section shows.
When the MLL becomes tighter than the DLL
Because the funded MLL trails intraday and the DLL does not, a good start to the day can put the MLL above your DLL level. Lucid’s own note: “If the MLL trails above the DLL during the session, the MLL becomes the more restrictive threshold. Reaching the MLL at that point will result in a hard breach.”
| Session | DLL stops you at | MLL during the session | Which limit is tighter |
|---|---|---|---|
| Start of the session at $50,000, no gains yet | $48,800 ($1,200 loss on the day) | $48,000 | DLL: soft lockout first |
| Real-time high of $50,800 early in the session | $48,800 | $48,800 | Both at the same level |
| Real-time high of $51,000 | $48,800 | $49,000 | MLL: a fall to $49,000 is a hard breach before the DLL |
| After the MLL has locked at $50,100 | $1,200 below the session’s starting balance | $50,100 | Whichever level the balance reaches first |
Lucid Trading Daily Loss Limit on Every Plan (Including LucidFlex)
The DLL works differently across Lucid’s plans. LucidFlex and LucidPro let you switch it on or off at purchase, like LucidDaily (LucidFlex Customization, LucidPro Customization). LucidDirect has no switch. Live accounts have no DLL (New Live Structure).
| Plan | Optional? | 25K | 50K | 100K | 150K | After the initial trail balance | Cost to switch it off |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LucidDaily | Yes, both phases | $600 | $1,200 | $1,800 | $2,700 | Stays fixed | +$25 to +$60 |
| LucidFlex | Yes, both phases | $600 | $1,200 | $1,800 | $2,700 | Pricing card labels it “DLL (Below Initial Trail)”; help centre silent above the trail | +$10, +$10, +$35, +$35 |
| LucidPro | Yes, both phases | $600 on the pricing card (DLL article: none) | $1,200 | $1,800 | $2,700 | LucidScale: 60% of highest end-of-day profit | +$15, +$20, +$35, +$45 |
| LucidDirect | No | None | $1,200 | $2,100 | $3,000 | LucidScale: 60% of highest end-of-day profit | Not offered |
| Lucid live | Not applicable | None | None | None | None | Not applicable | Not applicable |
The Lucid Flex daily loss limit is the one most often confused with LucidDaily’s, because the amounts match. On LucidFlex the DLL is a soft breach in both phases when switched on, and LucidFlex’s funded drawdown is end of day, not intraday (LucidFlex Funded Account). Lucid’s help centre does not say whether the Flex DLL changes once the balance passes the initial trail balance; the pricing card’s “Below Initial Trail” label suggests it may, so ask support if your plan depends on it. Full detail is in our LucidFlex rules and payouts guide. On LucidPro and LucidDirect the fixed DLL gives way to the LucidScale DLL once the account closes above the initial trail balance (LucidPro Daily Loss Limit, LucidDirect Daily Loss Limit).
LucidDaily Payout Rules
Lucid’s LucidDaily Payouts article lists two eligibility conditions plus the general requirement that you have not broken any trading rule, the Terms and Conditions or the LucidDaily Account Agreement.
- Profit above the buffer. The buffer equals the initial MLL plus $100: $26,100, $52,100, $103,100 or $154,600. You cannot withdraw from the buffer itself.
- Positive net profit since your last payout. Even $1 counts. A losing stretch after a payout has to be recovered before the next request.
- Request between $500 and everything above the buffer. There is no fixed cap per request.
- Do not trade into the buffer before the payout is processed. Lucid warns that a trade that drops the balance into the buffer before processing may get the request denied.
- Submit carefully. Requests are final once submitted and cannot be edited or cancelled.
There is no fixed payout window: you may request on any day you meet the conditions. All LucidDaily funded payouts are split 90% to you and 10% to Lucid. Funded consistency does not apply, so one large day does not block a payout.
| Account | Buffer balance | Balance needed for a $500 request | Your 90% of $500 | Room above the locked MLL after a full payout | Minimum day to request again |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $26,100 | $26,600 | $450 | $1,000 | $500 |
| 50K | $52,100 | $52,600 | $450 | $2,000 | $500 |
| 100K | $103,100 | $103,600 | $450 | $3,000 | $500 |
| 150K | $154,600 | $155,100 | $450 | $4,500 | $500 |
The room column is the reason the buffer exists. The buffer equals the initial trail balance, so by the time you can request, the MLL has already locked at start plus $100. After a payout that takes everything above the buffer, the balance returns to the buffer and you still have the full MLL of room: $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 or $4,500.
The $500 minimum as a share of your drawdown
Sitting at the buffer, the next request needs a net gain of at least $500. That is a very different bar on different sizes:
| Account | Max loss limit | $500 as a share of the MLL | Daily loss limit if on | $500 as a share of the DLL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $1,000 | 50% | $600 | 83% |
| 50K | $2,000 | 25% | $1,200 | 42% |
| 100K | $3,000 | 16.7% | $1,800 | 28% |
| 150K | $4,500 | 11.1% | $2,700 | 19% |
On a 25K, the smallest day that lets you withdraw again is half the account’s total drawdown and 83% of its daily loss limit. On a 150K it is about a ninth of the drawdown. If daily withdrawals are the reason you want LucidDaily, the larger sizes make the $500 bar far easier to clear without outsized risk. You can also simply let profit build over several days and request once.
LucidDaily Daily Payouts Worked Through: A 50K Week
The example below follows a 50K funded account after it has already locked its MLL at $50,100. It shows how the buffer, the $500 minimum and the net-profit-since-last-payout rule interact. Figures are our arithmetic on Lucid’s published rules.
| Day | Session result | Balance after the session | Above the $52,100 buffer | Net since last payout | Request? | You receive (90%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | +$600 | $52,700 | $600 | Not applicable | Yes, $600 | $540 |
| Day 2 | -$400 | $51,700 | None | -$400 | No: below the buffer and negative | $0 |
| Day 3 | +$1,000 | $52,700 | $600 | +$600 | Yes, $600 | $540 |
| Day 4 | +$450 | $52,550 | $450 | +$450 | No: under the $500 minimum | $0 |
| Day 5 | +$300 | $52,850 | $750 | +$750 | Yes, $750 | $675 |
Three requests in five days, $1,755 to the trader on $1,950 of gross profit. The two losing or small days did not cost anything except time. The account ends the week back at the $52,100 buffer with $2,000 of room above the locked MLL.
Lucid’s funded article says dashboard objectives update “within 5-30 minutes of your last closed trade”, while its General FAQ says requests open “once your eligibility updates (end-of-day accounting)” (General FAQ). Plan on requesting after the session closes, and do not open a new trade while a request is pending, because a loss that drops you into the buffer can get it denied.
LucidDaily Payout Rules by Account Size
LucidDaily 25K
Pass the $1,250 evaluation target with no day above half your total profit, then trade a funded account with a $1,000 intraday drawdown and up to 2 minis or 20 micros. The first request needs a balance of $26,600 ($1,600 of profit). After that, any day you are at least $500 above the $26,100 buffer with positive net profit since your last payout, you can request everything above the buffer. A day of $6,000 or more puts the account into the live process. The 25K is the cheapest LucidDaily and the hardest to withdraw from often: the $500 minimum is half its $1,000 drawdown, and the $600 DLL (if on) leaves little room for a losing day.
LucidDaily 50K
Pass the $3,000 evaluation target with no day above half your total profit, then trade a funded account with a $2,000 intraday drawdown and up to 4 minis or 40 micros. The first request needs a balance of $52,600 ($2,600 of profit). After that, any day you are at least $500 above the $52,100 buffer with positive net profit since your last payout, you can request everything above the buffer. A day of $8,000 or more puts the account into the live process. The 50K is the size most LucidDaily discussion on Reddit centres on. Its $8,000 maximum daily profit is four times its drawdown.
LucidDaily 100K
Pass the $6,000 evaluation target with no day above half your total profit, then trade a funded account with a $3,000 intraday drawdown and up to 6 minis or 60 micros. The first request needs a balance of $103,600 ($3,600 of profit). After that, any day you are at least $500 above the $103,100 buffer with positive net profit since your last payout, you can request everything above the buffer. A day of $10,000 or more puts the account into the live process. The 100K’s $3,000 drawdown is the same as LucidFlex and LucidPro at that size, but intraday rather than end of day in the funded stage.
LucidDaily 150K
Pass the $9,000 evaluation target with no day above half your total profit, then trade a funded account with a $4,500 intraday drawdown and up to 10 minis or 100 micros. The first request needs a balance of $155,100 ($5,100 of profit). After that, any day you are at least $500 above the $154,600 buffer with positive net profit since your last payout, you can request everything above the buffer. A day of $12,000 or more puts the account into the live process. On the 150K the $500 minimum is about 11% of the $4,500 drawdown, so withdrawing on most green days is realistic if your average day is larger than that.
LucidDaily Max Payout and the Maximum Daily Profit
LucidDaily “doesn’t follow a strict payout cap per request structure” (LucidDaily Payouts). Your maximum request is all profit above the buffer. The limit sits elsewhere: a maximum amount of simulated profit per day.
| Account | Maximum daily profit | As a multiple of the max loss limit | Largest request after one big day just under the limit (gross / your 90%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $6,000 | 6x | $5,999 / $5,399.10 |
| 50K | $8,000 | 4x | $7,999 / $7,199.10 |
| 100K | $10,000 | 3.3x | $9,999 / $8,999.10 |
| 150K | $12,000 | 2.7x | $11,999 / $10,799.10 |
The last column assumes the account sat exactly at the buffer before that session; it is an upper bound for one day, not a typical result. Profit built over several days below the daily maximum is also withdrawable in one request, because the cap is per day, not per payout.
The LucidDaily Payouts article says that if you meet or exceed the maximum daily profit “you are automatically moved live”. The newer New Live Structure article (updated October 9, 2026) and the LucidDaily Live article both say earning it puts you in the live review pool and that all live transitions are at the risk team’s discretion. Treat hitting the maximum daily profit as the likely end of the account’s simulated phase, and read the live section before you size up.
LucidDaily Payout Timing and Methods
Once a payout is approved, Lucid deducts it from the account within a few minutes and disburses it within 2 business days (LucidDaily Payouts). The General FAQ says payouts typically arrive “within 5-15 minutes for Plaid, or up to 2 business days if international” (General FAQ), and the homepage advertises “15ish min from request to bank”. Treat 2 business days as the commitment and the faster times as typical, not guaranteed.
| Method | Who can use it | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Plaid | U.S. traders | Instant bank transfers; add a bank under Dashboard > Payouts > Add Bank Account |
| WorkMarket by ADP | U.S. and international traders | Bank transfer or PayPal; often as early as the next business day |
| Crypto | International traders | BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT or USDC |
Requests go through Dashboard, then Payouts. Identity checks (KYC) happen at payout when the payout provider requires them, and Lucid’s FAQ says U.S. traders may receive a 1099. A trader who requests every day will go through the request flow far more often than on Lucid’s cycle-based plans, so set up the payout method and KYC before the first eligible day.
Moving to Live From LucidDaily
LucidDaily traders enter Lucid’s live review pool when they earn the maximum daily profit for their size, after a significant lifetime payout total, after exceptional sim-funded performance, or if they were moved live before (
