Prop/evaluation account
NinjaTrader’s support article says the right support team depends on your environment and the nature of the inquiry; firm account providers handle many account-specific issues.
Tradovate dependency
The source-history note inventory captured Tradovate as a visible dependency. If your issue is Tradovate-side, check that path separately before blaming the firm.
Payout evidence checklist
NinjaTrader is not a normal prop-firm payout-policy source in the current BestProps payout inventory.
