Official Hola Prime platform sources checked October 3, 2026 list MetaTrader 5, cTrader, Match Trader, and TradeLocker. Hola Prime no longer lists MetaTrader 4 or DXtrade among its trading platforms.
Payout evidence checklist
Official Hola Prime payout sources checked July 5, 2026 say payouts are processed within 1 hour after request, tied to the payout cycle selected at purchase. The FAQ shows bi-weekly timing and on-demand where offered, and notes that eligibility/KYC checks can affect processing.
- Confirm the exact account model before comparing payout timing.
- Check whether all positions and orders must be closed before a payout request.
- Save account ID, platform/server, screenshots, local time, ticket ID, and any payout request or transaction ID.
- Do not treat review-site, social, or outage-tracker posts as proof of your account status.
Hola Prime Futures (separate arm)
Hola Prime also runs a futures arm, so the forex/CFD platform and payout notes above do not carry over. Official Hola Prime Futures sources checked October 4, 2026 list Tradovate, NinjaTrader, and WealthCharts, each with a free CME data feed, and say the platform cannot be changed after the account is purchased. For the 1-Step Prime (Futures) account, the payout FAQ lists a payout every 7 calendar days after at least 5 profitable days and a 35% consistency requirement, and says payout requests are processed within 1 hour of submission. BestProps did not find an official live status feed for the futures arm either.
