Fast read: Breakout’s official status page showed all checked components operational at the July 6 source capture. If your account, terminal, purchase, or payout path is not working, start with the official status board and Breakout support before treating a trader post as proof.
What to check first
- Status board says operational, but your dashboard fails: Check the official Statuspage first, then save browser, account email, timestamp, screenshot, and the exact page or purchase step before contacting Breakout support.
- Terminal or chart issue: The official rules say DXtrade is available and Breakout recommends its native charting tools because outside TradingView proxies may not perfectly align with Breakout symbols.
- Payout or Breakout Account access issue: Use the official program rules first. They describe a post-pass Breakout Account, KYC check, and Funded Trader Agreement before trading is enabled.
- Old outage chatter: Use it only as a reason to re-check the official status board. This page uses official status rows, not social posts, for incident labels.
Firm or platform problem?
Official rules checked July 6 list DXtrade as the trading platform and explain that TradingView proxies such as OKX and Bybit perpetual pairs may not perfectly match Breakout symbols. If your symptom is a quote, chart, or order-entry mismatch, separate Breakout account access from DXtrade, liquidity-provider, and charting behavior before blaming a firm-wide outage.
Payout evidence checklist
Official program rules checked July 6 say traders move from Breakout Evaluation to a payout-eligible Breakout Account after passing, but KYC approval and the Funded Trader Agreement are required before trading is enabled. Keep account ID, KYC status, agreement state, payout request details, and support ticket evidence together.
