Trading window
Flat by 3:15 PM CT
The official permissible-products article says the trading day runs from 5 PM CT to 3:15 PM CT. It says all positions must be closed by 3:15 PM CT or the product close, whichever comes first, and no positions should be opened from 3:15 PM CT to 5 PM CT. Product-specific and holiday hours can close earlier than the general cutoff. The official source points traders to CME hours and holiday calendars for product-specific timing.

Consistency
80% spread check
OneUp says traders must show a consistent pattern. The three other best trading days’ net profits must sum to at least 80% of the largest day’s net profit. The same article says consistency can also be completed within two days if the second-largest day reaches the 80% level. The rule is arithmetic and source-defined. The official wording says the other three best days must be “equal to or greater than the best day” after applying the 80% threshold.

Funded account activity
Funded stage
The funded-rules page says funded traders must maintain weekly total trade execution of at least 50% of the average number of trades completed on the evaluation. It also says the account must have positive net PnL above starting balance at the end of 15-calendar-day intervals during the initial 90-day probationary period. These funded-account checks are separate from passing the evaluation. The official article uses “must” language for weekly execution and 15-calendar-day balance checks.

Funded account conduct
Copy/hedge limits
The funded-rules page prohibits copy-trading between accounts under different names, group trading or trading in concert across different traders’ accounts, and hedging across multiple funded accounts. It says traders may have up to three funded accounts, while Express Account traders are limited to one funded account. This page does not explain tactics, thresholds, or workarounds. The official funded-rules article controls for multi-account, copy, group, and hedging scenarios.
