Funded Futures Family Rules To Check First

Plan / area Official rule snapshot What to verify + evidence
Classic evaluation
Before Apr 7, 2026
The checked consistency article says Classic Evaluation is the only listed evaluation path with a two-day pass structure and 50% consistency rule. It says Elite and Premier evaluation plans have no consistency rule applied. Verify plan name and purchase date before using this row. The homepage also shows multiple current plan labels, so old and current naming can conflict.

Older funded accounts
Payout consistency
The payout policy says accounts purchased before April 7, 2026 use the original payout structure: 40% consistency for payouts 1-3, 45% for payouts 4-5, and 50% for payout 6+. The same section lists seven qualifying trading days with at least $200 profit per day and says the count resets after each payout.

Premier Plus
After Apr 7, 2026
The payout policy says Premier Plus accounts purchased April 7, 2026 and after have no consistency rule, five qualifying trading days with at least $200 profit per day, no buffer requirement, and a net-profit rule. After a Premier Plus payout request, the policy says drawdown automatically moves to the base account balance and remains locked there for the life of the account.

Payout review timing
Payout
The payout policy says requests can be submitted any time, are reviewed daily Monday-Friday, and requests before 5:00 p.m. EST are reviewed the same day. Approved funds are typically processed within 1-3 business days due to Rise, with final delivery depending on Rise onboarding.

Drawdown type
All accounts
The trading overview says challenge accounts use trailing max drawdown for Premiere and Classic, Intraday Trailing Drawdown for Elite, and End-of-Day Drawdown for funded accounts. Drawdown thresholds are tied to account size. Verify the exact plan and dashboard value before using any numeric threshold.

Trading hours and weekends
Trading window
The trading overview says overnight trading is allowed, but all trades must be closed by 4:15 p.m. EST daily, and weekend trading is not permitted. The page says trades left open at 4:15 p.m. EST will be automatically closed by the system and that this will not result in a violation. Verify whether this affects fill price or account risk.

News trading
News
The trading overview says news trading is allowed, including Tier 1 events such as FOMC, CPI, and NFP, with no flattening rule before or after releases. The same source warns about slippage, gaps, and execution delays during high-volatility moments. This page does not treat news trading as low-risk.

Source gaps and re-check notes

This draft does not verify every plan table from the homepage, reset pricing, add-ons, dashboard-only terms, account-specific agreements, or private risk-team decisions. It uses official help-center pages for rule facts and uses the homepage only as current plan-context evidence.

Freshness: BestProps checked official Funded Futures Family help-center pages and homepage copy on July 6, 2026. Purchase date, plan name, dashboard, and agreement can change the row that applies.
