TL;DR: Axi Select is a broker-run capital-allocation program, not a paid prop-firm evaluation. A trader opens and funds a live USD Axi Select trading account with at least $500, completes 20 unique closed trades, reaches an Edge Score of 50, and trades CFDs with personal money at risk. Axi can then open a separate Allocation Account funded by Axi that mirrors eligible trades at a stage multiplier. Six stages run from Seed, with up to $5,000 allocation and 0% profit share, through Pro M, with up to $1 million and an 80% share. There is no registration or membership fee, but standard spreads, commissions, swaps, and trading losses apply. The program is limited to eligible AxiTrader LLC clients and is unavailable to U.S. residents.

Axi Select review verdict

Axi Select should not be compared with an evaluation provider as though both sell the same product. There is no challenge purchase or third-party evaluation. The trader deposits personal money into an Axi Select brokerage account, trades CFDs, and can qualify for a separate Axi-funded Allocation Account. The personal account carries real market exposure and can lose the trader's deposit.

The allocation account mirrors eligible positions according to a multiplier determined by the trader's stage. Profit share is paid as a performance fee under program conditions. Axi funds the allocation account; the trader cannot withdraw its balance. The trader can withdraw personal funds from the Axi Select account, but a withdrawal can reduce the mirrored allocation, shrink the loss buffer, affect stage status, and forfeit the current month's performance fee in specified circumstances.

How the Axi Select allocation model works

To qualify for Seed, Axi says a trader must complete at least 20 unique closed trades, reach an Edge Score of 50 or more, maintain at least $500 of equity, and have no open positions when activation occurs. The Edge Score uses skill, risk, consistency, and experience factors; it is not the same as a fixed profit-consistency percentage.

Once activated, the separate Allocation Account mirrors eligible trades from the personal Axi Select account at the relevant multiplier. The trader continues to trade the personal live account. Axi calculates progress using allocation-account performance while equity and Edge Score requirements remain tied to the personal account.

The $500 minimum is a deposit into the trader's own brokerage account, not a fee paid to buy an evaluation. Axi advertises no registration or monthly membership fee, but standard brokerage costs still apply. A midstage deposit may raise personal equity without increasing allocation until the next stage calculation.

Axi Select stages and funding requirements

Stage Minimum equity Minimum Edge Score Multiplier Maximum allocation Profit share Published minimum duration
Seed $500 50 10x $5,000 0% 30 days
Incubation $1,000 60 10x $20,000 40% 60 days
Acceleration $2,000 70 25x $100,000 50% 60 days
Pro $5,000 90 40x $200,000 60% 60 days
Pro 500 $10,000 90 50x $500,000 70% 60 days
Pro M $20,000 90 50x $1 million 80% Terminal stage on the main table

The current main page lists a 7% profit target for progression through Pro 500, a 7% maximum-loss threshold from Seed through Pro 500, and 10% maximum loss at Pro M. It lists Seed leverage of up to 1,000:1 and up to 100:1 at later stages. These are program ceilings and do not reduce the risk to personal funds.

A recent help article refers to a 10% target at Pro M, while the current main table displays no Pro M target and presents it as the top stage. This draft does not assign a progression target to Pro M. The live dashboard and controlling program rules should decide any ongoing performance requirement.

Axi Select risk and loss limits

Axi separates the personal trading account from the Allocation Account, but their economics are connected. Eligible positions are copied to the allocation at the stage multiplier. A loss in the personal account remains the trader's real loss, and allocation performance can place the account into quarantine, cause a downgrade, or remove it from the program.

The maximum-loss threshold is based on the allocation at the start of a stage. Personal withdrawals reduce the corresponding allocation by the withdrawal amount multiplied by the stage multiplier. That can reduce the remaining drawdown buffer even if the withdrawal itself does not close an open position.

The official rules prohibit copy trading and attempts to game the program. EAs may be used only when they do not copy another trader. Axi also identifies unauthorized automation, latency or high-frequency exploitation, and other abusive methods as removal risks. The exact dashboard figures and current terms should control trade sizing.

Axi Select performance fees and withdrawals

Axi calls the trader's share a performance fee. Official guidance says it is credited on the first business day of the month or when a stage upgrade is completed, subject to conditions that include closed positions, no pending orders, and profitable allocation performance. The percentage begins at 0% in Seed, rises to 40% in Incubation, and reaches 80% at Pro M.

The credited performance fee goes to the trader's Axi Select account rather than being withdrawn directly from the Allocation Account. The trader can withdraw personal funds, but timing matters. Axi says withdrawing after the first trade of a calendar month can forfeit that month's performance fee. A withdrawal can also recalculate the allocation and trigger a loss-limit or stage consequence.

This is different from a prop-firm payout request. There is no stated request cycle in which a simulated challenge balance is converted into a reward. It is a broker-program performance fee attached to a live personal trading account and a separate Axi-funded mirror account.

Axi Select platforms markets and access

Axi Select can be opened on MT4 or MT5, with one program account per trader. A trader chooses one of those platforms rather than operating simultaneous MT4 and MT5 Select accounts.

Only eligible products copied to the Allocation Account count toward program performance and profit share. The official product article lists forex pairs, indices, UK and U.S. oil, gold, silver, Bitcoin, Ethereum, index futures, and a limited group of large U.S. equities. A trader may be able to trade other Axi products in the personal account, but those positions may not be mirrored or counted.

The program is offered to eligible AxiTrader LLC clients. Axi identifies that company as incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registration number 4303 LLC 2025 and registered by the local Financial Services Authority. BestProps does not treat company registration as equivalent to a guarantee of deposits or trading outcomes. Axi's help center says U.S. residents cannot open an Axi account, and other location restrictions can apply.

Who Axi Select may fit

  • Experienced CFD traders already willing to trade a live broker account with personal capital at risk.
  • Traders who prefer qualification through an Edge Score and trading history instead of buying a challenge.
  • MT4 or MT5 users who can meet the stage equity requirements.
  • Traders who understand allocation multipliers, monthly performance-fee timing, and withdrawal effects.

Who should compare Axi Select alternatives

  • Beginners looking for a no-deposit simulated evaluation.
  • Traders who cannot afford to lose the $500 or higher personal equity committed to CFD trading.
  • U.S. residents or users outside AxiTrader LLC eligibility.
  • Traders who require copy trading or want every broker product to count toward allocation results.
  • Traders who want direct access to withdraw the provider-funded account balance.

Axi Select BestProps assessment

Axi Select removes the upfront challenge fee, but it does not remove financial risk. The qualification deposit remains the trader's money and is withdrawable, yet it is exposed to live CFD gains, losses, and trading costs. This makes the main comparison personal capital at risk versus challenge fees at risk, not free funding versus paid funding.

The stage system rewards a longer record, a higher Edge Score, and more personal equity with a larger multiplier and profit share. A $1 million headline applies only at Pro M and depends on $20,000 minimum equity, a 90 Edge Score, prior progression, and ongoing compliance. Treat maximum allocation as conditional program capacity, not cash transferred to the trader.

What to verify before joining Axi Select

  • AxiTrader LLC eligibility for the trader's residence and the legal entity holding the account.
  • The $500 starting equity, stage equity thresholds, Edge Score, unique-trade count, and open-position conditions.
  • The current allocation multiplier, profit target, maximum-loss calculation, quarantine rule, and stage-removal rule.
  • How deposits and withdrawals recalculate allocation and affect monthly performance fees.
  • Eligible MT4 or MT5 instruments, symbol names, leverage, spreads, commissions, swaps, and overnight risk.
  • The monthly credit date, stage-upgrade credit, share percentage, and profitable-account conditions.
  • The current treatment of Pro M because official pages disagree about whether it carries a 10% target.
