The5ers Rule Evidence
Hyper Growth
- Official page shows $5K, $10K, $20K, and $50K account sizes; max starting capital on evaluation accounts is $40,000.
- Evaluation target is 10%, stop-out level is 6%, and the page labels the daily mechanism as a 3% daily pause for Hyper Growth funded stages.
- No minimum trades or days are required for completing Level 1 in the captured page.
- News trading is allowed except bracket strategies around news or other T&C items.
- Accounts inactive for more than 30 consecutive days expire.

High Stakes
- Official program page shows $2.5K, $5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, and $100K evaluation sizes, with scaling up to $500,000.
- New High Stakes requires 10% in Step 1 and 5% in Step 2; the official FAQ also says Classic High Stakes uses 8% in Step 1 and 5% in Step 2.
- Minimum profitable days are 3 in Step 1, 3 in Step 2, and 3 for scaling. A profitable day means closed positions made at least 0.5% of initial balance, calculated as Minimum(Midnight Balance, Midnight Equity) minus Previous Day Balance.
- Maximum loss is 10% from initial balance; the FAQ calls it absolute drawdown. Daily drawdown is 5% and is taken from closing equity or balance of the previous day at 00:00 UTC+3.
- Holding over news is allowed, but executing orders from 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after high-impact news is not allowed.

Bootcamp
- Official $20K plan path shows $5K, $10K, $15K, then $20K funded balances.
- Challenge stages have 6% targets, 5% max loss, and no daily pause. Funded stage has a 5% target, 4% max loss, and 3% daily pause.
- The $20K plan shows $22 entry cost, $50 funded-stage cost, and a $2 Hub Credit after Step 1.
- Maximum active Bootcamp accounts are 4: one $250K, one $100K, and two $20K accounts, with a different trading method required for each account.

Forbidden Trading Practices
The5ers terms and prohibited-practices FAQ allow normal discretionary trading but ban patterns that look like platform abuse, copied execution, or non-individual trading. The official list includes:
- Price-discrepancy or glitch exploitation, including arbitrage trading.
- High-frequency trading where most trade duration is measured in seconds or less.
- Bracketing pending orders around high-impact news.
- Trade coordination or copy trading with other traders or accounts.
- One-sided bets.
- Rollover-night EA scalping, third-party EAs where other traders have the same trades open, and EAs where the trader does not own the source code.
- Tick scalping, hedge arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, account sharing or reselling, account-management services, and pass-your-challenge services.

Restricted Territories And U.S. Platform Caveat
The captured terms list these Forbidden Territories: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Congo Republic, Crimea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Palestinian Territory, Papua New Guinea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Vanuatu, Venezuela, and Yemen.
The United States was not listed as a Forbidden Territory in the captured terms. The same terms say trading platforms provided by MetaQuotes are strictly prohibited from being used by residents of the United States, so U.S. traders should verify the exact product and platform before buying.
