Rules can change: The firm or platform controls the current wording. Confirm the linked source and your dashboard before you trade or request a payout.

My Funded Perps rules for the four 1-Step plans it sells: Select, Prime, Signature and Elite (Elite comes with a 3% daily loss limit or with none). Every plan is a single-phase evaluation on simulated perpetual futures. You pass by reaching a profit target in equity without touching a static maximum-loss floor and, on every plan except Elite No DLL, a 3% daily loss limit that resets at midnight New York time. There is no consistency rule, no minimum number of trading days and no time limit, but an evaluation fails after 30 days without a trade and a funded account closes after 7. News trading is unrestricted in the evaluation and restricted around high-impact releases once funded. Leverage is set per market: BTC 10x, ETH 8x, SOL and BNB 5x, most altcoins 2x, major FX pairs up to 50x and US indices 12x, with Elite raising NAS100 and SP500 to 40x. This page lists each rule with dollar values by account size, shows how leverage and fees eat into a static drawdown, and sets out the places where the firm’s own pages disagree.

Checked October 26, 2026. BestProps read the My Funded Perps documentation (docs.myfundedperpetuals.com: Challenges and Rules, Elite Accounts, Commissions and Fees, Trading Guide, Asset Exposure Limits, Breaches and Next Steps, Payouts, Copy Trading and the account trading policy), the FAQ, the Market Exposure Caps page, the homepage plan cards, and the Terms of Use and Refund Policy (both marked “Last updated: September 2026”) on that date. The firm has no separate help centre; the FAQ and docs are its rule books. All accounts, including funded ones, are simulated: orders are priced from real venue data but never sent to an exchange. BestProps did not buy an account, so anything shown only after login, and how the risk team applies the conduct rules, is read from the firm’s public pages and not verified by purchase.

What can trip you up

Static 3% / 5% / 6%Select, Prime and Signature maximum drawdown; Elite is 5%. The floor never trails profit. On Select, Prime and Signature it locks to the starting balance at the first withdrawal.
3% daily, midnight NYMeasured from start-of-day equity, open profit and loss included. Elite No DLL has no daily limit.
No consistency ruleNo best-day cap, no minimum trading days, no time limit. But you must trade at least every 30 days in the evaluation and every 7 days when funded.
BTC 10x, FX 50xLeverage is per market: ETH 8x, SOL 5x, most altcoins 2x, US indices 12x (40x on Elite). Fees are 0.03% per crypto fill plus 0.03% a day swap.

Rows To Inspect First

These are the rules the firm’s own pages say end accounts, change once you are funded, or are stated differently in different places. The labels explain why each row is surfaced; they are not a recommendation to buy or avoid any plan.

Leverage shrinks the drawdown

A $10K Select account has $300 of loss room. At BTC’s 10x maximum that is a 0.30% move against you, and the round-trip commission alone is $60. The account fails at the floor long before the position would be liquidated.

hard breachequity counts open P&L

Funded accounts add news windows

The evaluation has no news restriction. Once funded, no new exposure from 10 to 2 minutes before a high-impact release, and no manual trades from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after. Stock earnings count too.

Terms vs FAQ on funded rules

The Terms of Use say funded rules are “identical to the evaluation phase” and list “minimum trading day requirements”. The FAQ and docs add funded news windows and a 7-day inactivity rule, and say there are no minimum days. This page plans to the stricter funded rules.

My Funded Perps Rule Checks

Rule areaOfficial-source snapshotWhat to verify
Static maximum drawdown
3% / 5% / 6% / 5%
Select 3%, Prime 5%, Signature 6%, Elite 5% of the starting balance. The floor is starting balance minus that amount and “does not follow intraday or end-of-day highs”. Measured on equity, including open profit or loss.On Select, Prime and Signature the first funded withdrawal locks the floor to the starting balance for good. Elite’s floor never moves, even after payouts.

Daily loss limit
3%, or none on Elite No DLL
3% of the starting balance as a dollar allowance, measured from start-of-day equity at midnight New York time (04:00 UTC in daylight time, 05:00 UTC in standard time). Applies to Select, Prime, Signature and Elite 3% DLL, in the evaluation and when funded.Reaching or falling below the daily floor fails the account; a new day does not reopen it. The midnight swap charge counts toward the day that just ended. The Elite DLL option cannot be changed after purchase.

Profit target
9% / 12% / 10% / 10%
Select 9%, Prime 12%, Signature 10%, Elite 10%, measured on equity. One phase only. The evaluation passes automatically when equity reaches the target, and open positions are closed for you.Closing fees or slippage on that automatic close “cannot undo the pass”. Funded accounts have no further target.

Consistency, minimum days, time limit
none on any plan
“There is no consistency rule on any plan.” No minimum trading days and no evaluation deadline, on Select, Prime, Signature and Elite. Inactivity
30 days eval, 7 days funded
An evaluation fails after 30 consecutive calendar days without an executed trade. A funded account is closed after 7. Logging in, placing an order that doesn’t fill, or cancelling an order does not reset the window. The window starts at account creation or activation. Open positions are closed automatically when it expires.

Hedging, copy trading, bots
same-owner copy only
Each account holds one net position per market, so a long and a short on the same market can’t coexist (“Hedge mode is not supported”). Hedging across accounts is banned. Native copy trading between your own accounts is allowed. Automation must use the documented API.The pages don’t say whether offsetting positions in different markets inside one account (for example long BTC, short ETH) are treated as hedging.

Payout gates that touch the rules
flat account; $100 gross minimum
Select, Prime and Signature: one request per New York calendar day, minimum $100 gross. Elite: any time, minimum $50 / $100 / $250 / $500 by size. Every request needs a flat account, and trading is locked while it is pending. The full gross amount is deducted from the account. Payouts are reviewed manually and need Sumsub identity verification. The FAQ and docs set a $100,000 lifetime cap per user; two blog posts say there is none.

My Funded Perps Rules by Plan: Select, Prime, Signature and Elite

BestProps calculated the Select, Prime and Signature dollar values from the published percentages; the firm publishes the $100K floors ($97,000, $95,000, $94,000) and the full Elite table itself. Prize accounts follow the same rules: $1K and $2.5K Select accounts won in giveaways use the Select rules (a $2.5K account has a $2,725 target and a $2,425 floor), and a won Elite account follows the No DLL rules.

Which plan has the most room? On day one, Select’s 3% drawdown and 3% daily limit are the same dollar amount, so one bad day can end the account. Prime and Signature give a wider overall drawdown, but the daily limit is still 3%, so reaching their max-loss floor from a fresh start takes at least two losing days. Elite No DLL is the only plan where the full drawdown can be lost in a single session without breaking a daily rule.

My Funded Perps Drawdown: Static, Equity-Based, and the First-Payout Lock

Every My Funded Perps plan uses a static maximum drawdown. The firm’s formula is starting balance – plan drawdown allowance = maximum loss limit (MLL) floor. Unlike a trailing drawdown, the floor does not rise with your intraday or end-of-day highs. The firm’s own example: a $100,000 Prime account starts with a $95,000 floor, and growing equity to $110,000 “leaves that initial floor at $95,000”.

Two details decide when the account fails:

  • Equity, not balance. The check uses equity, including open profit or loss, and keeps running after trades settle and after hourly swap charges. An open position that dips through the floor fails the account even if it would have recovered.
  • Touching counts before the lock. Before the first funded withdrawal, reaching the floor breaches the account. After the lock on Select, Prime and Signature, equity exactly at the floor is allowed and only falling below it breaches. The daily-loss floor is always inclusive.

What happens to the floor after a payout

PlanFloor before any withdrawalFloor after the first withdrawalLater withdrawals
Select, Prime, SignatureStarting balance minus 3%, 5% or 6%Locks to the starting balance permanentlyNever move it again
Elite (both options)Starting balance minus 5%UnchangedUnchanged for the life of the account

Worked example (the firm’s numbers). A funded trader on 80/20 receives $3,200, so $4,000 gross is deducted from the account. If $4,000 was all the profit above the starting balance, the account is left exactly at its newly locked floor with no buffer, and the next loss below the starting balance ends it. “A withdrawal never restores the original buffer.”

Elite works the other way round. An Elite $10K floor stays at $9,500 whatever you withdraw. If equity has grown to $10,800, you could withdraw down toward the starting balance and still have the original $500 of room above $9,500. The trade-off is that the floor never rises to protect profit either.

My Funded Perps loss-floor calculator

Enter your plan, size and today’s numbers. The calculator applies the published static drawdown, the 3% daily limit and the first-payout lock, and shows which floor is closer.

Daily Loss Limit and Reset Time

The daily loss limit is 3% of the starting balance as a fixed dollar amount, applied from the equity you start each day with. The floor is start-of-day equity – 3% of starting balance. The firm’s example: on a $100,000 account the allowance is $3,000, so a day that starts at $102,000 equity has a $99,000 daily floor.

  • Reset: 12:00 a.m. New York time (America/New_York), which is 04:00 UTC during daylight time and 05:00 UTC in winter. It is not a fixed UTC hour.
  • Open positions carry over. The new day’s reference equity includes open profit or loss, so a winning position held through midnight raises the next day’s floor.
  • Swap at midnight: the hourly swap charged at midnight covers the hour before the reset and counts toward the day that just ended. The new reference is taken after it.
  • Reaching it fails the account. It is a hard breach, not a pause. A new day does not reopen a failed account or reset the maximum floor.
  • Which floor binds: after a winning run the daily floor sits above the static floor and is the one you hit first. On Select, whenever equity is at or below the starting balance, the static 3% floor is the closer line.
  • Elite No DLL has no daily limit at all, in the evaluation or when funded. The choice is fixed at purchase.

My Funded Perps Consistency Rule, Minimum Days and Time Limit

There is no consistency rule on any My Funded Perps plan. The FAQ says “Your profits can come from any number of trades or trading days”, so a single trade can pass an evaluation as long as no loss limit is touched on the way. There is also no minimum number of trading days and no deadline: “Select, Prime, Signature, and Elite evaluations have no completion deadline or minimum trading-day requirement.” The same holds for funded payouts on Select, Prime and Signature, which have “no minimum trading-day count, qualifying-day requirement, or consistency gate”.

Three things still limit how you pass:

  • The 30-day inactivity rule fai
