Vest Markets Payout Rules: On-Demand Claims, USDC Withdrawals, Split and Proof
Vest Markets pays its Vest Capital traders on demand: there is no minimum claim, no cap on how often or how much you claim, and no consistency rule. A Vest Markets payout takes two steps. Claim Profit moves your share (80% or 90% on evaluation accounts, 95% on Instant accounts) from the funded account to your Vest Primary Account within 24 hours. You then withdraw USDC to your own wallet, on Base or Arbitrum One if you signed up with email or Google, under a $50,000 rolling 24-hour withdrawal limit. This page covers the profit split on each account, how a claim affects the static drawdown floor, withdrawal timing (Vest's own pages give three different answers), KYC, the US and UK question, and what payout proof shows.

What to check first
Know your split
You pick your split at purchase and it never changes: 80% or 90% on a 1-Step account, 80% on 2-Step, 95% on Instant. Vest applies it flat at every claim and takes no other fee. Profit made during an evaluation is never paid out. Only a Live funded account pays.
Check the floor
The max drawdown floor is static. A claim takes money out of the account but leaves the floor where it is, so a full claim puts your cushion back where it was on day one. If you chose a daily loss limit, the docs say that day's floor drops by the full amount you take out.
Plan both steps
Claim Profit takes 24 hours, cannot be reversed, and may require you to close positions first. A withdrawal sends USDC to an address and chain you type in. It also cannot be reversed, and it has a $50,000 rolling 24-hour limit. Vest's pages disagree on whether the withdrawal itself takes 24 hours.

Everything here comes from Vest’s docs (Claiming Profit, Withdrawals, Loss Limits and the Vest Capital overview), the FAQ and pricing page on next.vestmarkets.com, the vestmarkets.com homepage, and the live Prop Trading Terms and Terms of Service. From the Claiming Profit and Loss Limits docs, the FAQ, the Vest Capital pricing page and its price catalog, read October 26, 2026. Prices were read from the firm’s public pages on October 26, 2026; BestProps did not buy an account to confirm them. Vest’s docs still list sizes up to $25,000, while the pricing page sells $50,000 Emerald and $50,000 Instant accounts. An older Vest Capital page at trade.vestmarkets.com still loads and shows a flat 90% split and fees of $60 / $110 / $275. It does not match current pricing; use next.vestmarkets.com. 01 1-Step (Bespoke): $5K to $50K, 80% or 90% splitPricing page and docs · checked October 26, 2026
You pass a 10% or 20% target, the evaluation closes, and a new Live account of the same size opens straight away. From then on you can claim whenever you like at the split you chose at checkout. For the same size and rules, a 90% split costs about 1.2 times as much as 80%. Example: $210 vs $252 for a $25K account with a 10% target and 3% daily limit.
The evaluation profit is not paid out. The homepage FAQ says evaluation accounts “are simulated for evaluation purposes only” and that profits become withdrawable once you have a funded account. The daily loss limit you picked (3%, 4% or none) carries over to the Live account, so it still applies on the day you claim.
02 2-Step: $5K to $50K, fixed 80% splitPricing page catalog · checked October 26, 2026
Hit 10% in step 1 and 5% in step 2, and a Live account opens at an 80% split. It uses the same Claim Profit flow as every other Vest Capital account.
This is the cheapest way to a payout-eligible account ($15 for $5K, $175 for $50K). In exchange, the split is locked at 80% and the 3% daily loss limit stays on once you are Live.
03 Instant: $500 to $50K, 95% split, no evaluationDocs and pricing page · checked October 26, 2026
An Instant account is Live “from the moment your payment clears”. There is no target, so you can claim from your first profitable trade at 95%.
Your fee equals your max drawdown. On a $25K Instant account you pay $1,000 for $1,000 of room above a $24,000 floor. It has the highest split and no daily limit, but per dollar of room it is the most expensive account. At 95% you need $1,052.63 of claimed profit just to earn the $1,000 fee back.
How a Vest Markets payout works: claim, then withdraw
| Step | Moves money | Time | Limits | Reversible? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Claim Profit | Live funded account to your Primary Account | 24 hours, on every claim | No minimum, no cap on amount or frequency. The $50,000 withdrawal limit does not apply | No |
| 2. Withdrawal | Primary Account to your external wallet | The Withdrawals doc says every withdrawal currently takes 24 hours; the FAQ says withdrawals are instant up to $50,000 (see payout speed) | 1 USDC minimum; extra 24-hour processing once you pass $50,000 in a rolling 24 hours | No |
From the Claiming Profit and Withdrawals docs and the FAQ, read October 26, 2026. Vest calls step 1 “not the same as a Withdrawal”: the two have separate limits and separate processing times.
01 Claim Profit from the Live accountClaiming Profit doc · checked October 26, 2026
You submit a Claim Profit request from the Live account’s Portfolio page. “You may need to close open positions or orders first.” Your split “will be credited to your Primary Account in 24 hours”, and a claim is “irrevocable once initiated”. The doc says this works “identically whether your Live Funded Account came from a passed evaluation or an Instant Account purchase”.
Because you may have to close positions before claiming, a claim is also a trading decision. If you are holding a swing trade, you either close it or wait. Funded accounts cannot take deposits, so once you have claimed you cannot top the account back up.
02 Withdraw USDC to your own walletWithdrawals doc and FAQ · checked October 26, 2026
Press Withdraw on the Primary Account, then enter the destination address, the chain and the amount. Email and Google accounts withdraw USDC on Base or Arbitrum One. Wallet sign-ups can use any chain shown on the withdrawal screen. The minimum is 1 USDC. “The platform does not automatically route funds to the address you originally deposited from.”
A wrong address or wrong chain “cannot be reversed or recovered”. If the exchange you send to accepts USDC on only one of those networks, choose that network. On a large payout, sending a small test amount first costs little.
03 The Primary Account sits in the middleClaiming Profit doc and Terms of Service · checked October 26, 2026
Claimed USDC lands in your Primary Account, which is Vest’s exchange account. Vest says it is then “yours to trade with, hold, or withdraw”. The Primary Account trades the same perpetual markets at up to 100x leverage, and it is governed by the exchange Terms of Service, not the Prop Trading Terms.
USDC left in the Primary Account is exposed to anything you trade there. The Primary Account is also where the US and UK question comes up (see who can be paid).
04 Payout Balance: buying another account with profitVest Capital overview doc and FAQ · checked October 26, 2026
Claimed funded profit plus referral earnings makes up a “Payout Balance”. You can spend it on a new Vest Capital account by choosing Payout Balance at checkout. “Deposited funds cannot be used.” The FAQ separately says you “cannot pay from your Primary Account balance”.
Putting profit into another account saves you the withdrawal and any network or exchange fees, but the money stays inside Vest. If an account costs more than your Payout Balance, it shows as “Insufficient Balance”.
05 Tracking a withdrawalWithdrawals doc · checked October 26, 2026
The Withdrawals tab on the Portfolio page lists each withdrawal’s type, USDC amount, status, date and time, and on-chain transaction ID. Vest emails you when a withdrawal completes.
The transaction ID is your proof. You can look it up on the public block explorer for Base or Arbitrum and see the transfer, the amount and the receiving address without relying on a screenshot.
How a payout interacts with the Vest drawdown floor
| Account | Starting capital | Floor (never moves) | Room on day one | Room after claiming all profit |

| 1-Step or 2-Step Silver | $5,000 | $4,700 | $300 | $300 |
| 1-Step or 2-Step Gold | $10,000 | $9,400 | $600 | $600 |
| 1-Step or 2-Step Platinum | $25,000 | $23,500 | $1,500 | $1,500 |
| 1-Step or 2-Step Emerald | $50,000 | $47,000 | $3,000 | $3,000 |
| Instant $500 | $500 | $490 | $10 (2%) | $10 |
| Instant $5,000 | $5,000 | $4,800 | $200 (4%) | $200 |
| Instant $10,000 | $10,000 | $9,600 | $400 (4%) | $400 |
| Instant $25,000 | $25,000 | $24,000 | $1,000 (4%) | $1,000 |
| Instant $50,000 | $50,000 | $48,000 | $2,000 (4%) | $2,000 |
Floors from the Loss Limits doc and the pricing page, read October 26, 2026. The last column is BestProps’ reading: a claim that takes the account back to its starting capital leaves the same room you had on day one. Vest does not publish whether a claim can take the balance below starting capital.
01 Max drawdown: a claim does not move the floorLoss Limits doc · checked October 26, 2026
The max drawdown is “a fixed floor, set once when your account is created. It never moves.” “Profits don’t raise it. Losses don’t lower it further.” It is calculated from starting capital. If your Account Value, which includes unrealized PnL, falls below the floor, the account closes “immediately and permanently”.
Take a $25,000 Platinum account with a $23,500 floor that has grown to $27,000. Claim $2,000 and the account is back at $25,000 with $1,500 of room, the same as day one. Leave the $2,000 in and you have $3,500 of room. With a static floor, a claim never locks your floor higher the way some trailing drawdowns do. The flip side is that unclaimed profit acts as extra cushion, so each claim trades cushion for cash.
02 Daily loss limit: the floor drops by the full amount you take outLoss Limits doc · checked October 26, 2026
Daily floor = reset balance × (1 − your rate) + net non-trading transfers since the 20:00 ET reset. “Withdrawals lower this floor by the full amount; non-trading credits raise it by the full amount.”
You have a 3% daily limit and a reset balance of $26,500, so your floor is $25,705 and you have $795 of room. You then claim $1,500. Your equity falls to $25,000 and your floor falls to $24,205, so you still have $795 of room. Vest’s Loss Limits page calls these transfers “withdrawals”. A funded account cannot withdraw directly, so BestProps reads the rule as covering Claim Profit, but Vest does not say so in those words.
03 What Vest does not publish about claimsDocs, FAQ and terms · checked October 26, 2026
Vest does not publish three things. First, whether a claim can take the balance below starting capital. Second, whether Vest’s 5% to 20% share leaves the funded account at the same moment as yours. Its pages say only that your split is “credited”, so BestProps’ examples assume the whole claimed profit leaves the account. Third, whether partial claims are allowed. “No cap on the amount you can claim” suggests you choose the amount.
The Loss Limits doc says “equality alone does not breach a limit”, but the FAQ says the account closes if Account Value “touches or drops belowR
