We checked 18 prop firms and programs that look new and dated each by the earliest proof that a priced product was on public sale. 9 launched on or after April 2, 2025, our 18-month window, and 7 are ranked. Lucid Trading (on sale since April 21, 2025) is the only ranked new prop firm with a clear public payout trail: LucidFlex 50K costs $146 one time for a $2,000 end-of-day trailing floor, $73.00 per $1,000 of loss room. Six more are too new to show payouts, ranked by cost per $1,000: Pipster 2-Phase $57.80 ($5,000 static floor, 12% lifetime payout cap), FTMO Futures Growth $59.50 ($119 a month, on sale since August 31, 2026), Hola Prime Futures 1-Step Prime $79.50, Velotrade CLASSIC 2-Step $83.80, WenCrypto Double Pass $95.75 and Kraken Prop Intermediate $112.00. FundedStock and Tradescape describe their own max-loss floor two ways, and Nordic Funder’s terms still read “Awaiting counsel sign-off”. Lark Funding, FXIFY Futures, Atlas Funded, Breakout and DayTraders only look new. FundingTicks (winding down), FundedFast (sales stopped September 29, 2026) and DNA Funded (orders paused) show how young firms stop selling.

New prop firms guide: a trader opens a fresh notebook at a desk beside a monitor showing abstract price charts

Freshness: months on sale are counted to October 2, 2026; prices, site status and reviews were checked October 2 to 4, 2026, and each Trustpilot figure carries the date we read it. New firms change terms often; re-check before you buy.

Quick picks among new prop firms

  • Best new prop firm on payout evidence: Lucid Trading LucidFlex 50K, $146 one time, $73.00 per $1,000. On sale since April 2025, with many dated payout reviews.
  • Cheapest static floor among new firms: Pipster 2-Phase $50K, $289, $57.80 per $1,000. Each account can pay out $6,000 in total.
  • New futures arm of an older firm: FTMO Futures Growth, $119 a month, $59.50 per $1,000 for one month. On sale since August 31, 2026.
  • New crypto program inside an exchange: Kraken Prop Intermediate, $280, $112.00 per $1,000, paid to your Kraken wallet.

No new prop firm has the years of dated payouts an established firm has, and that is the first trade-off. Six of the seven ranked products have little or no public payout history yet, so in this guide a low price buys you a seat among the first customers, not a proven history.

How we verify a new prop firm’s launch date

A new prop firm here is a firm, or a separately sold arm of an older firm, whose first priced product went on public sale on or after April 2, 2025, 18 months before October 2, 2026. Marketing words (“new”, “just launched”, “est. 2025”) never count. We date each firm by the earliest of three things and name the source in the table:

  1. The firm’s own dated launch statement: a newsroom entry, press release, launch countdown or blog post. Pipster announced “Launching March 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM UK Time”; Kraken wrote “Today, we’re launching Kraken Prop” on May 27, 2026.
  2. The first archived copy of a priced checkout on the Internet Archive. A parked domain, a waitlist or a “Coming Soon” page is not a launch: Lucid Trading’s domain was offered for sale in 2024 and became a waitlist in February 2025 before its priced launch.
  3. The registration date of the company you pay. This only sets an upper bound on age, because a new company can front an older brand.

Trustpilot claim dates, the earliest review and footer copyright years are supporting signals only: they can show a brand is older than the window, never that it launched inside it. Nordic Funder’s reviews from November 2022 are how we know its rebuilt site is not a new firm. Where sources disagree we quote both and use the earlier date, which is why FTMO Futures is dated August 31, 2026 (archive copy and terms date) rather than its September 17 press release.

Why a new prop firm’s marketing year and company date disagree

Three dates rarely match at a young firm, and each one can mislead you in a different direction.

  • Copyright years run early. Lucid Trading’s footer reads “@2024-2026”, but the domain was a parked for-sale page through September 1, 2024 and the first priced plans went live in April and May 2025.
  • Company numbers run late. Atlas Funded’s Saint Lucia company number begins 2025, yet the brand sold priced challenges on November 17, 2024. DNA Funded’s 2025 company number fronts a brand selling since November 3, 2024. FundedStock’s current company was incorporated on April 8, 2026, eleven months after the brand first sold.
  • Old names can sell a new product. Velotrade was founded in 2016 as a trade-finance business and sold its first prop challenge in 2025 or 2026, depending on which of its own dates you take. We treat that as a new program from an older company, the same way we treat Kraken Prop and FTMO Futures.
  • A new owner does not make an old firm new. Breakout has sold evaluations since at least November 2023; Kraken bought it in September 2025, and it stays an older brand.

Our firms by year established page groups firms by the year they say they started; this guide uses the stricter launch rule above, so its dates can differ.

With a public payout trail
  1. In the window: first priced sale on or after April 2, 2025, dated as above.
  2. On sale today: a live price and buy button when we checked; paused banners, sold-out plans and missing checkout pages do not rank.
  3. Terms complete before you pay: a named company and every account-ending rule readable without an account; placeholder legal text, or pages that disagree on the max-loss floor itself, move a firm to the caution section.
  4. Grouped by payout evidence: “already paying” needs a dated payout item from the firm and at least 3 dated payout reviews from traders, or 5 such reviews alone; everything else that passes is “too new to show payouts”, which is not a failure.
  5. Ordered by cost per $1,000 of loss room inside each group: list price plus any activation fee, divided by the overall max-loss floor in dollars, at $50K, on the firm’s cheapest product on this measure that passes the checks. One product per firm.

A live call-up (the firm moving you to a live account at its discretion) is a warning we name first, never a reason to rank a firm lower. Codes never set a rank: a firm-published code appears as a dated secondary figure. Daily loss limits are shown beside the floor, but the floor in the calculation is always the overall max-loss figure.

Notes on this ranking: Rank 1 is the only firm already paying on our test; ranks 2 to 7 are too new to show payouts and are ordered by cost per $1,000. * The firm does not name a data fee (Lucid Trading) or an activation fee (WenCrypto), so the figure covers the published fee only; a fee added later would raise it. † Hola Prime Futures shows its $0 activation in a limited-deal banner with no end date, and one FAQ calls the plan a 30-day renewal while the checkout says one-time; the $79.50 is the first purchase either way. ‡ FTMO Futures bills $119 a month until you pass; two months make it $119.00 per $1,000, which would place it last among the too-new firms. Codes never set the order, but two would move a firm up if they did: Velotrade with ALGO2026 ($67.00) and WenCrypto with WEN ($72.00) would both pass Hola Prime Futures; Lucid’s VAULT code shows $52.60. None of the three codes has a published end date. FundedStock and Tradescape price in rupees only, with no firm US dollar price, so their figures are per ₹1,000 and not converted.

Read the floor column first. A static floor stays where it starts; an end-of-day trailing floor follows your best closing balance upward, and two of the three trailing floors here (FTMO Futures and Hola Prime Futures) stop trailing once they reach the starting balance. The daily loss column matters most on the forex and crypto products, where breaking it ends the account.

Track record of new prop firms, from launch to first payout

New prop firms timeline: a ribbon running from Launch to First payout to Track record, with a seedling at the start
Every new prop firm starts with a launch; a dated first payout and then a track record come later.

A new prop firm passes three stops in order. The launch is easy to date. The first payout is harder, because a funded trader needs time to pass, wait out the minimum days and request money: Pipster’s first funded payout comes 14 calendar days after the first funded trade, Velotrade’s the same, and FTMO Futures needs four profitable days. A track record, many dated payouts from traders who are not the firm, takes months more.

That is why “too new to show payouts” is a description, not a verdict. FTMO Futures had been on sale for about a month when we checked, so no payout reports are expected yet. WenCrypto had been on sale for six months with no Trustpilot profile and no payout list, which is a longer silence. Velotrade sits in between: 60 dated payout samples published by the firm, each with an on-chain link, and no trader review describing one. Firm-published payouts are the firm’s word; we count them, but we look for traders confirming them too.

New prop firms already paying traders

One firm meets our bar for already paying: dated payout reviews from traders well beyond the minimum, across many months since launch.

Lucid Trading LucidFlex 50K, the one new futures firm with a long public payout trail

Lucid Trading is the only ranked firm in this guide with a long public payout trail, seventeen months after its own launch countdown ran out on April 21, 2025. Before that the domain was a parked page offered for sale (“Buy for USD $6,995”) and then a waitlist; the first archived copy with priced plans and live sign-up buttons is dated May 13, 2025. Its footer says “@2024-2026 Lucid Trading. All rights reserved.”, which is a copyright line, not a sale date.

LucidFlex 50K costs $146 one time for a $2,000 end-of-day trailing floor at both the evaluation and funded stages: $73.00 per $1,000 of loss room. The card lists the account activation fee as “FREE”; Lucid does not name a data fee, so the figure covers the published fee only. An optional $1,200 daily loss limit is soft, and switching it off adds $10 to the price. Funded payouts pay 90%, need five days of $150 or more profit in the cycle, and each request is capped at 50% of profit up to $2,000, so a full $2,000 request needs $4,000 of profit. After the fifth payout the account goes to a live review.

Video: “The Closet Within: The Lucid Trading Story,” Lucid Trading official YouTube channel, May 13, 2026. Source type: firm-produced. Why selected: Lucid’s own channel has no launch, payout or rules walkthrough; this firm-produced brand story is the only official video, so it covers the company rather than the LucidFlex rules above.

  • Launched: Launch countdown to April 21, 2025; first archived copy with live sign-up May 13, 2025; 17 months on sale to October 2, 2026. The contract is with Lucid Trading Group LLC (Delaware); its New York foreign filing is dated September 9, 2025.
  • Product and cost: LucidFlex 50K, $146 one time, no activation fee; $73.00 per $1,000. Code VAULT showed $105.20 ($52.60 per $1,000), advertised as a limited deal with no end date.
  • Floor and daily loss: $2,000 end-of-day trailing at both stages; optional $1,200 daily limit that pauses rather than ends the account.
  • Payouts: 90%, $500 minimum, five days of $150+ profit per cycle, 50% of profit up to $2,000 per request, up to five payouts per account; 30 days without trading deletes the account.
  • Payout evidence since launch: No payout list on Lucid’s own site, and its homepage figure of $700M+ is worded “earned by traders”, a claim we do not count. The newest 20 Trustpilot reviews on October 2 to 3, 2026 included 19 describing a payout received; a separate Reddit tally for the year to September 27, 2026 counted 29 comments confirming payouts and 5 describing payout problems.
  • Live call-up: Yes. “All live transitions occur at the discretion of the Lucid risk team”; live accounts start at a $0 balance and every simulated account is closed. No option to decline and keep the balance is published.
  • Trustpilot: 4.3/5 on 6,235 reviews, read October 4, 2026; profile claimed April 2025. Lucid had replied to 2 of 744 negative reviews, the last on January 12, 2026.
  • Strengths: The longest public payout trail of any new prop firm here; no activation fee; end-of-day rather than intraday trailing on LucidFlex.
  • Weaknesses: A trailing floor; per-request payout caps; discretionary live move with every simulated account closed.
  • Choose it when: You want a one-time futures evaluation from a firm that has paid many traders in its first 17 months, and you can trade inside a trailing $2,000 floor.
  • Watch out for: At least six 1-star Trustpilot reviews dated September 30 to October 2, 2026 describe a ban at or just before payout for coordinated trading between users or hedging, a published rule; two more (October 1 and 3) describe identity checks locking accounts at payout. Second, the risk team can move you live at its discretion. Third, LucidDaily (not ranked) uses a funded floor that trails intraday, including open profit.

Lucid’s other $50K products: LucidPro $192 ($96.00 per $1,000), LucidDirect $515 straight to funded ($257.50), and LucidDaily $138 ($69.00), cheaper on paper but not ranked because every funded LucidDaily account trails real-time profit and loss, open positions included, until the balance clears $52,100. Since launch Lucid has ended the 100% split on the first $10,000 for LucidPro accounts bought after November 28, 2025, rebuilt its live program on February 27, 2026, relabelled LucidBlack as Legacy, launched LucidDaily on July 26, 2026, and dropped the ProjectX route it launched as LucidX on August 10, 2025 from its platform list.

New prop firms too new to show payouts, ranked by cost

These six pass every check, are on sale today and publish their rules before you pay, but have little or no public payout evidence yet. They are ordered by cost per $1,000 of loss room.

Pipster 2-Phase, the cheapest static floor among new prop firms, with a lifetime payout cap

Pipster announced its own opening before it happened: “Launching March 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM UK Time”, on a waitlist page archived on February 3, 2026, and the homepage archived on March 13 already read “Get funded”. The company behind it, Data Vantix Ltd, was incorporated at Companies House on June 25, 2025 as Sophos Technologies Ltd and renamed on November 13, 2025; its registered office is a London address shared by many companies.

The 2-Phase $50K costs $289 one time with a $5,000 static floor that never moves at any stage: $57.80 per $1,000, the lowest of any ranked product here. “There is no activation fee after passing a standard 1-Phase or 2-Phase Challenge.” The catch sits in the FAQ: each purchased account can pay out at most 12% of its starting balance in total (12% of $50,000 = $6,000), after which “The account has completed its reward cycle and will not generate further payout rewards”.

  • Launched: March 2, 2026 by Pipster’s own notice; 7 months on sale to October 2, 2026.
  • Product and cost: 2-Phase $50K, $289 one time, no activation fee; $57.80 per $1,000. No code on this product when we checked. Accounts of $2,500 or more bought from October 1, 2026 get the fee back with the third payout.
  • Floor and daily loss: $5,000 static (10%) at every stage; 5% daily loss measured on equity ends the account, the usual shape for a forex two-step.
  • Payouts: 80% (the risk team may raise it to 90%), $100 minimum, first payout 14 calendar days after the first funded trade and then weekly, five trading days and identity checks first; Rise, PayPal, bank transfer, USDT or USDC.
  • Payout evidence since launch: No payout page or certificates. Trustpilot shows one review describing a payout (August 21, 2026); most of the 41 reviews are invited and about trading competitions.
  • Live call-up: None. The terms say Pipster does not offer live funded trading accounts.
  • Trustpilot: 4.5/5 on 41 reviews, read October 4, 2026; profile claimed January 2026.
  • Strengths: A static floor at a low price; terms, prices and rules published before you sign in; no live move.
  • Weaknesses: A $6,000 lifetime payout ceiling per $50K account; almost no public payout history; no weekend holding once funded.
  • Choose it when: You want the cheapest static floor among new prop firms and accept that one account can pay you $6,000 at most.
  • Watch out for: The 12% lifetime cap ends an account’s payouts however well you trade, and only one public review describes a payout in seven months.

Pipster’s other $50K products: 1-Phase $279 ($69.75 per $1,000), and Pipster Entry and Instant Funded ($1,899, $379.80), whose funded floors follow your highest equity in real time until they lock, so they are not ranked. Prices have fallen since launch: the $25K 1-Phase was previewed at $275 before opening and sells for $159 today.

FTMO Futures Growth, a one-month-old futures arm from a firm selling since 2015

FTMO Futures is the youngest program in this guide. An archived copy of its pricing page dated August 31, 2026 already carried prices under a “Futures | Beta” label, and the evaluation terms are “DATED 31 AUGUST 2026”. FTMO’s press release of September 17 says it “today launched FTMO Futures”; we date the program from August 31, the earlier reading. It is a separate listing from FTMO’s CFD challenges, which FTMO says it has sold since 2015; the contracting company, FTMO Evaluation Global s.r.o., was registered in the Czech Republic on June 2, 2020.

Growth $50K costs $119 a month until you pass, with a $2,000 end-of-day trailing floor that locks once it reaches the starting balance and no daily loss limit during the evaluation: $59.50 per $1,000 for one month, $119.00 if you need two. Level 1 data is included and there is no activation fee. A 40% best-day consistency rule applies while you are evaluated. Pro is cheaper on the metric ($139 a month for a $3,000 floor, $46.33 per $1,000), but its $1,000 daily loss ends the account at both stages, and once funded the account is “immediately and permanently terminated”.

Video: FTMO’s own channel had no FTMO Futures video when we checked on October 4, 2026, and we do not substitute third-party videos.

  • Launched: August 31, 2026 (priced archive copy and terms date); press release September 17, 2026; 1 month on sale to October 2, 2026.
  • Product and cost: Growth $50K, $119 a month until passed, no activation fee, data included; $59.50 per $1,000 for one month. A reset costs $109 on top. Commissions are $0.50 a side on minis and $0.20 on micros plus exchange fees.
  • Floor and daily loss: $2,000 end-of-day trailing, locking at the starting balance; no daily limit in the evaluation, then a $1,000 soft limit once funded that closes positions for the day without ending the account.
  • Payouts: 90%, every 4 days, $20 minimum; four days of $150+ profit, then up to 50% of profit with a $2,500 cap per request at $50K. Wise, Revolut bank wire, Visa Direct or Mastercard Send outside the US; US clients file a W-9 first. Positions are closed at 4:10pm ET every trading day.
  • Payout evidence since launch: None yet for the futures program. FTMO’s “$650M+ paid in rewards since 2015” covers the whole brand and is worded as rewards. Six Trustpilot reviews mention futures since August 31, 2026; none reports a futures payout.
  • Live call-up: Yes. “Progression from a Sim-Funded Account to a Live Funded Account is at the discretion of our Trading Department”. Whether you can decline and keep the balance is not published.
  • Trustpilot: 4.8/5 on 53,729 reviews, read October 4, 2026, on FTMO’s shared profile for CFD and futures.
  • Strengths: An established owner with registered Czech companies; a floor that stops trailing at the starting balance; no daily limit while evaluated; data included.
  • Weaknesses: A monthly fee until you pass; consistency rule; per-request payout cap; daily flat at 4:10pm ET.
  • Choose it when: You want a futures evaluation from a firm with years of CFD payouts behind it and can pass inside a month or two.
  • Watch out for: FTMO’s Trading Department can move you to a live account at its discretion, with no published way to decline. The futures program had no public payout reports as of October 4, 2026, and a reviewer that day said a reset did not replace the month’s subscription charge.

Hola Prime Futures 1-Step Prime, a 14-month-old futures arm of a forex firm

Hola Prime’s newsroom lists the futures arm’s launch announcement on July 9, 2025, after an April 10, 2025 plan announcement and a “Coming Soon” countdown archived on June 23. An archived copy from July 19, 2025 shows the first prices, then monthly ($192 a month at 20% off $320 for $100K) with a $149 activation fee. Today’s offer looks different: a one-time price and no activation step.

1-Step Prime $50K costs $159 with a $2,000 end-of-day trailing floor that locks at the starting balance and no daily loss limit: $79.50 per $1,000. The $0 activation sits in a banner reading “Limited Deal $0 Activation Fees + 100% Challenge Fee Refund” with no end date, and the checkout lists no activation charge. The firm’s pages also disagree on billing: the homepage promises “no monthly subscriptions” while a FAQ says the plan renews every 30 days.
