TL;DR: UProfit (also sold as UProfit Trader) is a futures prop firm run by Uprofit Trader LLC, a Delaware company that has been selling evaluations since 2019. On October 11, 2026 it sold one current product, DAY 2.0, in two versions: Soft, where hitting the daily loss limit pauses you until the next session, and Flex, which has no daily loss limit at all. Each version comes in 10K, 50K, 100K and 150K sizes. These are monthly subscriptions. List prices run from $49 to $377 a month, and a 40% sale already applied on the site brings them down to $29 to $226. The site also advertises an extra 20% off with the code UPTBDAY. Both versions use an end-of-day drawdown that stops trailing at the starting balance, a 50% consistency rule to pass, and no activation fee. The funded stage (Virtual Live) pays 90% of profit, but each request is capped at 3% of the account size, you must first build a SafetyNet buffer, and the account closes after six withdrawals. Trading is on TradingView or Tradoverse, intraday only, with everything flat by 4:10 PM ET. Trustpilot shows a 3.3 TrustScore from 6,540 reviews. Most of the all-time reviews are five-star, but recent complaints describe accounts closed over copy trading, IP or VPN findings, and delayed or reversed payouts. All sales are final, and ten countries are restricted.

Research status: On October 11, 2026 we checked this review against UProfit’s own pages: the homepage, the DAY 2.0 programs and pricing pages (including the pricing data behind them), the platforms, “our way”, legacy-programs and live-account pages, the terms and conditions, the risk disclosure and all 54 articles in the UProfit help centre. We read Trustpilot, Reddit and several third-party listings on the same day. Prices and promo codes change often, so recheck them at checkout. We did not buy an account, so anything that only shows after purchase is printed as UProfit publishes it, not tested.

UProfit review verdict: is UProfit legit?

UProfit is a real, operating futures prop firm. It names a US company (Uprofit Trader LLC, registered in Delaware), publishes a phone number and a street address, keeps a public help centre with a separate article for every account size, and sells through a working checkout. It has been around since 2019, which makes it one of the older futures evaluation firms still trading. Its homepage reports 60,000 Virtual Live accounts and 13,445 approved payout requests since 2019, with a $1,400 average payout. Those are the firm’s own figures and are not audited, but they line up with years of Trustpilot reviews from traders who say they were paid.

The current DAY 2.0 product has real strengths:

  • The drawdown is end-of-day, not real-time trailing, and it stops moving once it reaches your starting balance.
  • The Soft version turns the daily loss limit into a pause instead of a failed account, and the Flex version drops the daily loss limit altogether.
  • There is no activation fee when you pass, and the 10K account starts at $29 a month during the current sale.
  • The profit split is 90% from the first withdrawal, and payouts are promised within 24 business hours.

The weak points matter just as much:

  • Each payout is capped at 3% of the account size ($1,500 on a 50K), and you must first build a non-withdrawable SafetyNet of $2,500 on a 50K.
  • A Virtual Live account closes after six withdrawals. The most a 50K can pay you is $8,100 before it closes.
  • No overnight holds: every position is closed at 4:10 PM ET.
  • The terms add rules that are easy to miss, including a ban on open trades more than 1.5% of the balance in the red, a ban on VPN and VPS use, and scrutiny of trades held under 60 seconds.
  • All sales are final, and the terms of use were last updated in November 2021, years before the current product.

The trust signals are mixed. Trustpilot shows 6,540 reviews, 87% of them five-star, yet a TrustScore of only 3.3. The reviews from the past year are far more negative than the older ones. Most describe accounts closed after a payout request over copy trading, shared IP addresses or VPN use, or payouts that were slow or reversed. We cannot check individual cases. BestProps does not give UProfit a numeric score. Our review methodology explains how we check firms.

Who runs UProfit Trader

The terms of use say the business is “a Limited Liability Company registered in Delaware”, and the risk disclosure and tournament rules name it as Uprofit Trader LLC. The site footer lists 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901, the phone number +1 (844) 500-4776 and the email support@uprofittrader.com. The brand used to trade as UProfit Trader at uprofittrader.com. That domain now redirects to uprofit.com, while the help centre still lives at help.uprofittrader.com. The site runs in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

UProfit is not a broker and does not say it is regulated. Its evaluations and its funded “Virtual Live” stage are simulated: the risk disclosure carries the standard CFTC Rule 4.41 warning on simulated results, and the day-programs page describes the Virtual Live account as being “within a demo environment”. Only the final “Funded Live” stage uses real capital. Sites that rate brokers, such as WikiFX, list UProfit as “Not Regulated”. That is accurate, but it is also true of almost every evaluation-based prop firm, because they do not hold client deposits.

The footer also publishes a pass rate: 22.45% of candidates passed the evaluation in the third quarter of 2024. Few firms publish this figure, and it is worth keeping in mind when you estimate the real cost of getting funded.

How UProfit works: evaluation, Virtual Live and Funded Live

  1. Evaluation (simulated). Buy a monthly DAY 2.0 subscription and reach the profit target without touching the drawdown, while keeping your best day at or below 50% of total profit. There is no time limit. The help centre says you can advance after two successful trading days.
  2. Virtual Live (simulated, paid). Once you pass, the subscription stops renewing and the account moves to Virtual Live, usually within 12 to 24 hours. You complete identity verification (KYC) and sign an agreement. There is no activation fee on DAY 2.0. From here UProfit pays you 90% of the simulated profit, subject to the SafetyNet, the 40% consistency rule, the per-request cap and a maximum of six withdrawals.
  3. Funded Live (real capital). The terms say that once you have taken the maximum rewards allowed in Virtual Live, you receive a funding offer to trade real capital. You can hold only one Funded Live account at a time, and any other Virtual Live accounts are suspended when the offer is made. The offer is UProfit’s to make. It is not an automatic step.

If you break a rule during the evaluation, you can pay for a reset at any time, wait for the next monthly renewal and ask support for a free reset, or cancel. A breached Virtual Live account needs a paid Live Reset.

UProfit account types: DAY 2.0 Soft vs Flex

The homepage and the choose-a-program page show two tabs, “Day Soft” and “Day Flex”. The rules below come from the help centre’s trading-parameter and per-size articles, which UProfit updated on October 8 and 9, 2026.

Rule 10K 50K 100K 150K
Profit target $800 $3,000 $6,000 $9,000
End-of-day drawdown $400 $2,000 $3,000 $4,500
Starting drawdown floor $9,600 $48,000 $97,000 $145,500
Floor stops trailing at $10,000 $50,000 $100,000 $150,000
Daily loss limit (Soft only, pause not breach) $220 $1,100 $2,200 $3,000
Daily loss limit (Flex) None None None None
Max contracts (minis / micros) 5 micros only 3 / 30 6 / 60 9 / 90
Consistency to pass 50% 50% 50% 50%
Minimum days No fixed number published; UProfit says you can advance after 2 successful days
Time limit None
Overnight holds Not allowed; positions closed at 4:10 PM ET
Activation fee after passing $0

The only rule difference between the two versions is the daily loss limit. Everything else, from the drawdown to the payout policy, is the same. A plain way to choose:

  • Soft suits a trader who wants a hard stop on a bad day. When you lose the daily amount (commissions included), the account is locked until the next session and you carry on the following day. It is a little cheaper.
  • Flex suits a trader whose strategy sometimes needs room on a volatile day. UProfit’s own FAQ warns that without a daily stop “a bad day can bring you closer to the total drawdown faster”. The drawdown is your only limit.

The UProfit 50K is the middle option most traders compare: $3,000 target, $2,000 drawdown, 3 minis or 30 micros, $78 a month on Soft or $88 on Flex during the sale. The UProfit 100K doubles the target to $6,000 but raises the drawdown only to $3,000, so the target is twice the room you have. The 150K has the same 2-to-1 ratio ($9,000 target, $4,500 drawdown). The new 10K is the cheapest way in and trades micros only. There is no 25K account in DAY 2.0.

UProfit pricing, resets and the activation fee

Every UProfit evaluation is a monthly subscription that renews every 30 calendar days until you pass or cancel. The table shows the list price struck through on the site and the sale price shown on October 11, 2026 (the site says the 40% is “already applied”).

Account Soft list / sale Flex list / sale Soft reset Flex reset
10K $49 / $29 $65 / $39 $25 $29
50K $130 / $78 $147 / $88 $78 $88
100K $193 / $116 $227 / $136 $116 $136
150K $327 / $196 $377 / $226 $196 $226

Reset prices come from the help centre’s per-account articles. A paid reset restores the account at any time and does not change your billing date. If you breach and wait for the next renewal, support can reset the account for free.

Activation fee: DAY 2.0 has none. Each Soft and Flex Virtual Live article lists “Activation Fee: $0”. The older DAY accounts charged $150 when you passed, so third-party pages that quote a $150 UProfit activation fee are describing the previous product.

How much does a UProfit account really cost? Some worked examples at the October 11 sale prices, before the extra coupon:

  • You pass a Soft 50K in the first month: $78 in total.
  • You need two billing months: $156.
  • You breach once, buy a reset and pass in the same month: $78 + $78 reset = $156.
  • You breach once, wait for the renewal and take the free reset: $78 + $78 renewal = $156, and you lose up to 30 days.
  • A Flex 150K passed in one month: $226.

Prices are charged in US dollars. You can pay by card, by PayPal or in crypto (USDT, USDC or BTC) through CoinPayments.

UProfit discount code and the current sale

On October 11, 2026 the banner on uprofit.com read: “Your evaluation from $29, with the 40% already applied. And for our 7th anniversary, get 20% EXTRA with code UPTBDAY.” No end date was published. If the extra 20% applies to the sale price, the monthly cost would be:

Account Soft sale Soft with UPTBDAY Flex sale Flex with UPTBDAY
10K $29 $23.20 $39 $31.20
50K $78 $62.40 $88 $70.40
100K $116 $92.80 $136 $108.80
150K $196 $156.80 $226 $180.80

The coupon figures are our arithmetic on the banner wording. We read the code from UProfit’s public pages on October 11, 2026 and did not verify it by purchase. Check at checkout whether it stacks with the 40% and whether it applies to renewals or only to the first month. Coupon sites list other UProfit codes that BestProps could not confirm with the firm, so we do not reprint them. Spanish searchers looking for a “descuento” will find the same UPTBDAY banner on the Spanish site.

The end-of-day drawdown, with worked numbers

UProfit’s drawdown is set from the highest balance at the close of each session, not from intraday peaks. It only moves up when you finish a day at a new high, and it stops once the floor reaches your starting balance. Touching the floor at any time during the day, with an open trade or with closed losses, breaches the account.

Worked example on a 50K ($2,000 drawdown, floor starts at $48,000):

Day Intraday high Close Floor for the next day
Start – $50,000 $48,000
1 $51,400 $50,900 $48,900
2 $51,200 $50,600 $48,900 (no new closing high)
3 $52,300 $52,100 $50,000 (locked at the starting balance)
4 onward any any $50,000 for good

Two things follow from this. A big intraday spike that you give back before the close does not raise your floor, which is the main advantage over a real-time trailing drawdown. And once the floor locks at $50,000 on a 50K, every dollar above it is room to trade, so the account becomes easier to manage the further ahead you get. Our guide to trailing drawdown rules explains how other firms trail their drawdowns.

The daily loss limit: Soft pauses, Flex has none

Under DAY 2.0, the Soft daily loss limit is “a reference limit”. If your losses for the day reach $220, $1,100, $2,200 or $3,000 (10K to 150K), counting commissions, the account is locked until the next session. It does not fail. Flex has no daily loss limit.

This is a big change from the older DAY rules, where reaching the daily loss limit breached the account and needed a reset. Several 2026 Trustpilot complaints (“Only prop firm that when you reach your daily loss limit they breach your account”) describe the old rule. If you hold an older DAY account, check which rules your account is on in the dashboard.

One trap remains on both versions. The terms of use separately prohibit “maintaining open trades in negative territory exceeding 1.5% of the account balance”. On a 50K that is about $750 of open loss, which is lower than the Soft $1,100 daily limit. On a 150K it is about $2,250 against a $3,000 daily limit. Treat the 1.5% figure as your real per-trade pain limit.

UProfit consistency rule and calculator

UProfit uses two consistency levels. Neither one breaches the account. You simply keep trading until you meet it.

  • Evaluation: 50%. Your best day must not exceed 50% of the total profit. Minimum total profit = best day / 0.5.
  • Virtual Live: 40%. To request a payout, your best day must not exceed 40% of the profit since the last withdrawal. Minimum total profit = best day / 0.4. The count resets after each withdrawal.
Your best day Total profit needed to pass (50%) Total profit needed to withdraw (40%)
$500 $1,000 $1,250
$1,000 $2,000 $2,500
$1,500 $3,000 $3,750
$2,000 $4,000 $5,000
$3,000 $6,000 $7,500

Example: on a 50K evaluation with a $3,000 target, a $2,000 first day means you need $4,000 in total profit before you pass, not $3,000. Spread the target across at least two days of similar size and the rule never binds. On the Virtual Live account, one $1,400 day means at least $3,500 in profit before you can withdraw. Our consistency rule guide shows how other firms set the same rule.

Trading hours, news, scalping, bots and the 1.5% rule

  • UProfit trading hours: the week opens Sunday at 6:00 PM ET. Monday to Thursday, all trades must be closed by 4:10 PM ET and you can trade again from 6:00 PM ET. The week closes Friday at 4:10 PM ET. Anything still open at 4:10 PM ET is closed automatically, win or lose. Missing this time does not breach the account, but swing trading between sessions is not allowed.
  • Holidays: the help centre’s “2026” holiday list uses 2025 dates (for example Good Friday on April 18). Check the CME calendar instead. The remaining 2026 US holidays are Thanksgiving on November 26 and Christmas on December 25.
  • News: allowed. UProfit’s “our way” page advertises “Full freedom to trade around announcements”.
  • Inactivity: on a Virtual Live account you must close at least one trade per week. If you will be away, put the account on Pause or Safe Custody for 7, 14 or 21 days from the dashboard. You cannot end the pause early.
  • Scalping: not banned outright, but UProfit reviews the share of your profit that comes from trades lasting under 60 seconds and whether you use automated stop adjusters. A 2024 Reddit thread describes accounts terminated on this basis.
  • Daily volume: UProfit recommends no more than 50 E-mini or 350 micro contracts per day. These are guidelines, not hard limits.
  • Bots and AI: the terms prohibit “automated software, artificial intelligence, high-frequency systems, or bulk data entry tools to manipulate results”. If you plan to automate, get written approval from support first.
  • VPN and VPS: strictly prohibited. Detection closes every associated account and forfeits profits.
  • Other prohibited practices: holding positions within 2% of a product’s lock limit, open losses above 1.5% of the balance, trades outside the best bid or offer, hedging across accounts, trading for someone else, and exploiting simulator fills.

UProfit payouts: split, SafetyNet, caps and methods

Virtual Live rule 10K 50K 100K 150K
SafetyNet (not withdrawable) $500 $2,500 $4,500 $6,500
Withdraw only above $10,500 $52,500 $104,500 $156,500
Cap per request (3%) $300 $1,500 $3,000 $4,500
Your 90% of a full request $270 $1,350 $2,700 $4,050
Max withdrawals per account 6 6 6 6
Most you can receive (6 full payouts) $1,620 $8,100 $16,200 $24,300
Contract scaling None 2/20, then 3/30 above +$1,500 3/30, 4/40 above +$2,000, 6/60 above +$3,000 3/30, 4/40, 6/60, 9/90 above +$5,000

The other payout conditions are the same for every size:

  • Profit split: 90% to you from the first withdrawal.
  • Profit days: at least 3 profitable days for each request (consecutive or not).
  • Consistency: 40% of the profit since the last withdrawal.
  • Frequency: no fixed cycle is published. You can request again once the three conditions above are met.
  • Processing time: within 24 business hours after the 5:00 PM ET close, if the request meets every condition. You can keep trading, but if the balance falls below the requested level the request is cancelled.
  • Methods: Rise (bank transfer or crypto such as USDC, USDT, BTC or ETH) or Finrock in USDC on ERC20. Traders in Venezuela and Russia can request USDC.
  • Fees: Rise deducts $20 from the first approved payout each month.

The headline “up to $24,000 per account” on the day-programs page matches the 150K: six full requests of $4,500 give you $24,300 after the split. After the sixth withdrawal the account is closed. If UProfit then makes you a Funded Live offer, you move to real capital. If not, you buy a new evaluation. A trader asked about this six-payout limit on Reddit in October 2026, so it is worth planning for from day one. Our guide to how payout caps work explains what a cap does to your withdrawals.

Your first payout, step by step

Here is a 50K Soft Virtual Live account from its first trade to its first payout:

  1. Day 1 +$900, Day 2 +$800, Day 3 +$700, Day 4 +$600, Day 5 +$500. Total $3,500, balance $53,500. The floor locked at $50,000 on day 3.
  2. Check profit days: 5 profitable days, at least 3 needed. Passed.
  3. Check consistency: best day $900, 40% of $3,500 is $1,400. Passed.
  4. Check the SafetyNet: $53,500 minus the $52,500 threshold leaves $1,000 you can withdraw. That is under the $1,500 cap.
  5. Request $1,000. Your 90% is $900. If it is your first Rise payout of the month, $20 comes off, so you receive $880.
  6. Your balance returns to $52,500 and the consistency count starts again from zero.

To take the full $1,500 cap on a 50K, your balance has to reach $54,000. Since the account cannot pay out more than 3% per request, a single big day does not speed things up. It only makes the consistency rule harder to meet.

Payout proof: UProfit says its 13,445 approved payout requests are shared by traders in a public #payouts channel on its Discord. Many Trustpilot reviewers say they were paid within the stated time. Others describe payouts that were delayed for over a week or rejected after approval (see the complaints section). We have not verified any individual payout.

The UProfit live account and live reset

“Live account” means two different things at UProfit, and the site uses both.

  • Virtual Live is the paid simulated stage covered above. If it breaches, you can buy a Live Reset within 10 days, up to three times per account. Soft costs $499 (50K), $649 (100K) or $849 (150K). Flex costs $599, $699 or $899. The reset is applied within 12 hours, restores the balance and drawdown, and clears earlier violations. It does not change the program rules.
  • Funded Live is the real-capital account offered after the Virtual Live maximum. UProfit’s live-account page describes real CME, NYMEX, COMEX and CBOT data, a free NinjaTrader licence, a one-time assignment fee to cover data costs, contract scaling, a daily loss limit, end-of-day drawdown and payouts processed in under 24 hours. That page carries no date and predates DAY 2.0, so ask support for the current Funded Live terms before you rely on it.

A Live Reset costs far more than a new evaluation. On a Soft 50K, $499 buys more than six months of evaluation subscriptions at the sale price. A reset only makes sense if the account has payouts left and you would otherwise lose a long run of progress.

UProfit platforms: TradingView, Tradoverse, NinjaTrader and Rithmic

DAY 2.0 accounts trade on two platforms:

  • TradingView: UProfit calls it an “exclusive integration”, on desktop and mobile. You copy the credentials from your dashboard (the key icon on the subscription), click TradingView and enter them there. UProfit’s help centre includes a TradingView connection and rollover guide.
  • Tradoverse: a web, desktop and mobile platform you log into at web.tradoverse.com with the same credentials. The built-in copy-trading tool works on both platforms.

NinjaTrader and Rithmic are not available on DAY 2.0. UProfit’s earlier programs ran on Rithmic, and the pricing data still behind the legacy-programs page lists Rithmic as their platform, with those programs marked unavailable. NinjaTrader appears only on the old live-account page, as the free platform for the real-capital Funded Live stage. If you need NinjaTrader, Rithmic, Quantower or ATAS for evaluations, UProfit does not offer them today. Our guide to prop firms that use TradingView covers other options.

Markets, instruments and costs after purchase

The help centre lists these futures markets:

  • CME equity indices: ES, MES, NQ, MNQ, RTY, M2K.
  • CME currencies: 6E, 6B, 6A, 6C, 6S, 6J, 6M, 6N, 6L, 6R.
  • CME livestock: LE, GF, HE.
  • NYMEX energy: CL, MCL, BZ, RB, NG, HO.
  • COMEX metals: GC, MGC, SI, SIL, HG.

Dow futures (YM, MYM) and CBOT products are not on the current list.

Commissions are $5 per E-mini contract and $1 per E-micro. UProfit does not say whether that figure is per side or per round trip, so ask support before you size a scalping strategy. No separate market-data fee is published for evaluations or Virtual Live accounts. The commission counts toward your daily loss limit. Example: if $5 is charged per contract per round turn, ten round turns of 3 ES contracts cost $150, which is 14% of the Soft 50K daily limit before any trading loss.

Multiple accounts, max accounts and copy trading

UProfit’s best-practices article sets the maximum number of accounts:

  • up to 20 evaluations at once
  • up to 3 Virtual Live accounts
  • up to 1 Funded Live account

Copy trading is allowed only between your own accounts and only through UProfit’s built-in tool in TradingView or Tradoverse. Copying between different people’s accounts is banned. So are opposing or identical trades placed across separate accounts to reduce risk. The tool copies entries and exits but not stops or targets. Manage every trade from the main account, because a stop placed on a copied account can fire later as a new, unintended trade.

Several closures described on Trustpilot cite “copy trading” and “connectivity with another account from the same IP address”. If someone else in your home also trades with UProfit, or you trade through a VPN or a VPS, ask support in writing how that will be treated before you buy.

UProfit restricted countries

UProfit’s help centre (updated October 8, 2026) lists ten countries it does not accept “due to compliance and international regulations”:

  • Afghanistan
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Libya
  • Myanmar
  • North Korea
  • Pakistan
  • Sudan
  • Syria

Traders in the United States are accepted, since UProfit is a US company. Traders in Venezuela and Russia are not on the list, and the help centre says they can take payouts in USDC. The terms also bar anyone with a felony conviction, anyone sanctioned by a securities regulator and anyone with an outstanding balance at another trading firm. Our country restrictions tool covers other firms’ lists.

Older UProfit programs: DAY, ONE 50K, Zero and the 9K legacy accounts

UProfit has changed its lineup often, so many older searches and reviews describe accounts you can no longer buy. The help centre still documents several of them:

  • DAY (before 2.0): 50K, 100K and 150K at $39, $58 and $98 a month. The daily loss limit breached the account, consistency was 30%
