Apex Trader Funding DealWatch: As of October 11, 2026, the current Apex Trader Funding coupon code is SAVENOW. Apex’s homepage and coupon page list it as “Any Size Evals up to 92% Off” with a countdown ending October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. It cuts the one-time evaluation price (a 25K Intraday evaluation goes from $167 to $13.36). It does not reduce PA activation fees or resets. Every price below was read from Apex’s own pages on October 11, 2026. BestProps did not complete a purchase.

Best Current Read
- Official offer: code SAVENOW, “Any Size Evals up to 92% Off”, on Apex’s homepage and coupon code page, ending October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The same 92% applies to End of Day (EOD) evaluations, Intraday evaluations and the first month of the limited-time legacy accounts.
- What it applies to: the evaluation purchase only. Apex says coupon codes “CANNOT be applied to resets or PA activation fees”. The code is for new account signups and cannot be applied to existing accounts, past bills or balances.
- Biggest saving trap: at 92% off, the No Activation Fee version of an account is often cheaper overall than the Standard version, because the activation fee is never discounted. On a 25K Intraday that is $55.20 against $13.36 + $89 = $102.36 if you pass on the first try. The no-activation-fee comparison covers how other firms handle this.
- Freshness: Apex changes the rate often (50%, 85%, 90% and now 92% in 2026 alone). Recheck after October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.

Evidence and source notes
- The homepage product picker held 90 product rows on October 11, 2026: four sizes, two drawdown types, Standard and No Activation Fee versions, single accounts and 5-packs, across three platforms. Platform did not change any price.
- The discounted prices on this page use Apex’s own formula (list price x (1 – 92/100)). They match the figures Apex displays itself: $167 to $13.36 for the 25K Intraday, $749.50 to $59.96 ($11.99 each) for its 5-pack, and $177 to $14.16 for the 25K legacy plan.
- Promotion history comes from dated web.archive.org captures of Apex’s own homepage and coupon-code page. A capture shows what the page displayed at that moment. It does not show every rate that ran between captures.
Apex Trader Funding Prices With the SAVENOW Code
All new Apex accounts (sold since March 1, 2026) are a one-time payment with no monthly rebill. The evaluation stays open for 30 days and cannot be reset. | Account | List price | With SAVENOW (92%) | You save | PA activation (not discounted) | No-fee version list | No-fee version with SAVENOW |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K Intraday | $167 | $13.36 | $153.64 | $89 | $690 | $55.20 |

All-In Cost to a Funded Account: Standard vs No Activation Fee
A discount code makes the evaluation cheap, but the activation fee stays at full price. So the real question is what it costs to reach a funded Performance Account (PA). On a first-attempt pass:
| Account | Standard: eval + activation | No Activation Fee: eval only | Cheaper on a first-try pass |
|---|---|---|---|
| 25K Intraday | $13.36 + $89 = $102.36 | $55.20 + $0 = $55.20 | No-fee version |
| 50K Intraday | $19.92 + $99 = $118.92 | $63.92 + $0 = $63.92 | No-fee version |
| 100K Intraday | $63.20 + $129 = $192.20 | $79.92 + $0 = $79.92 | No-fee version |
| 150K Intraday | $95.20 + $149 = $244.20 | $151.20 + $0 = $151.20 | No-fee version |
| 25K EOD | $39.20 + $109 = $148.20 | $87.20 + $0 = $87.20 | No-fee version |
| 50K EOD | $47.20 + $129 = $176.20 | $95.20 + $0 = $95.20 | No-fee version |
| 100K EOD | $95.20 + $129 = $224.20 | $127.20 + $0 = $127.20 | No-fee version |
| 150K EOD | $175.20 + $159 = $334.20 | $199.20 + $0 = $199.20 | No-fee version |
Most traders do not pass on the first try. Each failed attempt costs another evaluation, and the No Activation Fee evaluation is the pricier one to repeat. The break-even point is the number of attempts at which both routes cost the same:
| Account | Standard eval with code | No-fee eval with code | Break-even attempts | What it means |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K Intraday | $13.36 | $55.20 | 2.1 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 2 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 3 on |
| 50K Intraday | $19.92 | $63.92 | 2.2 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 2 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 3 on |
| 100K Intraday | $63.20 | $79.92 | 7.7 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 7 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 8 on |
| 150K Intraday | $95.20 | $151.20 | 2.7 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 2 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 3 on |
| 25K EOD | $39.20 | $87.20 | 2.3 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 2 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 3 on |
| 50K EOD | $47.20 | $95.20 | 2.7 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 2 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 3 on |
| 100K EOD | $95.20 | $127.20 | 4.0 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 4 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 5 on |
| 150K EOD | $175.20 | $199.20 | 6.6 | No-fee version is cheaper if you pass within 6 attempts; Standard is cheaper from attempt 7 on |
Worked example (25K Intraday): Standard costs $13.36 per attempt plus $89 once you pass. No Activation Fee costs $55.20 per attempt and nothing on passing. Pass on attempt one and the totals are $102.36 vs $55.20. Pass on attempt three and they are 3 x $13.36 + $89 = $129.08 vs 3 x $55.20 = $165.60. The more attempts you expect to need, the better the Standard version looks. These figures only hold while SAVENOW is at 92%. At list prices, a first-try pass on a 25K Intraday costs $256 Standard ($167 + $89) against $690 for the No Activation Fee version.
Worked example (50K EOD): Standard is $47.20 + $129 = $176.20 on a first-try pass. The No Activation Fee version is $95.20. Break-even is about 2.7 attempts.
5-Pack Prices
Apex sells every Standard size as a 5-pack. Pack list prices are lower per account than singles, and the 92% code applies to the pack total. With the code, a 25K Intraday works out to $11.99 per evaluation in a pack against $13.36 bought singly. A 100K EOD works out to $79.20 against $95.20. A pack only saves money if you would really use all five. Apex labels pack evaluations “Eval Active for 30 Days” like single ones, and nothing is refunded.
| Account | Single list price | 5-pack list (per account) | 5-pack with SAVENOW (per account) | Single with SAVENOW |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K Intraday | $167 | $749.50 ($149.90 each) | $59.96 ($11.99 each) | $13.36 |
| 50K Intraday | $249 | $950 ($190 each) | $76 ($15.20 each) | $19.92 |
| 100K Intraday | $790 | $3,450 ($690 each) | $276 ($55.20 each) | $63.20 |
| 150K Intraday | $1,190 | $4,950 ($990 each) | $396 ($79.20 each) | $95.20 |
| 25K EOD | $490 | $2,250 ($450 each) | $180 ($36 each) | $39.20 |
| 50K EOD | $590 | $2,450 ($490 each) | $196 ($39.20 each) | $47.20 |
| 100K EOD | $1,190 | $4,950 ($990 each) | $396 ($79.20 each) | $95.20 |
| 150K EOD | $2,190 | $9,950 ($1,990 each) | $796 ($159.20 each) | $175.20 |
No Activation Fee 5-packs are also listed (for example 25K Intraday $2,950 and 50K EOD $5,450 before the code). Apex’s product picker applies the same 92% rate to packs. Each pack is five separate evaluations, and each one needs its own activation fee if passed.
Legacy Accounts: The Limited-Time Monthly Plans
Apex replaced its old monthly accounts on March 1, 2026. Its Legacy Products page now says legacy evaluations are “Available Now – Limited Time” across six sizes and three platforms. They work differently from the new accounts. They are monthly subscriptions that renew until you cancel, resets are available, and the trailing drawdown and payout rules are the old legacy ones.
| Size | Monthly price | With SAVENOW (92%) | One-time PA fee | Profit goal | Trailing threshold | Max contracts (minis) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $177/month | $14.16 first month | $99 | $1,500 | $1,500 | 4 |
| 50K | $197/month | $15.76 first month | $125 | $3,000 | $2,500 | 10 |
| 100K | $397/month | $31.76 first month | $149 | $6,000 | $3,000 | 14 |
| 150K | $597/month | $47.76 first month | $179 | $9,000 | $5,000 | 17 |
| 250K | $697/month | $55.76 first month | $189 | $15,000 | $6,500 | 27 |
| 300K | $797/month | $63.76 first month | $199 | $20,000 | $7,500 | 35 |
- Renewal price: the page shows only the discounted first month. Apex does not print what later months cost under this code. Earlier captures of the coupon page described the renewal discount separately (“then 50% off lifetime recurring” in January 2026), so check the renewal line at checkout.
- Conflicting pages: Apex’s Legacy Products Overview help article still says legacy evaluations are “no longer available for purchase to anyone”. The dated limited-time sales page is the newer, product-specific source, and its buy buttons were live on October 11, 2026.
- Resets: a failed legacy evaluation is reset free when the subscription renews. A manual reset before then is a paid reset, and the coupon cannot be applied to it (Legacy Reset Options).
How to Apply an Apex Trader Funding Coupon Code
- Open apextraderfunding.com directly and choose the drawdown type (Intraday or EOD), Standard or No Activation Fee, the account size and the platform (Tradovate, Rithmic or WealthCharts).
- Click through to the signup page on dashboard.apextraderfunding.com. Use your legal name as it appears on your ID. Apex warns that multiple logins can get every account cancelled, so log in first if you already have an account.
- On the checkout page enter SAVENOW (or another code you were given) and agree to the trading rules and policies.
- Before you enter card details, confirm the order total shows the discount. For a 25K Intraday it should read $13.36, not $167. Apex’s help centre says the price cannot be amended after payment.
- Pay before October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Apex says evaluation discounts are valid only for accounts bought during the sale period.
Code Not Working? Common Reasons
- The window closed. Each SAVENOW window has a countdown. After it ends, the rate can drop (for example from 85% to 50% between March 26 and March 27, 2026) or the code can stop working.
- You are applying it to the wrong charge. Activation fees, resets and existing subscriptions cannot take a coupon.
- You are buying from a restricted country or with a card issued there. Apex says using a payment method from a restricted country is grounds for termination, even if the payment is declined.
- The code came from a third-party list. Only codes Apex publishes or gives you directly are documented by Apex. If a code fails, SAVENOW is the one Apex itself tells buyers to use.
- You already paid. Apex does not apply codes after the fact and does not refund missed discounts.
Apex Trader Funding Sale History (Dated Evidence)
These are the discounts Apex’s own homepage and coupon-code page displayed on the dates captured by the Internet Archive. They show a pattern, not a schedule. Apex has not published future sale dates.
| Capture date | Code | What the official page said | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aug 12, 2024 | SAVE50 | 50% off evaluations, “then 50% off lifetime recurring” | Same code still shown on Sep 9, Oct 15, Nov 3, Nov 14 and Nov 26, 2024 captures |
| Feb 12, 2025 | SAVENOW | 80% off evaluations, then 80% off lifetime recurring | Also captured May 14, 2025 |

| Jul 30, 2026 | SAVENOW | Up to 90% off | Countdown to Aug 11, 2026 |
| Oct 11, 2026 (live) | SAVENOW | Any size evaluations up to 92% off | Countdown to October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET |
- The code is constant. SAVENOW replaced SAVE50 in early 2025 and has been Apex’s public code in every capture since.
- The rate moves, the holidays don’t matter much. 2026 windows ran at 85%, 50%, 90% and now 92%, mostly one or two weeks long and often back to back. Black Friday week 2024 showed the same 50% code as the months around it.
- Recurring discounts ended with the product change. Before March 2026 the code also cut monthly renewals (50% to 80% “lifetime recurring”). New accounts are one-time purchases, so the renewal discount now matters only for the legacy plans.
To compare these windows with other firms’ sale dates, see the BestProps prop firm discount calendar and the Black Friday prop firm deals page.
What You Get for the Price: Account Rules That Affect Cost
A cheap evaluation only helps if the rules suit how you trade. These are the parameters on Apex’s pages on October 11, 2026. The full breakdown is on the BestProps Apex Trader Funding rules page.
| Account | Profit target | Max drawdown | Drawdown type | Max contracts (eval) | PA activation |

- Evaluation: no minimum trading days, so you can pass in one day. There is no consistency rule during the evaluation, and access lasts 30 calendar days from purchase. The EOD evaluation has a daily loss limit that pauses trading for the session without failing the account (EOD Evaluations).
- Activation deadline: pay the activation fee within 7 calendar days of the evaluation being marked as passed, or the chance is lost for good (PA activation article).
- Payouts on the funded PA: 100% of approved payouts, a $500 minimum request and at most 6 payouts per PA. You need 5 qualifying days, each above a minimum daily profit ($100 to $350 depending on size and type), and a 50% consistency rule (no single day may be 50% or more of profit since the last payout) (EOD payouts, Intraday payouts). Details and timelines are on the Apex payouts page and in the payout proof and withdrawal timeline write-up.
- No refunds: evaluation fees, activation fees and add-ons are non-refundable, including when you pick the wrong plan (Refund policy).
Quick Check Before Paying
- Confirm the SAVENOW banner and countdown are still live on Apex’s homepage. If the date is past October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, use the rate the banner shows now, not this page.
- Decide between Standard and No Activation Fee using the break-even table above and an honest guess at how many attempts you will need.
- Check the restricted countries list. Apex says it serves traders from over 100 countries, but its footer also says services are intended for U.S. users. Check both before paying for a non-refundable account.
- Check the trading platform, the 30-day evaluation window and the 7-day activation deadline, and plan for any market-depth add-ons you need.
- Check that the checkout total shows the discount before entering card details.
- Read Apex’s current status and any recent rule changes on the BestProps Apex status page and Apex pulse report.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the current Apex Trader Funding coupon code?
SAVENOW. On October 11, 2026 Apex’s homepage and its coupon-code page both showed “Any Size Evals up to 92% Off | Use code: COUPON SAVENOW”, ending October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Apex’s help centre also says to use SAVENOW if you were not given another code.
Is the Apex promo code different from the discount code?
No. Apex has one coupon field at checkout. Whether a site calls it an Apex Trader Funding promo code, discount code or coupon (or calls the firm “Apex Funded Trader”), the only code Apex publishes on its own pages is SAVENOW. Codes handed out elsewhere go into the same field.
What promotions is Apex Trader Funding running right now?
Two on October 11, 2026: SAVENOW at up to 92% off any size evaluation, ending October 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, and the limited-time return of the monthly legacy accounts, which take the same 92% off the first month. No discounted activation fee or reset offer was listed.
Is there an Apex Trader Funding 90% off code?
Not on the day checked, because the live rate was higher: 92% off with SAVENOW. Apex ran “up to 90% off” with the same SAVENOW code in several windows between May and August 2026 (captures from May 6, May 27, Jun 30, Jul 14 and Jul 30, 2026). The code stayed the same. Only the percentage changed.
Is there an Apex Trader Funding 80% off code?
Not on the day checked. SAVENOW gave 80% off evaluations in archived captures from February and May 2025, October 2025, and January and February 2026. Searches for “apex trader funding 80 off code” usually land on those older windows.
Does the coupon reduce the PA activation fee?
No. Apex’s coupon page says coupon codes cannot be applied to resets or PA activation fees. Apex has sometimes announced separate discounted activation fees with their own end date. Its help centre says those apply only until the listed date and do not stay with an evaluation bought during a sale. None was shown on the day checked. The only way to skip the fee on new accounts is to buy a No Activation Fee version.
Is there an Apex Trader Funding reset discount?
New accounts (sold since March 1, 2026) have no resets at all: the evaluation lasts 30 days and you buy a new one if you fail. Resets exist only on legacy evaluations, and the coupon cannot be applied to them. A failed legacy evaluation is reset for free when its monthly subscription renews.
