Prop Firms With No Minimum Trading Days, and the Real Floor

We checked 18 firms’ own rule pages for a true zero minimum trading days. Only 3 pass at both the evaluation and first payout; several published zeros hide a consistency-forced floor.

Document-based research and editorial review. Last reviewed October 5, 2026 35 min read

Key takeaways

Only three products publish a genuine zero at BOTH the evaluation and the first funded payout: FundedNext Futures Rapid Daily, FTMO’s 1-Step Challenge, and FundedNext’s Stellar Instant.

Only three products publish a genuine zero at BOTH the evaluation and the first funded payout: FundedNext Futures Rapid Daily, FTMO’s 1-Step Challenge, and FundedNext’s Stellar Instant. A published “1 day” badge is common but is not a true zero, Apex Trader Funding, Tradeify Growth, Alpha Capital Group and OneFunded all publish exactly 1. A consistency rule can force a REAL floor a firm never states outright: Topstep’s 55% best-day cap computes to a 2-day minimum, and Tradeify Select’s 40% cap computes to 3, with the arithmetic shown below. Freshness: checked October 2, 2026; re-check before you buy.

Prop firms with no minimum trading days, quick answer

  • True zero at both clocks: FundedNext Futures Rapid Daily and FTMO’s 1-Step Challenge, zero minimum days to pass, zero minimum days before the first funded payout.
  • Fastest futures pass: Bulenox Momentum and Apex Trader Funding’s EOD Trail Evaluation, both a published 1-day minimum.
  • Cheapest published 1-day route: Tradeify Growth at $145 list for a $50K evaluation.
  • Same brand, opposite answer: FTMO’s own 2-Step Challenge needs 4 days per phase while its 1-Step needs none at all.

“No minimum trading days” is a claim about the floor, the fastest an evaluation can be passed, not the ceiling (how long you are allowed to take). This post checks each PRODUCT’s own rule page, not a firm’s marketing copy, and separates the evaluation floor from the funded-stage floor that applies before your first payout.

What no minimum trading days actually means (and what it does not)

A calendar with a single day circled next to a balance scale weighing two uneven stacks of coins, representing the gap between a published minimum trading days claim and the real floor a consistency rule forces
A published zero minimum trading days claim can hide a real floor once a consistency rule is factored in.

Few firms are silent on this rule, most publish an exact number, 0, 1, 3, or more, for the evaluation phase. The number that matters for a fast pass is the EVALUATION floor: how many separate trading days you must place at least one trade on before the firm will credit your pass. A SEPARATE, often lower-profile number is the FUNDED-STAGE floor, how many qualifying days (often with their own minimum daily profit) you need before the account will release your first payout. AquaFunded’s 2 Step Pro is the clearest split case here: zero evaluation days, but 3 funded days at 0.5% profit each before you ever see a payout. Treating “no minimum days” as a promise of an instant payout is the single most common misreading of this claim across the firms checked for this post.

A published “1 day” minimum is common, and it is not the same thing as a true zero. Apex Trader Funding, Tradeify Growth, Alpha Capital Group’s Alpha One, and OneFunded’s Flash all publish exactly 1 day. This post names that distinction honestly rather than rounding a 1-day figure down to zero, or dropping it from the ranking for not being a perfect zero.

The consistency rule trap, computing the real floor

Several firms publish no fixed minimum-days figure at all, and still make a true 1-day pass mathematically impossible through a separate consistency rule: a cap on how much of your total profit any single day is allowed to supply. Topstep’s Trading Combine caps the best single day at 55% of the Profit Target. At $50K the Profit Target is $3,000; 55% of that is $1,650. A trader who reaches the full $3,000 target in a single day has, by definition, had that day supply 100% of total profit, over the 55% cap, so a true 1-day pass is impossible. Splitting the same $3,000 across 2 days with neither exceeding $1,650 (for example $1,600 plus $1,400, a 53.3% best day) clears the cap. N=2 is the smallest day count that satisfies the rule, matching Topstep’s own “as few as two days” framing exactly.

Tradeify’s Select account runs the same math at a 40% cap instead of 55%. Two days at the 40% ceiling each sum to only 80% of a $3,000 target, short; a third day, at up to 40% each, reaches 120%, enough to clear it. N=3, matching Tradeify’s own published figure of 3 days exactly. OneFunded’s Flash runs a 50% best-day cap in evaluation. A trader who hits the whole profit target in a single qualifying day has a 100% ratio on that day, over the cap, so a second profitable day is needed, practically 2 days for a front-loaded trader even though the checkout panel states “1.” The exact boundary, whether two exactly equal days (each 50%) passes or fails, could not be confirmed from the sources read for this post; see the open issues note in our methodology.

Alpha Capital Group’s funded-stage On-Demand payout schedule runs a related 40% Best Day Rule: the firm does not publish a funded-stage day-count minimum for that schedule, but the same arithmetic as Tradeify Select implies roughly 3 days of about-equal profit are needed before the payout gate can clear without any single day exceeding 40% of the total, labelled here as an implied figure, not a firm-published day count.

True zero at both clocks
  1. Sources: each PRODUCT’s own rules page, help centre and live checkout, read October 2, 2026, not a firm’s hero copy or marketing badge.
  2. Test: a product ranks when its evaluation needs zero published days, a consistency-forced computed floor of 2 to 3 days, or a published 1-day minimum, and it has no serious rule problem other than a live call-up.
  3. Two clocks tracked separately: the evaluation-stage minimum and the funded-stage minimum before the first payout are tracked independently; a zero at one does not imply a zero at the other.
  4. Order: a true zero at both the evaluation and first payout ranks first, then a true zero at evaluation with a funded-stage day floor, then a published 1-day minimum or a computed floor, fewest days first.
  5. Severity: a published minimum of 2 or more days, or any serious rule problem (an intraday-trailing floor on unrealized profit and loss, for example), keeps a firm out of the ranked list. A live call-up is a named watch-out, never a reason to rank a firm lower.

Companion rules: best prop firms with no time limit and best prop firms with static drawdown.

Every figure below traces to the firm’s own current rule page, help centre, or checkout, not a hero-copy badge. The evaluation-stage minimum and the funded-stage minimum before the first payout are tracked independently; a zero at one does not imply a zero at the other. “Conflicting” means the firm’s own pages disagree with each other on the number.

No minimum days is not no time limit

A near-zero floor on how FAST you can pass says nothing about a ceiling on how SLOW you are allowed to be, the two questions are independent and must be checked separately on the firm’s own current pages. Apex Trader Funding is the clearest worked example here: its EOD Trail Evaluation publishes a 1-day minimum (a near-zero floor, ranking it on this post), but the SAME product hard-expires automatically at 6:00 PM ET on Day 30 with no extension and no carryover, the exact disqualifying case our no time limit guide exists to flag. A trader chasing the fastest pass should not assume a short floor also means a long runway.

Prop firms with no minimum trading days, ranked

All 11 pass the rank test: zero published days, a computed floor of 2 to 3 days, or a published 1-day minimum, with no serious rule problem other than a live call-up, named as the first watch-out where it applies.

FundedNext Futures’ Rapid Daily is the one product here with a true zero at both ends

Verdict: First. Rapid Daily publishes no minimum trading days to pass the evaluation, and none before the first withdrawal either, the withdrawal gate is a fixed-dollar end-of-day buffer, not a day count.

  • Evaluation minimum, the firm’s words: “With no minimum trading days, you can request a Performance Reward every day you meet the buffer and profit conditions”; the product page separately states “Days to Pass: 1,” but the eligibility article’s own minimum-trading-days line reads “Not required.”
  • Real floor after consistency rules: None found. No consistency rule applies to Rapid Daily at all, “Rapid Daily skips consistency rule completely.”
  • Funded days before first payout: None as a day count. The withdrawal gate is at least $500 profit above a fixed-dollar end-of-day “buffer” level for the account size, not a number of trading days.
  • Live call-up, can you decline: Exists, decline terms are not published for current purchases. FundedNext’s live review pool requires 15 Performance Rewards and final selection is “at the sole discretion of FundedNext”; simulated profit in a closed account is forfeited on transition. Treated as non-declinable by default since no decline path is published.
  • Watch out for: The brand’s other futures product, Flex Challenge, is also a true zero at evaluation but adds a 5-Benchmark-Day floor (each day needs at least $200-250 profit) before the first Performance Reward, a real gap between “pass with zero days” and “get paid with zero days.”
  • Trustpilot: 4.5/5 on 80,482 reviews. FundedNext Futures rules, payouts.

FTMO’s 1-Step Challenge needs zero minimum trading days on either clock

Verdict: Second. The live comparison table shows a blank for the 1-Step’s Min Trading Days row, and the funded FTMO Account carries no day-count rule either, only a 14-day-after-first-trade timer before a Reward can be requested.

Video: “FTMO 1-Step Challenge Explained: All 4 Rules You Must Know,” FTMO official YouTube channel, 2026-03-22. Source type: vendor-produced. Why selected: FTMO’s own channel covers all 4 rules of this exact product including its Best Day Rule chapter, directly relevant to the computed-floor check this post runs on every firm.

  • Evaluation minimum, the firm’s words: Comparison table: Min Trading Days row shows “-” for the 1-Step column versus “4 days” for the 2-Step column, read live on the current page.
  • Real floor after consistency rules: None found. FTMO’s 1-Step does publish a Best Day Rule (the largest single profitable day cannot exceed roughly half of total profit), but it caps a single day’s share, it does not force a minimum number of trading days the way Topstep’s or Tradeify Select’s consistency rules do.
  • Funded days before first payout: None as a day count. You can request a Reward on the 14th or any following day after the first placed trade on the funded account, a calendar-day wait, not a trading-day minimum.
  • Live call-up, can you decline: No live call-up exists on FTMO’s CFD programme. The FTMO Account is “an account with fully fictitious funds” end to end; clients “never actually perform any trades on live markets.”
  • Watch out for: FTMO’s own 2-Step Challenge needs 4 Trading Days in EACH of its two phases, 8 total, the same brand answering the opposite way depending on which product a trader buys.
  • Trustpilot: 4.8/5 on 53,584 reviews. FTMO profile, rules.

FundedNext’s Stellar Instant has no evaluation to require days of, and no funded-stage day gate either

Verdict: Third. Stellar Instant has no evaluation phase at all, and a dedicated help article independently confirms there is no set number of days required before a Performance Reward request.

  • Evaluation minimum, the firm’s words: N/A, no evaluation phase exists. “The Stellar Instant Account has no minimum trading day requirement. You can trade at your own pace and request your Performance Reward as soon as you meet the eligibility criteria.”
  • Real floor after consistency rules: None found. No consistency rule was located for Stellar Instant.
  • Funded days before first payout: None. “There is no set number of days required to trade… You can request a Performance Reward immediately after meeting all requirements,” the only gates found elsewhere are a 5% end-of-day growth threshold (on-demand path) or 14 calendar days plus 1% growth (bi-weekly path), neither is a trading-day count.
  • Live call-up, can you decline: No call-up found. This is a sim-funded CFD product; the account pays directly with no live-account transition.
  • Watch out for: Stellar Instant caps out at $20K, it does not scale to $50K or larger like the other ranked products here. Its 6% max loss also trails the closed balance (not the live intraday peak) and locks at the initial balance once the floor catches up.
  • Trustpilot: 4.5/5 on 80,423 reviews. FundedNext rules, payouts.

Bulenox’s Momentum account is a genuine one-day pass, if you pick the EOD drawdown option

Verdict: Fourth. Momentum’s own help article states plainly that a trader can pass in a single day; ranked here on the EOD-trailing drawdown configuration only, Bulenox’s own site offers a second, riskier option at the same checkout.

  • Evaluation minimum, the firm’s words: “There is no minimum number of trading days: you can pass in a single day by reaching the profit target without breaking a rule. There is no consistency requirement at this stage.”
  • Real floor after consistency rules: None found at evaluation. No consistency rule applies to the Momentum Qualification stage.
  • Funded days before first payout: 5 qualifying profitable days per payout cycle, each must independently net at least $150 after commissions on a $50K account; the five days do not need to be consecutive.
  • Live call-up, can you decline: Exists, not declinable. After three successful payouts a Master Account “may be considered for transition to a Funded Account” at Bulenox’s sole discretion. If you decline, “the applicable Master Account will be closed and no additional Reward will be issued,” and balance, equity, or other amounts in the Master account do not transfer to the new Funded Account.
  • Watch out for: Bulenox offers TWO drawdown configurations at checkout: Option 2 (EOD-trailing, ranked here) and Option 1, a real-time intraday-trailing floor on unrealized profit and loss, a setting to avoid even though it is sold on the identical one-day-pass product. Bulenox’s own pricing cards also read “Access valid for 30 days,” a published ceiling worth checking against our no time limit guide before you buy.
  • Trustpilot: 4.7/5 on 1,801 reviews. Bulenox rules, deals.

FundingPips’ checkout shows zero minimum days, but the firm’s own help centre disagrees

Verdict: Fifth. 2 Step Pro’s live checkout and product page both show 0 minimum trading days for each phase, but FundingPips’ own help-centre article for the same product says new accounts purchased after 26 August 2026 need 2, an unresolved conflict on its own pages, named first.

  • Evaluation minimum, the firm’s words: Live checkout, read today: “Min Days 0 days.” Live product page, same date: “Min Trading Days Phase 1 0 Phase 2 0.” The firm’s own help-centre article (updated September 29, 2026) instead states: “Reset and new accounts will require 2 minimum trading days” for both phases.
  • Real floor after consistency rules: Unresolved page conflict, 0 at checkout today versus 2 in the firm’s own help article for new accounts purchased after 26 August 2026. A buyer passing today should verify the live figure directly with support before counting on zero.
  • Funded days before first payout: 0 published beyond the 7-calendar-day Weekly wait after the first trade, unless the Profit Concentration Policy triggers (a single trade idea over 60% of a phase’s profit target), which then requires 4 profitable days of at least 0.5% each before every reward.
  • Live call-up, can you decline: Exists, not declinable. The general terms state Prime access, once offered, “is deemed automatically accepted by you, is mandatory, and you waive any right to refuse or contest it.” A decliner may have their account terminated and related accounts closed, and the Prime account size is not a requestable balance.
  • Watch out for: The checkout-versus-help-centre day-count conflict above is the first thing to verify, then the mandatory Prime call-up. The brand’s 2 Step Standard needs 3 days per phase by default, reducible to 0 only by choosing the 3% daily-loss add-on at purchase.
  • Trustpilot: 4.5/5 on 69,532 reviews. FundingPips profile, rules.

Topstep’s 55% consistency cap forces a computed 2-day floor, even though no fixed minimum is published

Verdict: Sixth. No day-count minimum is published at all, but the 55% Consistency Target (your best single day of profit cannot exceed 55% of the Profit Target) makes a true 1-day pass mathematically impossible.

Video: “How Topstep Trading Works: The Guide to Becoming a Funded Topstep Trader,” Topstep official YouTube channel, 2026-05-14. Source type: vendor-produced. Why selected: Covers the Combine stage at a high level, including the consistency rule this computed floor is built from.

  • Evaluation minimum, the firm’s words: None published as a fixed count. “Can I pass the Trading Combine in one day? No. Big spike days don’t build funded traders, consistency does. You can pass in as few as two days, but keep your best day below 55% of your Profit Target.”
  • Real floor after consistency rules: Computed at 2 days. At $50K the Profit Target is $3,000 and 55% of that is $1,650 (the firm’s own Best Day Recommendation). A single day supplying the full $3,000 is 100% of total profit, over the 55% cap, so a 1-day pass is impossible. Splitting $3,000 across 2 days with neither exceeding $1,650 (for example $1,600 plus $1,400, best day 53.3%) satisfies the rule. This is the firm’s own worked formula, not an inference.
  • Funded days before first payout: 5 winning days of at least $150 net profit each before the first payout request on the Standard XFA path; days do not need to be consecutive.
  • Live call-up, can you decline: Exists, not declinable. “Can I decline the invitation to move to Live and stay in my XFA? No.” When the call-up comes, all Express Funded Accounts close; what transfers is capped at your account size, with any excess forfeited. The firm’s own 2025 disclosure states 0.71% of individual XFA participants were called up to a Live Funded Account.
  • Watch out for: This firm-wide 55%-cap arithmetic is the clearest worked example of a consistency rule creating a real floor where the firm publishes no fixed number at all, read it before assuming any “no minimum days” claim means a true one-day pass is possible.
  • Trustpilot: 3.6/5 on 14,878 reviews. Topstep rules, payouts.

Apex Trader Funding publishes the fastest honest number in this pool, 1 day, not a strict zero

Verdict: Seventh. Every picker card and the homepage hero both state a 1-day minimum to pass, named here honestly rather than rounded down to zero, on the EOD Trail route specifically.

  • Evaluation minimum, the firm’s words: “Min. Days To Pass / 1” on every size and type card, re-verified live. Homepage hero: “ONE DAY TO PASS.”
  • Real floor after consistency rules: 1 day, published, no consistency rule applies to the EOD Trail route.
  • Funded days before first payout: 5 trading days before the first payout request, each meeting the required minimum daily profit for the account size ($250/day on 50K); days do not need to be consecutive and there is no deadline to complete them.
  • Live call-up, can you decline: E
