Prop Firms With the Largest Account Sizes, the $1M Claims Checked

Read the full summary

We checked 16 prop firms against their own live checkout pages for the single largest account size a trader can actually buy today, not a marketing headline. Only four firms sell a genuine $400,000 or larger account directly: FXIFY (Three Phase, $400,000, $399.75 per $100,000 of size, the cheapest of the four), E8 Markets (E8 Pro, $500,000, the single largest account we found anywhere), Blue Guardian (Instant Standard, $400,000, no evaluation phase at all), and Funding Traders (Instant Funded, $400,000, but costing $3,287 at the actual order summary, not the $2,349 the size-selector card shows). Nobody sells a $1,000,000, $2,000,000 or $4,000,000 account directly. Those figures, from FTMO, FundedNext, Alpha Capital Group, Maven Trading and E8 Markets, are scaling ceilings reached only after months to years of profit-triggered growth, or, from Tradeify, Topstep and E8 Markets again, household caps reached by buying several separate accounts, never one account growing. AudaCity Capital’s own pages state three different numbers for the identical scaling ceiling.

Quick picks for the largest prop firm accounts

  • Largest single account: E8 Markets E8 Pro, $500,000. The biggest account we found anywhere, on a static 6% floor.
  • Cheapest $400,000+: FXIFY Three Phase, $1,599, $399.75 per $100,000 of size, the lowest cost per dollar of buying power in this comparison.
  • Largest static loss floor: E8 Markets E8 Pro, $30,000, fixed, never trails your balance higher.
  • The honest route to $1,000,000+: no firm sells it directly; FTMO and Alpha Capital Group need about 5.7 years of scaling cycles to reach $2,000,000, FundedNext needs roughly 20 cycles to reach $4,000,000, and Tradeify or Topstep need 5 separately purchased accounts to reach their $750,000 household figure.

Why the search “prop firms that offer 1 million dollars” gets misleading answers: most roundups repeat a firm’s own headline number, $2,000,000 here, $4,000,000 there, without saying whether it is a same-day purchase, a scaling ceiling reached over years, or a household cap across several accounts. All three are real, and all three are different products. This post treats them as three separate questions throughout.

Account size vs scaling ceiling vs household cap, explained

One account versus several accounts versus a scaling ceiling: three ways prop firms describe a large account size

A directly purchasable account is the size you select and pay for today, no evaluation required to reach that number; this post’s lead table only includes accounts at $400,000 or more that pass this test. A scaling ceiling is a maximum ONE account can reach after repeated profit-triggered growth: FTMO’s $2,000,000 figure needs +25% every 4 months, each cycle gated on 10% net profit and 2 processed payouts, which works out to roughly 5.7 years of qualifying cycles starting from a $200,000 account. A household cap is the maximum total a trader may hold across SEVERAL separately purchased accounts at once: Tradeify and Topstep both advertise $750,000, which is five separate $300,000 or $150,000 accounts bought independently, never one account growing past its own ceiling.

Worked example: a trader who wants $1,000,000 of simulated buying power today has three real options in this comparison, none of them a single $1,000,000 purchase. They could buy two E8 Pro accounts at $500,000 each ($4,938 total, instantly, since E8’s own household cap per market is also $500,000, so this specific combination is not actually available from E8 in one market); they could buy roughly seven FXIFY Three Phase accounts at $400,000 (well past any single firm’s multi-account limits); or they could commit to FTMO’s or Alpha Capital Group’s scaling path and wait years. There is no firm in this comparison where $1,000,000 is a same-day, one-account purchase.

How we checked the largest prop firm accounts

Five-step process behind our ranking of prop firms with the largest account sizes, built from each firm's own checkout pages and dated checks
The five checks behind every ranking in the Prop Trader’s Guide.

Firms checked
4

7
Big-number firms (ceiling or cap)
5
Real top size under $400,000
  1. Sources: each firm’s live account-size selector and checkout, clicking through every size tab, read October 3, 2026; never a bot vendor’s list or a competing roundup.
  2. The test: a size only counts for the lead table if it is a selectable card on the live checkout today, at $400,000 or more, as a single account, not several added together.
  3. Price: ranked on the checkout’s Regular/list price, never a coded or bundled figure; where a size-selector teaser price disagreed with the actual order summary, we used the order summary.
  4. Floor: the overall max-loss figure in dollars at that size, never a daily loss limit, a per-position rule, or a minimum balance figure.
  5. Scaling ceilings and household caps: recorded and named explicitly as a different category, never silently converted into a direct-purchase size.

A discretionary live call-up is a fact to weigh, not a reason to rank a firm lower: none of the four lead-table products here have one.

Notes on this ranking: * Blue Guardian’s own General Information Rules page states two different numbers ($2,000,000 and $4,000,000) for its scaling-plan ceiling on the same page; this does not affect the $400,000 account’s own price or floor, both internally consistent, so it still ranks third. † Funding Traders’ size-selector card shows $2,349 for this product, but the order summary’s own “Regular price” is $3,287; this table ranks on the order summary figure, the one you are actually charged.

Prop firms selling a $400,000 account or more directly

Four firms clear this post’s $400,000 direct-purchase floor. Ranked ascending by cost per $100,000 of size, cheapest first.

FXIFY sells a $400,000 account directly, cheapest per $100,000 of size here

Verdict: First: the cheapest $400,000 account by cost per $100,000 of size among every firm we checked, on a static 5% floor, but only on one of its three qualifying products.

Video: “How to Trade Your FXIFY Account Inside TradingView,” FXIFY official YouTube channel, September 30, 2025. Source type: vendor-produced. Why selected: FXIFY’s own TradingView walkthrough; no size-specific official video exists, and TradingView is an offered platform on the $400K-eligible products.

FXIFY’s own checkout, read live October 3, 2026, shows a $400,000.00 size card at $2,950.00 on One Phase and Two Phase Standard (Trailing), and the same $400,000.00 card at $1,599.00 on Three Phase. Three Phase is the one we rank: a 5% static floor worth $20,000 at this size, no activation fee (“We do not have any hidden fees. The purchase fee covers the challenge and verification.”). The other two $400K products cost nearly double for a looser, trailing floor: One Phase’s is 6% trailing ($24,000), Two Phase Standard’s is 10% trailing ($40,000), both at $2,950.00. Two Phase Classic and Two Phase Pro never reach $400,000 at all, capping at $100,000 and $250,000.

  • Largest you can buy: $400,000, sold on three separate products (One Phase, Two Phase Standard, Three Phase); no $500,000 or $1,000,000 card exists anywhere on FXIFY’s checkout.
  • The catch: Only three of FXIFY’s five product lines reach $400,000; a buyer assuming every FXIFY product scales that high will be wrong for the other two. The firm’s own scaling FAQ fully explains only the first of four scale-up events on the path to its separate $4,000,000 marketing ceiling (covered in the big-number table below).
  • Cost: $1,599 one-time (Three Phase, $400,000), $399.75 per $100,000 of size. A 25%-off code (REWARD25) brings it to $1,199.25 through October 31, 2026.
  • Choose it when: You want the lowest cost per $100,000 of any account at or above $400,000 we found, and a 3-phase structure with a tight 5% static floor is an acceptable trade for that price.
  • Watch out for: FXIFY’s separate scaling FAQ only spells out the first of four scale-up events on the way to its $4,000,000 headline figure, a gap covered in the Big-Number table below.
  • Trustpilot: 4.3/5 on 6,345 reviews. FXIFY profile, rules.

E8 Markets sells a genuine $500,000 card, the largest single size we found

Verdict: Second on cost, but first on raw size: $500,000 is the single largest account literally selectable as a checkout card anywhere in this comparison, on a static 6% floor.

Video: “E8 One Explained: The Fastest Path to E8 Performance,” E8 Markets official YouTube channel, June 12, 2026. Source type: vendor-produced. Why selected: E8 Markets’ own explainer of the fastest funded path; no official video names the $400K/$500K ladder specifically.

E8’s live account configurator (October 3, 2026) renders size buttons up to $500K, with “E8 Pro · Account · $500K” as the top card. E8 Pro at $500,000 costs $2,469.00 list ($1,852 with code E8), with a static 6% floor worth $30,000 and no activation fee firm-wide (“There is no activation fee or subscription fee.”). E8 One is numerically cheaper at the identical size ($1,998.00 list) but carries a 40% Best Day consistency rule and a trailing, not static, floor, so we rank E8 Pro here as the comparable product.

  • Largest you can buy: $500,000 on both E8 Pro and E8 One; E8 Signature stops at $150,000. A $400,000 card also exists on both products for less.
  • The catch: E8’s own per-household allocation cap for this market is $500,000, the exact same number as the single largest card on the checkout: buying one $500,000 account already puts a trader at the firm’s own stacking ceiling, with no room to add a second account in the same market.
  • Cost: $2,469.00 one-time (E8 Pro, $500,000), $493.80 per $100,000 of size.
  • Choose it when: You want the single biggest account size any firm in this comparison actually sells as a selectable checkout card today, with a fixed static drawdown rather than one that trails your balance.
  • Watch out for: E8 Pro withholds 50% of every payout cycle’s profit as a buffer, and the firm’s $500,000 household allocation cap (see the Big-Number table) is identical to this single account’s own size.
  • Trustpilot: rating hidden (“breach of our guidelines” banner), 3,298 reviews. E8 Markets profile, rules, payouts.

Blue Guardian funds a $400,000 account instantly, no evaluation phase at all

Verdict: Third: the only account in this comparison you can buy directly into, funded, with zero evaluation steps, at $400,000. Its own pages disagree with themselves on a separate figure, flagged below.

Video: “Which Blue Guardian Account is Best? (All Rules explained),” Blue Guardian official YouTube channel, May 7, 2026. Source type: vendor-produced. Why selected: Blue Guardian’s own comparison of every account model, including Instant; no newer video names the $400K card specifically.

Blue Guardian’s live selector (read October 3, 2026) lists “Account 400K $1,650.00 $2,200.00” on the Instant tab, meaning you receive a funded, simulated $400,000 account immediately on purchase, with no challenge phase to pass first. The floor is a 6% trailing figure worth $24,000 at this size. Whether a separate activation fee applies after funding is not published anywhere on the checkout; the page only states, “Your account will be activated instantly.”

  • Largest you can buy: $400,000, Instant Standard only; every evaluation-route product (1 Step, 2 Step, Nano or Standard) caps at $200,000.
  • The catch: The firm’s own General Information Rules article states two different numbers for its scaling-plan ceiling on the same page, one section says $2,000,000 and another says $4,000,000, a genuine page-internal conflict we mark below rather than silently pick one figure to print.
  • Cost: $2,200.00 list (promo price $1,650.00, code BG25, no stated end date), $550.00 per $100,000 of size at list.
  • Choose it when: You want to skip an evaluation entirely and start trading a $400,000 simulated balance the same day you pay, and you accept a trailing rather than static loss floor.
  • Watch out for: Read the self-contradicting scaling-ceiling article for yourself before counting on either figure; the $400,000 figure doing double duty as both this single account’s size and the firm’s own household cap (see Big-Number table) is a separate, easy-to-conflate fact.
  • Trustpilot: rating hidden (“breach of our guidelines” banner), 2,094 reviews. Blue Guardian profile, status.

Funding Traders prices its $400,000 account at $3,287, not the $2,349 teaser

Verdict: Fourth and costliest of the four, and the clearest lesson in reading the order summary: the size-selector card shows one price, the checkout shows a materially higher one, for the identical $400,000 Instant Funded account.

Video: “Propfirm Denied Your Payout? (Here's A Solution),” Funding Traders official YouTube channel, April 30, 2026. Source type: vendor-produced. Why selected: Funding Traders’ own explainer on payout denials; no official video names the account-size ladder specifically.

The pre-checkout size card for Funding Traders’ $400,000 Instant Funded account reads “$400K / $2,349 / $1,175,” but opening the actual Order Summary (read live October 3, 2026) shows “Regular price: $3,287 per account,” a different number for the same product. The $1,175 figure is a two-account MATRIX bundle promo, not the single-account list price this post ranks on. The account is funded immediately with no evaluation phase, and its floor is a 6% trailing figure worth $24,000, locking once you reach 3% profit.

  • Largest you can buy: $400,000, Instant Funded only; both the 2-Step Pro and 1-Step Pro evaluation ladders top out at $200,000 on the identical checkout page.
  • The catch: A post-pass Discipline Program can place a funded trader into a reduced profit-split level (60/40 or 70/30) based on published behaviour categories, a rule that applies to this Instant Funded product exactly as it does to the evaluation routes.
  • Cost: $3,287.00 one-time (Regular price, $400,000), $821.75 per $100,000 of size, the most expensive account on this list by a wide margin.
  • Choose it when: You specifically want a zero-evaluation $400,000 account and are prepared to pay the highest per-$100,000 cost in this comparison for the convenience of skipping a challenge entirely.
  • Watch out for: Always open the Order Summary before paying: the size-selector’s own teaser price for this exact product does not match what you are actually charged.
  • Trustpilot: rating hidden (“breach of our guidelines” banner), 3,260 reviews. Funding Traders profile, rules, status.

The big number vs the real account

Seven firms market a headline figure, a scaling ceiling or a household cap, that is not a same-day single-account purchase, and every one of their real direct sizes sits under this post’s $400,000 floor. An eighth entry below, E8 Markets, is different: it already ranked above on its genuine $500,000 account, and its own separate household figure is worth naming here too.

Each firm’s own headline figure beside its real directly purchasable size and how the headline is actually reached, checked October 3, 2026.

Notes on this ranking: ‡ AudaCity Capital’s own current pages state three different figures for the identical scaling ceiling ($2,000,000 on one page, $768,000 on another, no number at all in its Terms and Conditions); we show all three rather than picking one, and rank its real $200,000 account on the conservative reading that no single ceiling figure is reliable.

The big-number prop firm accounts explained

E8 Markets’ own $4.1 million account figure is every product in your household combined

Verdict: E8 Markets already ranked above on its real $500,000 single account; its biggest published number is a totally different thing, a household ceiling across every product it sells at once.

E8’s help centre states a household may manage “up to $4,100,000 in Simulated capital at the same time” by combining every product line (E8 Zero, E8 Signature, E8 One, E8 Pro) at its largest size, across multiple accounts, not one account growing. “These allocation limits apply per household; multiple users within the same residence/same IP must not exceed this collective maximum.” The $500,000 figure for E8 One/E8 Pro specifically is both the largest single account AND that product’s own per-market household cap at once, the only firm in this comparison where those two numbers are numerically identical.

  • Real largest size: $500,000 (the single E8 Pro or E8 One account ranked above; already the household cap for that market)
  • How you reach the headline: Buy multiple product lines (E8 Zero, Signature, One, Pro) simultaneously, each at its own largest size, until the combined household figure is reached; no profit-triggered growth is involved.
  • Trustpilot: rating hidden (“breach of our guidelines” banner), 3,298 reviews. E8 Markets profile.

FundedNext’s $4 million account figure needs about 20 scale-up events to reach

Verdict: The single biggest marketing number in this whole comparison, and also one of the furthest from a one-time purchase: roughly 20 separate scale-up cycles stand between a funded trader and $4,000,000.

FundedNext Pro’s Scale-Up program promises “a premier simulated capital allocation of up to $4 Million,” adding “a 25% increase in your account size every qualifying cycle, scaling up to a massive $4 Million.” Each cycle needs 4 Performance Rewards with at least 4% growth and a minimum of 2 months of active trading; starting from $50,000, the firm’s own ladder arithmetic works out to roughly 20 such cycles and about $2.74 million of cumulative required profit to reach the cap. The real account you can buy today tops out at $200,000 on Stellar 2-Step, 1-Step or Lite, all confirmed live October 3, 2026; a widely repeated $300,000 figure for this firm traces to an unsourced approximation in an older BestProps page and does not match today’s live checkout.

  • Real largest size: $200,000 (Stellar 2-Step, 1-Step, or Lite, all confirmed live October 3, 2026)
  • How you reach the headline: Automatic, no manual request: roughly 20 qualifying cycles, each needing 4 Performance Rewards with 4%+ growth and 2 months of active trading, evaluated at the end of each cycle.
  • Trustpilot: 4.5/5 on 80,702 reviews. FundedNext profile, rules.

FTMO’s path to a $2 million account takes about five and a half years of scaling

Verdict: One of the most-reviewed firms in this entire series, and the cleanest illustration of the gap between a scaling ceiling, a household cap, and the real account you can buy today, which are three different FTMO numbers.

“Your path to a $2,000,000 FTMO Account starts here. Enjoy account size growth of 25% every 4 months, up to the maximum limit of $2,000,000.” At minimum 4 months per cycle, each needing 10% net profit and 2 processed payouts, reaching $2,000,000 from a $200,000 starting account takes roughly 5.7 years of qualifying cycles, assuming every one is met on schedule. Separately, FTMO caps total capital allocation across ALL accounts at $400,000 per trader, before any scaling, a household figure reachable with two $200,000 accounts. The real single account you can buy directly today tops out at $200,000 (USD tabs; euro-denominated accounts top out even lower, at €160,000).

  • Real largest size: $200,000 (USD 1-Step/2-Step; the account costs €999/€1,080, about $1,121/$1,212 at the ECB October 2, 2026 rate of 1.1225)
  • How you reach the headline: Automatic 25% boost every 4 months once 10% net profit and 2 processed payouts are hit; roughly 5.7 years of continuous qualifying cycles from $200,000 to the $2,000,000 cap.
  • Trustpilot: 4.8/5 on 53,666 reviews. FTMO profile, rules.

Alpha Capital Group’s $2 million ceiling is shared across every scaled account combined

Verdict: A clean three-number case: a $2,000,000 scaling ceiling that is a cumulative total across every scaled account, a separate $400,000 household allocation cap across five plan types, and a real single account that tops out at $200,000.

“The maximum virtual capital growth on the Alpha Plans is a cumulative total of $2 million across all scaled accounts,” a request-reviewed +10%-of-original-balance boost per cycle (24 to 48 business hours to process), available only on Alpha Pro, Alpha Swing and Alpha Three, not Alpha One or Alpha Direct. Separately, “the maximum allocation is $400,000, which is shared across all five plans: Pro, Swing, One, Three, and Direct”, a household figure that happens to equal this topic’s own $400,000 qualifying floor but is a cross-product cap, never one account. The live catalog (October 3, 2026) confirms every product family tops out at $200,000.

  • Real largest size: $200,000 (confirmed live on every product family: Alpha Direct, Alpha One, Alpha Pro, Swing)
  • How you reach the headline: Request-reviewed, +10% of the ORIGINAL starting balance per successful cycle, non-compounding, on Alpha Pro/Swing/Three only, toward a $2,000,000 total across every scaled account combined.
  • Trustpilot: rating hidden (“breach of our guidelines” banner), 21,810 reviews. payouts, status.

AudaCity Capital states three different account-size ceilings on three current pages

Verdict: The only firm in this comparison whose own pages disagree with each other on the size of the headline figure itself, not just its mechanism: three separate numbers for the identical scaling program.

AudaCity’s instant-funding page claims the firm will “scale all the way over $2 million,” its homepage separately states “Get funded up to 768K with FTP,” and its own Terms and Conditions give no number at all, only “a maximum predetermined by AudaCity Capital.” A fourth figure appears in the homepage’s own “How it Works” copy (“account sizes up to $240,000” for Ability Challenge), which does not match what the live selector actually sells ($200,000). The real, live-checked largest account is $200,000 (Ability Challenge, 2-step), at $1,049 list ($902 with the current anniversary code).

  • Real largest size: $200,000 (Ability Challenge, 2-step, $1,049 list; Ability One tops at $100,000, FTP at $50,000)
  • How you reach the headline: Automatic account doubling (+100%) each time a 10% profit target is hit, gated by a 1 to 3 business day risk-team review, repeating to a ceiling that AudaCity’s own pages state three different ways.
  • Trustpilot: rating hidden (“breach of our guidelines” banner), 293 reviews. payouts, status.

Maven Trading’s $1 million ceiling sits far above its real $100,000 account

Verdict: The largest gap, proportionally, between a firm’s marketed ceiling and its real top size in this comparison: a tenfold difference between the $1,000,000 scaling claim and the $100,000 account you can actually buy.

“In order to scale, the trader must profit 10% over the course of 4 months, and the trader’s account will be rewarded with a 25% increase. The function is repeatable, up to $1,000,000.” Separately, a trader may hold “up to $200,000 in starting capital on funded,” a combined cap across however many accounts they hold, not a single bigger product. The live pricing page (October 3, 2026) tops out at $100,000 on every product line (Standard 1/2/3-Step and Instant); no $200,000 or larger card exists anywhere on the checkout.

  • Real largest size: $100,000 (top of the live ladder on every Mave
