Live vs Demo rows
Live rows matter for live brokerage accounts. Demo rows matter for simulation, evaluation, and practice flows. If you trade through a prop firm, also check the named firm connection row.
UP and the green dot
Tradovate’s 2021 forum guidance tells users to check that the relevant service is active and healthy before contacting support. Treat `UP` as a starting point, not a final diagnosis.
