Phidias Prop Firm Rules: 25K Static, Drawdown, Consistency Rule and Every Account
Review the documented rules, source notes, tools, and account checks recorded for Phidias Prop Firm Rules: 25K Static, Drawdown, Consistency Rule and Every Account.
Rules can change: The firm or platform controls the current wording. Confirm the linked source and your dashboard before you trade or request a payout.
Phidias prop firm rules for the Express to Live (including the 25K static account), Fundamental and Premium accounts, the 10K Drawdown Challenge and the LIVE accounts. Phidias Propfirm is a Gibraltar-registered futures prop firm (phidiaspropfirm.com). Its rules split cleanly by account: Express to Live uses a static drawdown with no consistency rule and no minimum days, while Fundamental and Premium use an end-of-day trailing drawdown, a 30% consistency rule on the funded CASH account and a minimum-profit trading-day count before payouts. No Phidias account has a daily loss limit, and news trading is allowed on all of them. This page sets out each rule with dollar values for every size, drawdown and consistency calculators, the scaling question, the practices that get accounts closed, the older 25K Static and Swing rules, and the places where Phidias’ own pages disagree.

What can trip you up
Rows To Inspect First
These are the rules Phidias’ own pages say end an account, hold back a payout or catch traders who read only the headline numbers. The labels explain why each row is surfaced; they are not a recommendation to buy or avoid any account.
The 25K static drawdown is only $500
Express to Live 25K liquidates at $24,500 and the line never trails. With 2 E-minis allowed, a 5-point ES move against two contracts takes the whole $500 in one trade, and commissions come out of the same cushion.
Two clocks for the end of the day
The drawdown section says the session ends at 10:00 PM UTC+2; the trading-hours section says close everything by 9:59 PM UTC. Holding a position past the close on Fundamental or Express to Live disqualifies the account.
Account limits follow your household and IP
5 Fundamental, 5 Premium and 5 Express to Live funded accounts, counted per person, address, company or internet connection. Accounts over the limit are treated as lost and paid nothing.
Phidias Rule Checks
| Rule area | Official-source snapshot | What to verify + evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum drawdown static or EOD trailing, hard breach | Express to Live: static $500 / $650 / $800 / $1,000 on 25K / 50K / 100K / 150K; liquidation at starting capital minus that amount, and it never trails. Fundamental and Premium: end-of-day trailing $2,500 / $3,000 / $4,500 on 50K / 100K / 150K. | EOD trailing is recalculated once a day from realised profit and does not move during the day. In evaluation it trails until you pass; on a funded account it stops at $50,100 (50K) or $100,100 (100K). The 150K stop level is not stated. | Daily loss limit none on any account | Every account grid lists “Daily Loss Limit: None”: Express to Live, Fundamental and Premium. | The EOD line itself acts like a daily stop: your liquidation level is fixed for the whole day. Phidias’ example: start at $50,000 with a $47,500 line, make $1,000 in the morning, and you can still lose $3,500 before liquidation that day. | Profit target fixed dollar target | Express to Live $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500. Fundamental and Premium $4,000 / $6,000 / $9,000 (8%, 6% and 6%). | Express to Live must hit the same target a second time on the CASH account before “Switch to Live”. Monthly evaluations have no deadline: you keep paying each 30 days until you pass or cancel. | Minimum trading days 0 / 3 / 1 to pass | Evaluation: Express to Live 0 days, Fundamental 3 days, Premium 1 day. Funded: Fundamental needs 10 qualifying days per payout, Premium 5. | A funded day only counts if it closes with profit of at least $150 / $200 / $250 (50K / 100K / 150K). | Consistency rule 30%, funded CASH only | Fundamental and Premium CASH accounts: no single day can exceed 30% of total profit. Not applied in any evaluation and never to Express to Live. | It is not a breach. If one day is too large you keep trading until it falls under 30%. The calculation needs at least 4 trading days. | Overnight and weekend Premium only | Premium (and the 10K Drawdown Challenge) may hold overnight and over the weekend. Fundamental and Express to Live must close everything before the end of the trading day. | Failing to close before the market close disqualifies a Fundamental or Express to Live account. | News trading allowed everywhere | Economic news trading is authorised on all accounts, at every stage (evaluation, CASH and LIVE). | The consistency policy separately discourages “full margin trading during high volatility economic announcements” as lottery-style trading. | Automation no bots or HFT | Robots, fully automated algorithms and high-frequency trading are not permitted. | Hedging across accounts account closure | You can never be a buyer in one account and a seller in another at the same time, on your own accounts or with other traders. | The Terms say groups or partnerships doing this face closure and confiscation of both parties’ accounts and a ban. How Phidias Accounts Work
Phidias sells simulated futures evaluations. You pay either monthly (with a lifetime activation fee when you pass) or once (the one-time payment includes the funded account, with no activation fee). After you reach the target without breaking a rule, the account is audited by the risk team within 24 to 72 business hours and you are issued a funded CASH account, which is still simulated. From there the paths split:
- Express to Live: hit the same profit target again on the CASH account, press “Switch to Live”, and a fixed bonus is paid to your Phidias Wallet while the account becomes a LIVE account with real capital. No discretion is involved.
- Fundamental and Premium: you request payouts from the CASH account under the withdrawal rules. After 5 successful payouts or $100,000 in cumulative profit you may be offered a LIVE account, but Phidias decides alone and can approve, defer or decline.
- 10K Drawdown Challenge: a monthly contest ranked by profit, with cash prizes and discount or account rewards rather than a funded account path.
- LIVE: real trades cleared by Dorman Trading (via Sweet Futures), an 80/20 split whatever split you had on CASH, and only one LIVE account per trader.
Trading runs on Rithmic (R Trader Pro, Quantower, MotiveWave, ATAS, Sierra Chart, Bookmap), on dxFeed through DeepCharts, or through Tradovate and NinjaTrader, with TradingView connected via Tradovate. The platforms are tied to the data feed on your account and are not interchangeable: the Terms say NinjaTrader and Tradovate do not work with the Rithmic feed, so pick the route before you buy.

The Phidias 25K Static Account
“Phidias 25K static” is the name traders still use for the smallest Express to Live account. Until at least April 2026 the rules page listed a separate “25K Static” account; the current rules page lists Express to Live 25K with the same core numbers: $25,000 of simulated capital, a $500 static drawdown, a $1,500 target, a $1,000 bonus and a $500 LIVE credit. The one-time list price is also unchanged at $277 (the April 2026 copy listed “25K Static: €267 or $277”; the accounts page showed “$277 without code” on the check date).
| Rule | Phidias Express to Live 25K (current) |
|---|---|
| Starting capital | $25,000 |
| Static drawdown | $500 – liquidation at $24,500, never moves |
| Profit target | $1,500 in evaluation, then $1,500 again on the CASH account |
| Max position | 2 E-minis or 20 micros |
| Minimum trading days | None (evaluation, CASH and LIVE) |
| Consistency rule | None |
| Daily loss limit | None |
| News trading | Allowed at every stage |
| Overnight and weekend | Not permitted |
| Reward at “Switch to Live” | $1,000 bonus to the Phidias Wallet (80/20 split) + $500 LIVE credit |
| LIVE account size | 2 lots per validated 25K, static loss equal to your LIVE credit |
| Activation fee (monthly route) | $83 lifetime; none on the one-time payment |
| Evaluation reset | Not available: the Terms exclude Express to Live from resets |
- The cushion only grows with profit. Make $1,000 and your balance is $26,000 against a $24,500 line: $1,500 of room. Lose $300 on the first trade and you have $200 left, and nothing resets it the next morning.
- Two ES contracts move $100 per index point together, so a 5-point stop costs $500 before commissions. On Rithmic, ES commission is $2.20 per side; ten round turns on 2 contracts cost $88, which is 17.6% of the whole drawdown.
- Five validated 25K accounts stack into one LIVE account: $5,000 in bonuses (5 x $1,000) and $2,500 of LIVE credit and static loss (5 x $500), per the Terms’ own example.
- You must be flat before the end of the trading day. The 25K static account cannot hold over the weekend.
- If a LIVE account built from Express to Live fails, you cannot buy a new Express to Live evaluation for one month.

Phidias Express to Live Rules
Express to Live (E2L) is the static-drawdown family. There is no consistency rule, no minimum trading days, no daily loss limit and no withdrawal process on the CASH account: you pass the evaluation, reach the target again on the CASH account, press “Switch to Live”, and a fixed bonus goes to your Phidias Wallet while the CASH account turns into a LIVE account.
| Account | Static drawdown | Liquidation level | Target | Max position | Bonus (80/20) | LIVE credit | Total reward | LIVE size | Activation fee (monthly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25K | $500 | $24,500 | $1,500 | 2 minis / 20 micros | $1,000 | $500 | $1,500 | 2 lots | $83 |
| 50K | $650 | $49,350 | $2,500 | 5 minis / 50 micros | $2,000 | $1,000 | $3,000 | 3 lots | $149 |
| 100K | $800 | $99,200 | $3,500 | 7 minis / 70 micros | $3,000 | $1,500 | $4,500 | 4 lots | $149 |
| 150K | $1,000 | $149,000 | $4,500 | 9 minis / 90 micros | $4,500 | $2,000 | $6,500 | 5 lots | $169 |
- Liquidation threshold = initial capital minus static drawdown. The account is liquidated if the balance reaches or falls below it.
- The 50K drawdown is $650, only 1.3% of capital, with 5 E-minis allowed. Full size on ES risks $250 per point, so a 2.6-point move wipes the account.
- The bonus is a fixed amount described as subject to the 80/20 split. The pages do not show a worked net figure, so check in the dashboard whether the $1,000 is before or after the 20%.
- Overnight and over-week positions are not permitted at any E2L stage, including LIVE “unless agreed”.
- E2L payouts and bonuses do not count toward the 5-payout or $100,000 threshold used for the Fundamental and Premium LIVE review.
- Maximum 5 E2L accounts per trader, CASH and LIVE combined.

Phidias Fundamental Account Rules
Fundamental is the intraday account: end-of-day trailing drawdown, 3 minimum days to pass, 10 qualifying days per funded payout, a 30% consistency rule on the CASH account, a fixed 80/20 split, and every position closed by 9:59 PM UTC.
| Account | EOD trailing drawdown | Target | Min days (eval) | Max position | Min profit for a funded day | Withdrawal threshold | Payout cap per cycle | Activation fee (monthly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50K | $2,500 (start $47,500) | $4,000 | 3 | 10 minis / 100 micros | $150 | $52,600 | $2,000 | $149 |
| 100K | $3,000 (start $97,000) | $6,000 | 3 | 14 minis / 140 micros | $200 | $103,700 | $2,500 | $149 |
| 150K | $4,500 (start $145,500) | $9,000 | 3 | 17 minis / 170 micros | $250 | $154,500 | $2,750 | $169 |
- No overnight or weekend holding, and all instruments must be traded inside 11:00 PM to 9:59 PM UTC, Sunday to Friday.
- Consistency applies only on the funded CASH account: in the evaluation one big day is fine.
- A funded day counts toward the 10 only if it closes at or above the minimum profit. A $100 day on a 50K account does not count.
- Failed evaluation: buy a reset ($40 / $64 / $104 on 50K / 100K / 150K per the Terms) or wait for the automatic reset after 30 days.
- There is no reset for a breached Fundamental CASH account; the funded reset is a Premium-only option.

Phidias Premium Account Rules
Premium has the same drawdown, targets, position limits and 30% CASH consistency rule as Fundamental, but allows overnight and weekend holds, passes in 1 day, is funded 1 trading day after the pass, pays every 5 qualifying days and raises the split with each payout.
| Account | EOD trailing drawdown | Target | Min days (eval) | Max position | Min profit for a funded day | Withdrawal threshold | Payout cap per cycle | Cash Account Reset (once) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50K | $2,500 | $4,000 | 1 | 10 minis / 100 micros | $150 | $52,600 | $2,000 | $399 |
| 100K | $3,000 | $6,000 | 1 | 14 minis / 140 micros | $200 | $103,700 | $2,500 | $499 |
| 150K | $4,500 | $9,000 | 1 | 17 minis / 170 micros | $250 | $154,500 | $2,750 | $599 |
| Payout on a Premium CASH account | 1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th | 5th and later |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trader share | 75% | 80% | 85% | 90% | 100% |
| Net on a 50K $2,000 payout | $1,500 | $1,600 | $1,700 | $1,800 | $2,000 |
| Net on a 150K $2,750 payout | $2,062.50 | $2,200 | $2,337.50 | $2,475 | $2,750 |
- Overnight and weekend positions are allowed “with a lot size corresponding to the size of your account”, so the same 10 / 14 / 17 mini limits apply through the close.
- The Cash Account Reset can be used once per CASH account and only within 24 hours of liquidation. After that the account disappears from the dashboard.
- If Phidias moves a Premium trader to LIVE, the split becomes 80/20 regardless of the level reached, and the Terms say the trader cannot refuse the transition.
- Premium is excluded from the Fundamental trading-hours rule.

How Phidias Drawdown Works
Phidias uses two drawdown types. Static (Express to Live): the liquidat
