Rules can change: The firm or platform controls the current wording. Confirm the linked source and your dashboard before you trade or request a payout.

Hola Prime Futures trading rules for both products the firm sells today: the 1-Step Prime challenge with its Sim-Funded account, and the Direct account that starts funded. Hola Prime Futures is the CME futures side of Hola Prime, a Hong Kong-based firm that also sells forex accounts under different rules. Futures accounts come in $25K, $50K, $100K and $150K sizes and trade on Tradovate, NinjaTrader and WealthCharts. The headline rules: a 6% profit target with no minimum days and no time limit, no daily loss limit on 1-Step Prime, a 2.5% soft daily loss limit on Direct, and an end-of-day trailing maximum loss of 4% ($25K and $50K) or 3% ($100K and $150K) that locks at the starting balance. The rules that end funded accounts sit underneath: a 2% risk limit per trade idea with a mandatory stop loss, a 10-minute re-entry rule that merges trades into one idea, a best-day consistency cap of 40%, 35% or 20% depending on the stage, flat by 3:30 PM CT every day, and a ban on EAs. This page sets out each rule with dollar values for every account size, worked examples, three calculators, the answer to whether Hola Prime Futures has a scaling plan, what changed since the July 2025 launch, and where Hola Prime’s own pages disagree.

Checked October 11, 2026. BestProps read Hola Prime’s futures trading-rules page (both tabs), the plan comparison page, the 1-Step Prime and Direct product pages, 16 futures help-centre articles (plans, payouts, live account, platforms, eligibility), sections 20 and 21 of the Terms & Conditions, and three archived copies of the 1-Step Prime page from July 2025, February 2026 and July 2026, on that date. BestProps did not buy an account, so how the risk team groups trades into one “trade idea” in borderline cases, what the dashboard shows after login and how payout reviews are applied were not verified by purchase. Where Hola Prime’s pages disagree, this page shows both versions and says which one it uses: the current futures trading-rules page and the Terms, which agree with each other on every number.

What can trip you up

4% / 3% EOD trailingMaximum loss trails the highest end-of-day balance: 4% on $25K and $50K, 3% on $100K and $150K. It locks at the starting balance once you are up 4% or 3%.
6% target, no daily limit1-Step Prime has one phase, no minimum days, no time limit and no daily loss limit. Direct has no target but a 2.5% soft daily loss limit.
2% per trade ideaFunded and Direct accounts: a stop loss on every trade and no idea risking more than 2% of the starting balance. Breaking it is a hard breach.
40% / 35% / 20%Best-day consistency caps: 40% to pass the challenge, 35% for Sim-Funded payouts, 20% for Direct payouts.

Rows To Inspect First

These are the rules Hola Prime’s own pages say end accounts or block payouts, and the ones traders who read only the product cards tend to miss. The labels explain why each row is surfaced; they are not a recommendation to buy or avoid any account.

The 10-minute re-entry rule

Re-entering the same contract in the same direction within 10 minutes of closing, or stacking overlapping entries, counts as one trade idea. The stop-loss risk of every leg is added together against the 2% cap.

The floor jumps after a payout

Once a payout is processed the maximum loss limit resets to the starting balance. Withdraw most of your profit before the trailing lock and the cushion left can be a few hundred dollars.

No overnight or weekend holding. The risk team starts closing positions at 3:28 PM CT, Friday positions left open are auto-closed with the account terminated, and early-close holidays need you flat 30 minutes earlier.

Maximum loss limit
4% / 3% EOD trailing, hard breach
Both products: 4% of the starting balance on $25K and $50K, 3% on $100K and $150K. It trails the highest end-of-day balance (the high-water mark) and locks at the starting balance once the account is up 4% or 3%. Equity or balance must never go below it.The 4% figure for $25K and $50K applies to accounts bought on or after January 19, 2026. The trail moves on end-of-day balance only, but the floor is enforced intraday on equity.

Risk per trade idea
2% (1% on DX Futures)
Sim-Funded and Direct only: risk per trade idea must not exceed 2% of the starting balance on Tradovate, NinjaTrader and WealthCharts (1% on DX Futures). A stop loss is mandatory on every trade. Not applied in the challenge.Risk is measured from the stop. A trade with no stop is treated as infinite risk, and a floating or realised loss over 2% on it is a breach. Overlapping same-direction trades and re-entries within 10 minutes are one idea.

Hola Prime Futures Rules: 1-Step Prime vs Direct

Hola Prime Futures sells two products. 1-Step Prime is a one-phase challenge followed by a Sim-Funded account; Direct skips the challenge and gives you a Sim-Funded account the day you pay, with a stricter rule set. Both are simulated accounts: Hola Prime describes the Sim-Funded account as a simulated environment whose results inform its own trading, and only invited traders reach a live account. Prices are from the price selector on the futures pages on October 11, 2026.

The trade-off is plain in the table: Direct costs about three times as much (2.7 to 3.5 times, depending on size) and adds a daily loss limit, a 20% consistency cap and smaller contract limits on $100K and $150K, in return for skipping the 6% target. The 1-Step challenge is the loosest stage Hola Prime sells: no daily limit and no per-idea risk cap, so the challenge can be passed with sizing the Sim-Funded account will not accept. Plan to trade the challenge the way you will trade the funded account; the Terms treat a material change of method between the two as a prohibited practice. Offers and current prices are on the Hola Prime Futures deals page.

Every percentage rule converted to dollars on the day the account starts. The Direct daily figure is day one; after that it is 2.5% of each previous day’s closing balance.

150K10 / 1009 / 90$250$1,500$2,500 / $3,000 / $4,000 / $5,000

Two things stand out. On every size the trailing floor locks before the 6% target is reached: a 50K challenge locks at $52,000 and passes at $53,000, so the last $1,000 of the challenge is traded against a fixed $50,000 floor. And on 100K and 150K the 2% idea limit ($2,000 and $3,000) is two-thirds of the whole trailing allowance ($3,000 and $4,500), so two full-size losing ideas in a row on a fresh funded account can end it.

How to Pass the 1-Step Prime Challenge

  • Reach 6% of the starting balance without the equity touching the trailing floor. There is no minimum number of days and no deadline.
  • Keep the consistency score at 40% or less when you hit the target. If your best day is more than 40% of total profit, you keep trading until it falls, which pushes the real target above 6% (worked example in the consistency section).
  • No daily loss limit and no 2% idea cap apply in the challenge. Hola Prime calls the challenge the place to “try, test, and refine”; the Sim-Funded account adds the 2% idea risk and profitable-day rules.
  • After passing you receive an email headed “[Action Needed] Congratulations on Passing Your Challenge”, complete KYC once, sign the agreement and receive the Sim-Funded credentials. Before any Sim-Funded account is issued, the risk team reviews the
