Submit a rule update: send BestProps a correction based on checked sources or change note for a prop firm rule, payout rule, platform rule, country restriction, or source row.
Best source first: include the official public rule page, help-center article, terms page, status page, pricing page, or changelog URL. This is a source-review process, not a legal, privacy, takedown, emergency, confidential, or secure upload channel. Do not send private trader records, customer files, IDs, payment records, NDA material, or off-the-record claims.
Same source rules for everyone: submissions from affiliates, sponsors, partners, competitors, or any commercial contact are checked against the same public-source standard and do not control BestProps rule, payout, status, profile, or ranking claims.
Rule change
Use this when a drawdown, daily loss, consistency, minimum-day, payout, news, copy-trading, EA, overnight, weekend, platform, country, or account-stage rule changed.
Subject: Rule update: [Firm] – [Rule area]
Wrong BestProps row
Use this when a BestProps table, card, profile, rule row, payout row, or source row shows stale or incomplete rule information.
Subject: Rule correction: [Firm] – [BestProps URL]
Unclear source
Use this when the current official page is ambiguous and a newer public page, terms section, or dated notice explains the rule better.
Subject: Rule source evidence: [Firm] – [Topic]
Fastest Review Checklist
Send enough detail for an editor to verify the change without guessing.
- Firm name and official website.
- Your name, role, and firm-domain email when available.
- The exact BestProps page URL, table row, card, or claim to check.
- The current BestProps wording or value that appears stale.
- The replacement wording or value you believe is correct.
- The official public source URL that supports the change.
- The source checked date and, if applicable, the rule effective date.
- Affected products or stages: evaluation, funded, instant, futures, forex/CFD, crypto, account size, platform, or country.
- Whether this is a current policy, historical note, typo, source gap, or disputed interpretation.
Rule Areas BestProps Checks
Rule updates are most useful when they affect what can trip up a trader before or after buying a challenge.
- Daily loss, maximum loss, static drawdown, trailing drawdown, end-of-day drawdown, and buffer rules.
- Consistency, daily profit cap, risk-per-trade, concentration, scaling, minimum trading days, and inactivity rules.
- Payout eligibility, payout cadence, first-payout conditions, profit split, fee reimbursement, activation fee, and reset rules.
- News trading, copy trading, EA/bot use, prohibited strategies, overnight/weekend holding, platform access, market access, and country restrictions.
- Status or source changes that affect whether a rule page is reachable, stale, blocked, or replaced by a newer official source.
Source Quality Tiers
BestProps gives more weight to public sources that other traders can inspect and re-check.
- Tier A – official source: official firm-domain rule pages, help-center articles, terms, pricing pages, payout policies, status pages, and dated public notices.
- Tier B – dated public record: official changelogs, archived public captures, public marketplace listings that point back to an official rule, or dated public explanations that can be independently inspected.
- Tier C – third-party lead: third-party summaries, comparison pages, community references, and public discussion. These can point BestProps toward a source, but they do not confirm a rule by themselves.
- Tier D – private lead only: screenshots, private emails, chat excerpts, and non-public messages. These may help find a primary public source, but they are not enough by themselves for a confirmed public rule change. If they point to material trader risk and no public source is available, BestProps may label the row as needs re-check instead of confirmed.
- Source gap: if the rule is not public or not clear, BestProps may label the row as unclear, source gap, or needs re-check instead of guessing.
What Submission Does Not Mean
A rule update does not guarantee review, response, publication, timing, placement, ranking change, badge status, deal placement, risk-label removal, wording control, or any commercial outcome. BestProps may update a page, add a source note, preserve the current wording, ask for stronger evidence, or take no action.
What Not To Send
- Private trader records, customer records, IDs, payment records, account screenshots with personal data, KYC files, bank information, employee data, or confidential business files.
- Legal notices, takedown demands, settlement material, NDA-conditioned claims, embargoed information, or off-the-record statements through this public route.
- Unsupported accusations about competitors, traders, employees, contractors, or individual people.
- Promotional rewrites, ranking pressure, badge pressure, affiliate-only landing pages, unpublished deal terms, or requests to suppress material based on checked sources.
- Exploit instructions, rule-evasion methods, abuse workflows, or instructions for bypassing firm controls.
Verification And Response Handling
BestProps may verify firm-domain senders, compare a submission with public sources, and treat unauthenticated, competitor-submitted, affiliate-submitted, sponsor-submitted, or partner-submitted material as a lead rather than an official firm position. Tier A and Tier B sources carry the most weight. Tier C and Tier D leads normally require additional public verification, a firm-context attempt, or a downgraded label before they affect a public row. BestProps is not obligated to delay a clear Tier A or Tier B correction based on checked sources while waiting for a response.
Editorial And Commercial Separation
Rule updates are an editorial source-review process. Sponsorship, affiliate status, paid placement, partnership interest, or advertising interest does not determine BestProps rule, payout, status, profile, risk, or comparison claims.
Data Handling And Private Information
Do not send private trader records or sensitive personal data through this public route. Email is not a secure upload channel for confidential, privileged, regulated, or legally restricted material. BestProps may store and review submissions internally, may cite or summarize publishable public-source material, and may request verification before considering a change.
BestProps handles submitted contact information under its Privacy Policy. Section 8 of the current Privacy Policy lists contact/support email retention as 24 months. Material BestProps cannot safely use may be declined, redacted, or deleted; where retention is required for audit, security, legal, or editorial-integrity reasons, the retention purpose and period should follow the Privacy Policy. Do not use this rule-update route for privacy-rights requests, legal notices, urgent safety issues, or confidential communications. Use the public contact page for broader contact routing.
How To Send It
Use the current Firm Submission Desk for rule updates based on checked sources and corrections. Use the public BestProps contact page for broader contact, partnership, press, or general issues. If emailing through an existing BestProps contact route, use one of these subject prefixes: Rule update:, Rule correction:, or Rule source evidence:. Do not use those prefixes for legal notices, privacy requests, takedown demands, or emergency matters.
This page explains a source-review process for BestProps. It is not financial, legal, tax, trading, or compliance advice.
