Submit payout proof: prop firm operators can send official payout evidence, source links, and payout-policy context for BestProps review. Start with public sources and a short summary. Do not send private trader records in the first email.

Fast rule: payout proof is useful only when BestProps can understand who provided it, what payout event it supports, when it was checked, and what details can safely be shown or summarized.

Email safety: email is not a secure upload system. Send plain text and public URLs first. BestProps does not open unsolicited attachments, file-sharing links, shortened links, private dashboards, or raw payment files for this process.

Public payout source

Use this for official payout policy pages, help-center articles, public payout updates, payout-method pages, or dated public notices.

Subject: Payout source: [Firm] – [Topic]

Firm-submitted proof

Use this when a firm wants BestProps to review a specific payout example or payout-timing summary. Send a summary first, not raw private records.

Subject: Payout proof: [Firm] – [Date range]

Correction request

Use this when a BestProps payout row, profile note, or payout explainer appears stale, incomplete, or wrong.

Subject: Payout correction: [Firm] – [BestProps URL]

Response to payout coverage

Use this for prop firm context on a specific public payout-delay, payout-denial, or payout-timing claim covered by BestProps.

Subject: Payout response: [Firm] – [BestProps URL]

What To Include

Keep the first email tight. BestProps needs enough context to decide whether the material is reviewable.

  • Prop firm name and official website.
  • Submitter name, role, and firm-domain email when available.
  • Exact BestProps URL or payout topic being checked.
  • Submission type: public source, firm-submitted proof, correction, or firm response.
  • Payout date, payout period, or policy effective date.
  • Payout rail category when relevant, such as bank transfer, ACH, payment processor, or crypto.
  • Public source URL, help-center URL, terms URL, payout policy URL, or public announcement URL.
  • What BestProps should verify, update, or label differently.
  • Whether the material is firm-submitted, trader-submitted, public, archived, or third-party sourced.
  • Any commercial relationship, sponsorship request, paid placement request, or other business context that should be separated from editorial review.

Evidence Strength

BestProps weighs payout evidence by source quality. A strong item can still be declined if it creates privacy, sourcing, or context problems.

  1. Strongest: official public firm-domain pages, help-center articles, terms pages, payout policy pages, dated public statements, or public status updates.
  2. Useful after review: firm-submitted payout summaries, redacted examples, processor summaries, or payout-timing context from a verified firm contact.
  3. Context only: archived captures, public marketplace listings, public review-site themes, or dated third-party reports.
  4. Weak support: screenshots without source context. Screenshots can be cropped, stale, or manipulated, so BestProps may use them only to find stronger public sources.

Source Examples To Send

Good first sources are public URLs BestProps can open and re-check later, such as official prop firm payout policy pages, help-center articles, terms pages, status updates, dated changelog posts, public payout-method pages, or public firm announcements. If the claim depends on non-public evidence, summarize the issue first and wait for BestProps to ask for a safer review path.

What Not To Send First

  • Government IDs, KYC records, tax forms, home addresses, bank account numbers, card numbers, wallet seed phrases, account credentials, or login details.
  • Unredacted trader names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, account IDs, payment IDs, customer lists, support transcripts, or private messages.
  • NDA-conditioned, off-the-record, embargoed, privileged, settlement, legal-threat, or confidential material through this public email process.
  • Attachments, file-sharing links, shortened URLs, private dashboard links, executable files, ZIP files, or documents that require BestProps to download or log in.
  • Competitor accusations, individual-person allegations, or unsupported claims about traders, employees, contractors, vendors, or other firms.
  • Requests to buy a better payout label, suppress coverage based on checked sources, remove public-interest context, or change rankings because of a commercial relationship.

What Payout Proof Can And Cannot Show

A payout proof item can support a dated claim, such as a specific public payout policy, a payout example, a payout timing range, or a correction to stale BestProps wording. It does not prove that every trader will be paid, that every valid payout request will be approved, that no payout disputes exist, or that a firm is financially sound.

BestProps may summarize, label, decline, withhold, or re-check payout material. A submission does not guarantee review, response, update, publication, ranking change, badge change, deal placement, payout-score change, risk-note removal, timing, prominence, wording control, or any other outcome.

BestProps does not arbitrate, mediate, or resolve individual trader disputes. This process is for editorial source review, correction review, and prop firm context on BestProps coverage.

Review Path

  1. Route check: BestProps checks whether the request is a payout source, payout proof item, correction, firm response, or commercial inquiry.
  2. Provenance check: BestProps treats material as firm-provided only after a reasonable verification step, such as a known firm contact, a firm-domain contact already visible on an official public page, or confirmation through another independently checked channel.
  3. Privacy check: BestProps may ignore or delete sensitive personal data it did not request and cannot safely use.
  4. Source check: BestProps compares the submission with official pages, dated public sources, existing BestProps wording, and source freshness.
  5. Editorial decision: BestProps may update a draft or public page, add a source note, request more context, preserve existing wording, or take no action.

Commercial And Editorial Separation

Payout evidence review is separate from sponsorship, advertising, paid placement, affiliate, partnership, or media discussions. Commercial interest does not determine whether payout proof is accepted, how a payout claim is worded, whether a firm is listed, whether BestProps covers a public payout issue, or whether a correction is made.

Right Of Response

If the submission responds to a payout-delay, payout-denial, or payout-timing claim, point to the exact BestProps URL and the exact claim at issue. BestProps may summarize relevant firm context when it is sourced, publishable, and safe to use. A response is not guaranteed to publish, receive equal space, appear near a claim, run on a deadline, or use the firm’s preferred wording.

Email Data Handling

Email submissions are not confidential, encrypted, privileged, or treated as legal notices. BestProps may store and review emails internally, may delete unsolicited sensitive material without review, and may use public-source material for editorial review. Use the BestProps Privacy Policy for privacy requests and the public contact page for general contact routing.

Email BestProps

Email info@bestprops.com with the subject prefix that fits the request. For broader contact options, use the public BestProps contact page.
