We checked 51 prop firm listings on October 6, 2026 for traders in Vietnam and ranked 15 products a Vietnam resident can buy by cost per $1,000 of loss room at $50K. RebelsFunding RF Copper is cheapest at $33.75 on its fee alone (a $40K account), then Topstep at $47.50 ($95 a month, Express accounts only), Funded Elite LITE 2-Step at $49.75 (fee-only), E8 Markets E8 Pro 10% at $49.80 with VND payouts through WorkMarket, and Maven Trading at $55.00, which names Vietnam on its payout list. In all, 32 products name Vietnam on their own restricted lists, including FundingPips, FundedNext, FXIFY, Blue Guardian, Alpha Capital Group, Apex, Lucid, Tradeify and Tradeify 247. HyroTrader, For Traders and WeMasterTrade are checked but not ranked. Vietnam is on FATF’s grey list of June 19, 2026. Rise lists Vietnam for VND withdrawals at $10. Dong figures use the State Bank of Vietnam central rate of October 2, 2026, 1 USD = 25,636 VND.

Checked: October 6, 2026, for firm pages, the FATF list and the State Bank of Vietnam rate. Firms change prices, codes and country lists without notice, so confirm on the firm’s own page before paying. Each Trustpilot figure shows its own read date.

Quick answer and the top five prop firms in Vietnam
Vietnam is under no broad sanctions programme, yet 32 of the 51 prop firm listings we checked name it on their own restricted lists, and Vietnam sits on FATF’s grey list, which some firms’ terms act on. The firms that do sell to Vietnam then differ on two questions no directory answers: what their anti-money-laundering clauses do with a grey-listed country, and whether a payout can reach a Vietnamese bank in dong. Ranked on what you pay for each $1,000 the account can lose, these five come first:
- RebelsFunding RF Copper 4-Phase $40K: $33.75 per $1,000 (about 865,000 VND). Price $135 for $40K (≈3,461,000 VND); floor $4,000, static, both stages.
- Topstep Trading Combine, No Activation Fee: $47.50 per $1,000 (about 1,218,000 VND). Price $95/month (≈2,435,000 VND); floor $2,000, end-of-day trailing.
- Funded Elite LITE 2-Step: $49.75 per $1,000 (about 1,275,000 VND). Price $199 (≈5,102,000 VND); floor $4,000, static, both stages.
- E8 Markets E8 Pro 10%: $49.80 per $1,000 (about 1,277,000 VND). Price $249 (≈6,383,000 VND); floor $5,000, static, both stages.
- Maven Trading Standard 2-Step: $55.00 per $1,000 (about 1,410,000 VND). Price $220 (≈5,640,000 VND); floor $4,000, static, both stages.
RebelsFunding’s lead rests on a $40,000 account and an activation fee it does not publish either way, and Funded Elite’s and Maven Trading’s figures are fee-only too. On fully published prices the lowest are Topstep for futures, with no Live account for Vietnam, and E8 Markets for forex, which also has the clearest dong payout. If you want Vietnam named rather than merely missing from a list, Maven Trading names it on its payout page and Topstep on its eligibility table. What a prop firm is for traders in Vietnam
A prop firm, in the sense these firms use the word, sells you an evaluation on a simulated account. You trade to a profit target without touching a daily or overall loss limit; pass, and you trade a funded account that is usually still simulated, and the firm pays you a share of the simulated profit, typically 80% to 90%. That is different from a broker, which holds your own money in a real account, so a question such as “which forex broker is best in Vietnam” is a separate one this guide does not answer. For the basics, see what a prop firm is.
- For: your loss is capped at the fee, you can trade a $50,000 account for $95 to $406 here, and most firms pay 80% or more of profit.
- Against: most buyers never reach a payout, a broken daily limit ends most accounts at once, the funded account is simulated, many firms exclude Vietnam outright, and payouts arrive in US dollars unless a processor converts them.
Almost every ranked firm describes its funded accounts as simulated or demo. Two keep a different shape: Audacity Capital moves a trader who passes to a live account automatically, and Topstep keeps its Live Funded Account closed to Vietnam residents, so Vietnamese Topstep traders are paid from the simulated Express account.
Is prop trading legal in Vietnam, and what the State Bank of Vietnam says about forex
We do not give a legal verdict, and we found no page from the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) or the State Securities Commission that addresses prop firm evaluations. What the SBV has said publicly is about forex platforms. At the government’s regular press briefing for November 2020, reported on the government’s own news portal on December 2, 2020, the SBV’s permanent deputy governor said that “hiện nay, cơ quan quản lý chưa cấp phép cho sàn Forex nào, nên các hoạt động giao dịch trên có thể coi là không đúng quy định của pháp luật”. That is: the regulator has not licensed any forex platform, so trading on them may be considered not in line with the law. He added: “Nếu trường hợp có bị lừa mất vốn cũng không được pháp luật bảo vệ” (if people are defrauded and lose their money, they are not protected by law).
The same report says that, under current rules, “chỉ các tổ chức tín dụng (TCTD) được NHNN cho phép kinh doanh ngoại hối mới được cung ứng dịch vụ mua bán ngoại tệ”: only credit institutions the SBV allows to deal in foreign exchange may provide currency trading services. A prop firm evaluation is something else: a fee paid to an offshore company for a simulated account, with any reward paid as a service payment. Whether that difference matters under Vietnamese law is not something the SBV has addressed in anything we found, and none of the 51 listings checked claims a Vietnamese licence. One page-one result for this search puts it more simply, saying “there are no local laws preventing forex or prop trading”; that is a firm’s claim, set against the SBV’s own words above. This is general information, not legal advice.
Crypto has its own framework. Vietnam’s government adopted “Nghị quyết số 05/2025/NQ-CP ngày 9/9/2025” on a crypto-asset market pilot; the government portal says “thời gian thực hiện thí điểm là 5 năm”, and that “Việc chào bán, phát hành, giao dịch, thanh toán tài sản mã hóa phải được thực hiện bằng Đồng Việt Nam.” In plain words: offering, issuing, trading and paying for crypto assets in the pilot must be done in Vietnamese dong, through providers licensed by the Ministry of Finance. That matters if your prop firm pays only in stablecoins, as HyroTrader does.
Prop firms and the FATF grey list, and why it matters for traders in Vietnam
The Financial Action Task Force names countries with weak anti-money-laundering systems “in two FATF public documents that are issued three times a year”. Vietnam is on the second, “Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring – 19 June 2026”, often called the grey list. FATF explains: “When the FATF places a jurisdiction under increased monitoring, it means the country has committed to resolve swiftly the identified strategic deficiencies within agreed timeframes and is subject to increased monitoring.” Vietnam is not on the call-for-action list, often called the black list, which names North Korea, Iran and Myanmar. Recheck the list before you buy.
For a trader, the grey list matters only where a firm’s own terms act on it, and the wording decides how much. We read every ranked firm’s terms and anti-money-laundering pages for it:
- Case-by-case refusal: HyroTrader’s terms say service may be refused case by case for anyone in a country FATF lists under increased monitoring. That reaches Vietnam, so HyroTrader is checked but not ranked.
- Extra checks only: Atmos Funded treats grey-list countries as high-risk clients, and Maven Trading adds enhanced checks for countries with weak anti-money-laundering regimes. Both still sell to Vietnam; expect more identity requests.
- Black-list wording: Audacity Capital restricts unnamed “high-risk jurisdictions”, the name FATF gives its black list, which does not include Vietnam.
- Named outright anyway: FundingPips’ terms bar countries on “the FATF and EU/UN sanctions lists” and name Vietnam in the same sentence, and WeMasterTrade’s sign-up list cites FATF and names Vietnam.
- No FATF clause: the other ranked firms name sanctions lists or their own lists only.
Never read the grey list as a ban by itself: FATF’s list is about a country’s anti-money-laundering system, not about you, and most firms here do not act on it at all.
Which prop firms accept traders in Vietnam
We read each firm’s own restricted-countries page, terms, help article or checkout for Vietnam, product by product. Five groups come out:
- Vietnam named as accepted: Maven Trading names Vietnam on its Rise-only payout list, and Topstep names it on its table of countries that can trade Express Funded Accounts. Audacity Capital’s own checkout prices in VND.
- Missing from a closed or named list: Funded Elite, E8 Markets, Goat Funded Trader, The5ers, Lark Funding, Audacity Capital, FTMO, Crypto Fund Trader (on Match-Trader) and Blueberry Funded.
- Missing from a list worded “include”, or with availability shown only after sign-up: RebelsFunding, Atmos Funded and The Trading Pit. They rank, but their wording leaves room for a country they have not named.
- Open only on some products: City Traders Imperium closes its 2-Step and Instant Funding Pro to Vietnam, and E8 Markets caps E8 One at $200,000. Both rank on the product you can buy.
- Named as restricted: 32 products, listed in the next section.
Each firm also tests something different, which matters if you are a Vietnamese citizen living abroad or a foreign resident in Vietnam:
| Firm | What it tests | How the list is worded |
|---|---|---|
| RebelsFunding | Citizenship, residence or registered office | Open: “include” and “other countries” |
| Topstep | Citizenship and permanent residency | Two tables; Vietnam on the Express-only one |
| Funded Elite | Where you live or trade from | Closed list per platform; terms open |
| E8 Markets | Country on your ID document | Named list; E8 One cap names Vietnam |
| Maven Trading | Residence, for payout routes | Footer list; Vietnam named for Rise payouts |
| Goat Funded Trader | Where you are | 33 countries, no “including” |
| The5ers | Residents or citizens | FAQ list closed; terms list open |
| Atmos Funded | Nationality, residence or location | “include, but is not limited to” |
| Lark Funding | Not stated | Six entries, no “including” |
| Audacity Capital | Residence | Five named countries; footer open |
| FTMO | Nationals and residents | Exceptions to “clients globally” |
| Crypto Fund Trader | Residence (its MT5 rule) | No country limit on Match-Trader |
| Blueberry Funded | Where you buy from; terms add residence | 16 countries; terms open-ended |
| The Trading Pit | Residence | Six-country ban; CFD list not shown |
| City Traders Imperium | Residents or nationals | Closed list; 2-Step closed to Vietnam |
Two warnings apply to everyone. Some firms that bar a country also bar trading from it while you travel: Take Profit Trader says “This includes the use of VPNs, remote connections, or shared networks that may route activity through a restricted country.” And a firm’s list can change overnight; Vietnam sits near the end of alphabetical lists, which is where a quick read cuts off, so read to the last entry.
Prop firms that name Vietnam on their own restricted list
This is the list most roundups leave out. The top result for this search is a prop firm’s own list page that says “Every firm on this list has been verified to accept traders from Vietnam” and calls FundingPips “among the most popular choices for traders from Vietnam”. FundingPips’ own FAQ says “FundingPips does not accept traders resident in Iran, Vietnam, or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).” Another page-one roundup opens by saying “the best Forex proprietary trading company in Vietnam is FundedNext”; FundedNext’s own help article names Vietnam among countries whose residents and citizens “are not able to access FundedNext’s trading platform.” The same list page says “Fintokei and For Traders are also highly regarded options in the region.” Fintokei’s own page says “Temporarily restricted: Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, and Vietnam.” The firm’s own list is the one that decides your account.

| Tradeify (futures) | Named on its full list of 58; residence | Firm page | October 6 |
| Tradeify 247 (crypto) | Named on its 29-country list; residence | Firm page | October 6 |
Forex, futures and crypto arms are counted separately, because their lists differ: FTMO accepts Vietnam while FTMO Futures names it, and E8 Markets’ forex arm is open while its futures list names Vietnam. Tradeify’s futures list says “Individuals or entities residing in the following restricted countries are prohibited from accessing Tradeify’s services”, and Tradeify 247’s crypto list says “Individuals or entities residing in the following 29 countries are prohibited from purchasing or using Tradeify 247 accounts”; both name Vietnam, and both are treated here exactly like every other firm. Apex Trader Funding’s list is headed “LIST OF COUNTRIES WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SERVICE AT THIS TIME WITH New or Additional ACCOUNTS” and names Vietnam. For Traders and WeMasterTrade also name Vietnam on some of their pages, but other current pages of theirs disagree, so they appear in the checked-not-ranked section below. Our older restricted-country page for Vietnam counts firms rather than products, at an earlier date, so its total is lower than this table’s.
How prop firm payouts reach a Vietnamese bank in VND

No firm checked names NAPAS, a Vietnamese bank or a direct dong payout of its own. The dong leg is almost always done by a payout processor. E8 Markets pays through WorkMarket, whose own fee page, linked from E8’s help centre, has a Vietnam row for a bank account paid in VND with no transfer fee and 2-3% conversion. Most other ranked firms pay into Rise, whose help page lists Vietnam for VND withdrawals; Rise says “The withdrawal fee is $10, and the maximum timeframe is 2 business days”. Maven Trading goes furthest, naming Vietnam among countries paid only through Rise.
| Payout method | Firms that offer it | Pays in | Found for Vietnam |
|---|---|---|---|
| WorkMarket bank account | E8 Markets | VND | Provider row: Vietnam, no fee, 2-3% FX |
| Rise, Vietnam named by the firm | Maven Trading | USD into Rise, then VND | Rise-only list names Vietnam; $20 Maven fee |
| Rise only | Lark Funding; Funded Elite from $500 | USD into Rise, then VND | Rise lists Vietnam VND at $10; firms add $40 |
| Rise among other methods | Goat Funded Trader, The5ers, Audacity Capital, Blueberry Funded | USD into Rise, then VND | Firm fee first: 3%, 3.5% or not stated |
| Rise, if offered | RebelsFunding | Not stated | Payout methods “may include” Rise |
| International wire | Topstep, The Trading Pit | USD (or EUR at The Trading Pit) | Topstep $30 a wire; your bank converts |
| Bank transfer | Crypto Fund Trader, City Traders Imperium | EUR or USD; USD | Your bank converts |
| Bank wire, currency not stated | FTMO, Atmos Funded | Not stated | No FTMO fee; Atmos fee not stated |
| Card push or Skrill | FTMO; Goat Funded Trader (Skrill) | Not stated | No Vietnam line |
| Crypto (USDT, USDC and others) | Most firms here; HyroTrader only | Crypto | City Traders Imperium bars it for Vietnam |
The rest send US dollars or euros and let your bank convert them. Topstep’s only route to Vietnam is a $30 international wire. The Trading Pit wires USD or EUR and says other currencies are converted at the day’s rate, without naming VND. Crypto Fund Trader pays by bank transfer in EUR or USD. City Traders Imperium pays only by bank transfer in US dollars, because it says crypto payouts are unavailable for Vietnamese traders. Fees add up before the conversion: Goat Funded Trader takes 3% of every reward, The5ers 3.5%, Maven Trading $20 per Rise payout, Lark Funding and Funded Elite $40, and Topstep $30 per wire. E8 Markets and FTMO charge no fee of their own. Crypto-only payouts sit awkwardly with Vietnam’s crypto pilot, described above, which routes trading through licensed providers and settles in dong.
A worked example: a $2,000 payout through Rise at a firm with no fee of its own is about 51,272,000 VND at the SBV central rate of October 2, less Rise’s $10 and whatever margin Rise builds into the conversion. The same payout at a firm that takes 3% first loses $60 before Rise sees it. Through E8’s WorkMarket row there is no transfer fee, but 2-3% conversion on 51,272,000 VND is roughly 1,025,000 VND to 1,538,000 VND. Paying in is a separate question. Audacity Capital lets you pay in VND at its own rate, Atmos Funded lists a Vietnamese QR and e-wallet method, an earlier Blueberry Funded checkout offered VND, FTMO states its fee in euros, and everyone else prices in US dollars, so your card issuer converts.
How we checked prop firms for Vietnam

- Read each firm’s own restricted-countries page, terms, help article or checkout for Vietnam, product by product, to the last entry, and note whether the list is called complete.
- Treat a brand’s forex, futures and crypto arms as separate listings.
- Search each firm’s terms and anti-money-laundering pages for FATF wording, and read it against FATF’s grey list of June 19, 2026.
- Price every $50K variant a Vietnam resident can buy at list price, add any activation fee, and show dong at the SBV central rate of October 2, 2026; codes go in the firm notes only.
- Divide by the smallest overall loss limit in dollars at any stage, never a daily limit or a per-trade rule, and multiply by 1,000; then note the payout routes that reach a Vietnamese bank, live stage terms and Trustpilot.
Prop firms in Vietnam ranked by cost per $1,000 of loss room
Lower is better. A $2,000 floor at $95 and a $5,000 floor at $249 both cost under $50 for each $1,000 you are allowed to lose, which is the comparison that matters if you expect to buy more than once.
