- The TopstepX login-page maintenance banner is captured as a current official page message. It is not treated as an official incident because Topstep’s status page did not list an incident at the same check.
- The April 28 cap-change date and prior-cap history are public chatter/secondary context, not an official Topstep changelog captured by BestProps as of July 5, 2026.
- The data-exposure row is secondary reporting only; BestProps did not capture the primary attorney-general filing in this pass.
- The removed February 2026 MGC order-rejection claim has no matching public source from targeted SERP research.
Current Status Details
At the July 5, 2026 scrape, Topstep’s official status page displayed “All Systems Operational” with New Dashboard, Legacy Dashboard, and TopstepX marked operational. The same capture showed no incidents reported for July 1-4, 2026 and displayed 90-day uptime of 99.9% for New Dashboard, 100.0% for Legacy Dashboard, and 99.72% for TopstepX.
Topstep’s own support page links traders to the status page for live updates on platform performance, scheduled maintenance, and real-time alerts across the Topstep Dashboard and TopstepX.
The July 5 TopstepX login-page capture displayed a weekend-hours scheduled-maintenance message. BestProps is labeling that separately from the official status-page incident log because the status page did not list an active incident in the same capture.
Source Gaps and Removed Rows
An earlier source set had a February 2026 MGC order-rejection row labeled only as public trader reports. Targeted SERP research did not find a matching public source for the specific outside-trading-hours claim, so this page removes it as a dated incident row. It can be restored only with a linkable public source or official Topstep source.
